In recent years,the application of a smart city in the healthcare sector via loT systems has continued to grow exponentially and various advanced network intrusions have emerged since these loT devices are being *** studies focused on security threat detection and blocking technologies that rely on testbed data obtained from a single medical IoT device or simulation using a well-known dataset,such as the NSL-KDD ***,such approaches do not reect the features that exist in real medical scenarios,leading to failure in potential threat *** address this problem,we proposed a novel intrusion classication architecture known as a multi-class Classication based Intrusion Detection model(m-IDm),which typically relies on data collected by real devices and the use of convolutional neural networks(i.e.,it exhibits better performance compared with conventional machine learning algorithms,such as naïve Bayes,support vector machine(SVm)).Unlike existing studies,the proposed architecture employs the actual healthcare IoT environment of National Cancer Center in South Korea and actual network data from real medical devices,such as a patient’s monitors(i.e.,electrocardiogram and thermometers).The proposed architecture classies the data into multiple classes:Critical,informal,major,and minor,for intrusion ***,we experimentally evaluated and compared its performance with those of other conventional machine learning algorithms,including naïve Bayes,SVm,and logistic regression,using neural networks.

The important operating characteristics of pulsed Pressure Gain Combustion(PGC)propulsion are the pressure gain of the combustor component and the propulsive performance gain of the engine.A ramjet-type valve/valveless air-breathing pulsed detonation engine with a supersonic internal compression inlet is *** on an ideal thermal cycle,the ideal equivalent pressure ratios(pcb)of the Pulsed Detonation Combustor(PDC)are obtained theoretically which are directly related with the propulsive performance of the *** introducing an orifice loss model into the cycles,the critical pressure drop ratios through the orifice for the PDC achieving pressure gain and the engine achieving thrust gain are *** influencing factors are investigated by the use of a one-dimensional(1-D)numerical simulation *** operating characteristics of the pulse detonation engine are investigated with changes of the valve type,the inlet/outlet area ratio of the PDC,the nozzle area ratio,and flight *** these factors can affect pcbof the PDC,and pcbcan be optimized by changing the geometry of the *** most important influence parameter is the valve *** using an orifice-type aerodynamic valve,simulation results show that the PDC cannot achieve the pressure gain *** a supersonic internal compression inlet is introduced to the engine,whether the Pulse Detonation Engine(PDE)can achieve thrust gain comparable with that of an ideal Brayton cycle engine not only is related to the pressure gain of the combustor,but also needs to optimize the engine structure to reduce the total pressure loss.

Temporal evolution of the focal mechanism consistency of the 2021 Yangbi m_(S) 6.4 earthquake sequence in Yunnan

Using the Cut And Paste(CAP)method,we invert the focal mechanism of 38 moderate earthquakes(m_(S)≥3.0)recorded by Yunnan seismic network and analyze the corresponding focal mechanism consistency based on the minimum spatial rotation *** results indicate that the m_(S)6.4 mainshock is induced by a lateral strike slip fault(with a rake angle of~-165°)and a little normal-faulting component event along a nearly vertical plane(dipping angle~79° and strike~138°).Combining our results with high resolution catalog,we argue that the seismogenic fault of this earthquake sequence is a secondary fault western to the major Weixi-Qiaohou-Weishan *** focal mechanism evolution can be divided into three *** the first period,the foreshock sequence,the focal mechanism consistency is the highest(KAmainshock,the focal mechanism shows strong variation with KA ranging from 8° to 110°;during the third period,the seismicity becomes weak and the focal mechanism of the earthquakes becomes more consistent than the second period(18°me extent,represents the coherence between local tectonic stress regime and the stress state of each individual ***,high focal mechanism consistency and high linearity of seismic distribution may serve as indicators for the identification of foreshock sequence.

BACKGROUND Direct infiltration of the pancreas by acute myeloid leukemia(AmL)with acute pancreatitis(AP)as an initial symptom is extremely *** once in the literature,the leukemia cells in AmL have been implicated as the cause of *** caused by a rare predisposing factor is often misdiagnosed as idiopathic pancreatitis or pancreatitis of other common *** AP(SAP)progresses rapidly with a high fatality ***,it is important to identify the predisposing factors in the early stage of SAP,evaluate the condition,determine prognosis,formulate treatment plans,and prevent a ***,we describe a case of SAP due to *** SUmmARY A 61-year-old man presented to the hospital with fever and persistent abdominal *** analysis presented significantly elevated serum amylase and severe *** tomography examination of the abdomen revealed peripancreatic inflammatory *** patient had no common etiologies and risk factors for AP,but the concurrent severe thrombocytopenia could not be explained by ***,the bone marrow aspirate and biopsy inspection revealed the underlying reason for pancreatitis,AmL(m2 type based on the French-American-British classifications system).CONCLUSION Direct infiltration of the pancrease by acute leukemia,particularly AmL cells,is an infrequent cause of ***,although AP is a rare extramedullary infilt-ration characteristic for AmL patients,it should be considered when determining the etiology of AP.

