Both natural and synthetic peptides are not only biologically important,continuous research and comprehension of these short protein fragments show that they also have multifarious potentials in food manufacturing,namely emulsion-based *** emulsions may basically be oil-in-water or water-in-oil,as well as temporary,semi-permanent,or permanent in a continuous phase that suspends the droplets of the other elements used in food and pharmaceutical industries to formulate products such as gels,creams,ointments,and *** this review,the classification,preparation,and identification of peptides were described,followed by peptide-based emulsion properties and their relationship with regards to stability,structure,solubility,hydrophobicity,foaming,and water holding *** then dovetailed into the release rate and gastric stability of encapsulated peptides in the human digestive system,before exploring further needs and *** is desired that more studies be conducted to define the impact of carrier ingredients selection,encapsulation and processing techniques,environment,and peptides chemistry on peptide-based emulsions to attain high efficacy.

Predicting maximum Lifespan Limits at mean menopausal Age

The age at which a woman enters natural menopause has also been associated to death from any cause. menopause is a natural component of aging that happens between the ages of 45 and 55, with the average menopausal age being 51. Previous research has revealed the age at which women reach menopause, but there is no evidence to support the link between menopause and longevity. We made a study in assessing the limits of maximum lifespan at menopausal age in our previous article. In this paper, we aim to predict the maximum lifespan of women at mean menopausal age.

A Query-Based Greedy Approach for Authentic Influencer Discovery in SIoT

The authors propose an informed search greedy approach that efficiently identifies the influencer nodes in the social Internet of Things with the ability to provide legitimate ***,the proposed approach minimizes the network size and eliminates undesirable *** that,the proposed approach ranks each of the nodes and prioritizes them to identify an authentic ***,the proposed approach discards the nodes having a rank(α)lesser than 0.5 to reduce the network complexity.αis the variable value represents the rank of each node that varies between 0 to *** with the higher value ofαgets the higher priority and vice *** threshold valueα=0.5 defined by the authors with respect to their network pruning requirements that can be vary with respect to other research ***,the algorithm in the proposed approach traverses the trimmed network to identify the authentic node to obtain the desired *** performance of the proposed method is evaluated in terms of time complexity and accuracy by executing the algorithm on both the original and pruned *** results show that the approach identifies authentic influencers on a resultant network in significantly less time than in the original ***,the accuracy of the proposed approach in identifying the influencer node is significantly higher than that of the original ***,the comparison of the proposed approach with the existing approaches demonstrates its efficiency in terms of time consumption and network traversal through the minimum number of hops.

在不同的焙烧温度下制备了Pt-Sn/SAPO-34催化剂,并使用X射线衍射、N2吸附、X射线荧光光谱、O2脉冲烧炭、H2程序升温还原和透射电镜等手段对催化剂进行了表征.在微型反应器中评价了Pt-Sn/SAPO-34催化剂对丙烷脱氢制丙烯反应的催化性能,考察了焙烧温度和反应气氛对催化剂性能的影响.结果表明,焙烧温度为500oC时,催化剂具有最佳的反应活性.当焙烧温度高于500oC时,催化剂出现不希望的表面变化,例如活性Pt位点的聚集、Pt的团聚、Sn的流失等.当反应温度为595oC时,Pt-Sn/SAPO-34催化性能稳定,且能够保持表面金属状态.

Convolutional Neural Network for Histopathological Osteosarcoma Image Classification

Osteosarcoma is one of the most widespread causes of bone cancer globally and has a high mortality *** diagnosis may increase the chances of treatment and survival however the process is time-consuming(reliability and complexity involved to extract the hand-crafted features)and largely depends on pathologists’*** Neural Network(CNN—an end-to-end model)is known to be an alternative to overcome the aforesaid ***,this work proposes a compact CNN architecture that has been rigorously explored on a Small Osteosarcoma histology Image Dataaseet(a high-class imbalanced dataset).Though,during training,class-imbalanced data can negatively affect the performance of ***,an oversampling technique has been proposed to overcome the aforesaid issue and improve generalization *** this process,a hierarchical CNN model is designed,in which the former model is non-regularized(due to dense architecture)and the later one is regularized,specifically designed for small histopathology ***,the regularized model is integrated with CNN’s basic architecture to reduce *** results demonstrate that oversampling might be an effective way to address the imbalanced class problem during *** training and testing accuracies of the non-regularized CNN model are 98%&78%with an imbalanced dataset and 96%&81%with a balanced dataset,*** regularized CNN model training and testing accuracies are 84%&75%for an imbalanced dataset and 87%&86%for a balanced dataset.

One-pot Synthesis,Crystal Structures and Antimicrobial Activities of Two New 1,4-Disubstituted 1,2,3-Triazole-4-Carboxylates

Two new 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles-4-carboxylates were synthesized via click reaction. Compound 1a was synthesized by the interaction of 6-nitro-tetrazolo[1.5-a]-pyridine with ethyl propynoate at room temperature in the presence of Cu（OAc）2 as a catalyst and THF as solvent. Compound 1b was also synthesized by the same manner except that tert-butyl propionate, instead of ethyl propynoate, was used. The compounds were characterized by IR, 1H-NmR, 13C-NmR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Compound 1a（C10H9N5O4） crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 5.0894（9）, b = 8.9834（13）, c = 13.089（2）？, α= 83.041（7）, β= 80.256（7）, γ=87.296（8）°, V = 585.24（16）？3, Z = 2, mr = 263.22, crystal size（mm） = 0.37 × 0.20 ×0.18,（I 〉 2σ（I）） = 8557, 2493, 1229, Rint = 0.057. Compound 1b（C12H13N5O4） crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 6.8854（5）, b = 21.783（2）, c = 9.3986（8）？,β = 93.239（4）°, V = 1407.4（2）？3, Z = 4, mr = 291.27, crystal size（mm） = 0.38 × 0.22 × 0.20,（I 〉 2σ（I）） = 11842, 3172, 1866, Rint = 0.047. Antimicrobial assay results showed that the title compounds display excellent activities to different bacterial and fungal strains.

Stability Analysis of Predator-Prey System with Consuming Resource and Disease in Predator Species

The present study is concerned with formulating a predator-prey eco-epidemiological mathematical model assuming that an infection exists in the predator *** two classes of predator species(susceptible and infected)compete for the same sources available in the environment with the predation *** is assumed that the disease does not spread *** proposed model is analyzed for the stability of the coexistence of the predators and *** fixed points are carried out,and the coexisting fixed point is studied in detail by constructing the Lyapunov *** movement of species in search of food or protection in their habitat has a significant influence,examined through *** ecological influences of self-diffusion on the population density of both species are *** is theoretically proved that all the under consideration species can coexist in the same *** coexistence fixed point is discussed for both diffusive and non-diffusive ***,a numerical scheme is constructed for solving time-dependent partial differential *** stability of the scheme is given,and it is applied for solving presently modified eco-epidemiological mathematical model with and without *** comparison of the constructed scheme with two exiting schemes,Backward in Time and Central in Space(BTCS)and Crank Nicolson,is also given in the form of ***,we run a computer simulation to determine the effectiveness of the proposed numerical *** readers’convenience,a computational code for the proposed discrete model scheme may be made available upon request.

UV Assisted Preliminary DNA Binding Studies and Single-crystal X-ray Structure of 4-{(4-Nitrophenyl-sulfonamido)methyl}cyclohexanecarboxylic Acid

A new sulfonamide, 4-{（4-nitrophenylsulfonamido）methyl}cyclohexanecarboxylic acid（C14H18N2O6S）, has been synthesized by the reaction of tranexamic acid and 4-nitrobenzenesulfonyl chloride in basic medium at room temperature. The molecular structure was determined by FT-IR, NmR, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray technique. X-ray diffraction shows that the compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 13.5980（7）, b = 4.9877（2）, c = 23.3878（13） A, β = 93.254（3）°, Z = 4, V = 1583.67（14） A3, μ = 0.237 mm-1, F（000） = 720, R = 0.0471 and w R = 0.1182. The molecules are related by inversion and paired into dimers via C–H…O interactions. The dimmers are interlinked due to strong N–H…O bonds, where O-atoms are of sulfonyl groups. The molecules are stabilized in the form of infinite two-dimensional network with base vectors [0 1 0] and [0 0 –1] in the plane（1 0 2）. The existence of good intermolecular interactions suggests the biological importance of the synthesized molecule. The compound was screened for its interaction with FS-DNA using UV-visible spectroscopy. UV-visible spectroscopic results depict that the compound interacts with DNA by mixed binding mode intercalation along with hydrogen bonding. Negative values of ΔG（–23.34, –17.79 k J·mol-1） indicate spontaneity of the compound-DNA adduct formation.

Vibration characteristics of FGm circular cylindrical shells filled with fluid using wave propagation approach

The vibration characteristics of a functionally graded material circular cylindrical shell filled with fluid are examined with a wave propagation approach. The shell is filled with an incompressible non-viscous fluid. Axial modal dependence is approximated by exponential functions. A theoretical study of shell vibration frequencies is analyzed for simply supported-simply supported, clamped-simply supported, and clamped-clamped boundary conditions with the fluid effect. The validity and the accuracy of the present method are confirmed by comparing the present results with those available in the literature. Good agreement is observed between the two sets of results.

Despite a plethora of studies on how corporate social responsibility(CSR)generates favorable consumer outcomes,the existing literature provides limited insights about how CSR may affect inter-consumer connection and brand community *** consumer engagement in the brand community is one of the key marketing objectives for strengthening the brand-consumer *** study aims to explore the role of corporate social responsibility in enhancing brand community engagement and examines the dual mediating role of brand identification and community *** research was conducted and an adapted questionnaire was *** data were collected from 405 Chinese consumers,and structural equational modeling was used to test the *** demonstrated that CSR motivates consumers to engage with the brand ***,brand identification and community identification perform the role of partial mediators.