AIm To analyze cytokine levels and to identify their association with outcome in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) treated with radiotherapy(RT). mETHODS Patients with HCC who were treated with RT were eligible for this prospective study. Blood samples were collected before and after RT, and serum cytokine levels including interleukin(IL)-1, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12, and tumor necrosis factor-α were analyzed. RESULTS Between 2008 and 2009, 51 patients were enrolled in this study. Baseline IL-6 level was high in patients with a history of pre-RT treatment. median survival was 13.9 mo with alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) as a significant factor(P = 0.020). median failure-free survival(FFS) for infield, outfield-intrahepatic and extrahepatic failures were 23.3, 11.5 and 12.0 mo, respectively. Sex and baseline IL-6 level were associated with infield FFS, and baseline IL-10 level was correlated with outfield-intrahepatic FFS. For extrahepatic FFS, AFP was significant(P =0.034). Patients with a baseline IL-6 level of ≥ 9.7 pg/m L showed worse infield FFS(P = 0.005), and this significance was observed only in treatment-non-na?ve patients(P = 0.022). CONCLUSION In addition to AFP, cytokines seem useful in predicting infield and outfield-intrahepatic failure. Serum cytokines could be useful biomarkers for predicting RT outcome in HCC.

Evaluation of reanalysis surface wind products with quality-assured buoy wind measurements along the north coast of the South China Sea

Three archived reanalysis wind vectors at 10 m height in the wind speed range of 2-15 m/s,namely,the second version of the National Centres for Environmental Prediction(NCEP)Climate Forecast System Reanalysis(CFSv2),European Centre for medium-Range Weather Forecasting Interim Reanalysis(ERA-I)and NCEPDepartment of Energy(DOE)Reanalysis 2(NCEP-2)products,are evaluated by a comparison with the winds measured by moored buoys in coastal regions of the South China Sea(SCS).The buoy data are first quality controlled by extensive techniques that help eliminate degraded *** evaluation results reveal that the CFSv2 wind vectors are most consistent with the buoy winds(with average biases of 0.01 m/s and 1.76°).The ERA-I winds significantly underestimate the buoy wind speed(with an average bias of-1.57 m/s),while the statistical errors in the NCEP-2 wind direction have the largest *** diagnosis of the reanalysis wind errors shows the residuals of all three reanalysis wind speeds(reanalysis-buoy)decrease with increasing buoy wind speed,suggesting a narrower wind speed range than that of the ***,wind direction errors are examined to depend on the magnitude of the wind speed and the wind speed *** general,the evaluation of three reanalysis wind products demonstrates that CFSv2 wind vectors are the closest to the winds along the north coast of the SCS and are sufficiently accurate to be used in numerical models.

Polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells(PEmFCs)are considered a promising alternative to internal combustion engines in the automotive *** commercialization is mainly hindered due to the cost and effectiveness of using platinum(Pt)in *** cathode catalyst layer(CL)is considered a core component in PEmFCs,and its composition often considerably affects the cell performance(V_(cell))also PEmFC fabrication and production(C_(stack))*** this study,a data-driven multi-objective optimization analysis is conducted to effectively evaluate the effects of various cathode CL compositions on Vcelland *** essential cathode CL parameters,i.e.,platinum loading(L_(Pt)),weight ratio of ionomer to carbon(wt_(I/C)),weight ratio of Pt to carbon(wt_(Pt/c)),and porosity of cathode CL(ε_(cCL)),are considered as the design *** simulation results of a three-dimensional,multi-scale,two-phase comprehensive PEmFC model are used to train and test two famous surrogates:multi-layer perceptron(mLP)and response surface analysis(RSA).Their accuracies are verified using root mean square error and adjusted R^(2).mLP which outperforms RSA in terms of prediction capability is then linked to a multi-objective non-dominated sorting genetic algorithmⅡ.Compared to a typical PEmFC stack,the results of the optimal study show that the single-cell voltage,Vcellis improved by 28 m V for the same stack price and the stack cost evaluated through the U.S department of energy cost model is reduced by$5.86/k W for the same stack performance.

As a cathode material for potassium-ion batteries (PIBs), manganese-based layered oxides have attracted widespread attention due to their low cost, ease of synthesis, and high performance. However, the Jahn-Teller effect caused by mn3+ and the irreversible phase transformation of the structure leads to poor cycle stability, limiting the development of layered oxides in PIBs. Herein, we demonstrate the use of phase-transition-free CaTiO_(3) as rivets in K_(0.5)mn_(0.9)Ti_(0.1)O_(2) by a simple solid-state method. As verified by the in situ X-ray diffraction, the CaTiO_(3) rivets effectively prevent the slippage of the transition metal layer during charge and discharge, inhibiting structural degradation. As a result, the obtained K_(0.5)mn_(0.9)Ti_(0.1)O_(2)-0.02CaTiO_(3) shows excellent cycling stability and rate performance, with high capacities of 119.3 and 70.1 mAh·g^(-1) at 20 and 1000 mA·g^(-1), respectively. At 200 mA·g^(-1), the capacity retention remains 94.7% after more than 300 cycles. This work represents a new avenue for designing and optimizing layered cathode materials for PIBs and other batteries.
