Upshot of Chemical Species and Nonlinear Thermal Radiation on Oldroyd-B Nanofluid Flow Past a Bi-directional Stretched Surface with Heat Generation/Absorption in a Porous media

A three-dimensional mathematical model is developed to examine the flow of nonlinear thermal radiation Oldroyd-B nanofluid past a bidirectional linearly stretched surface in a porous medium. The flow is induced by temperature dependent thermal conductivity, chemical reaction and convective heat and mass conditions. Novel characteristics of Brownian motion and thermophoresis are accompanied by magnetohydrodynamic and heat generation/***-similar transformations are employed to convert the system of nonlinear partial differential equations to a system of ordinary differential equations with high nonlinearity and are solved by strong analytic technique named as Homotopy Analysis method(HAm). Effects of varied arising parameters on involved distributions are reflected through graphical illustrations. From this study, it is perceived that strong magnetic field hinders the fluid's motion and leads to rise in temperature that eventually lowers heat transfer rate from the surface. Further, decrease in heat transfer rate is also observed for enhanced values of thermal radiation parameter. To validate our results, a comparison with already published paper in limiting case is also given and results are found in excellent oncurrence; hence reliable results are being presented.

This article aims to investigate the Darcy Forchhemier mixed convection flow of the hybrid nanofluid through an inclined extending *** different nanoparticles such as carbon nanotubes(CNTs)and iron oxide Fe3O4 have been added to the base fluid in order to prepare a hybrid *** partial differential equations for momentum,energy and convective diffusion have been changed into dimensionless ordinary differential equations after using Von Karman *** analysis method(HAm),a powerful analytical approach has been used to find the solution to the given *** effects of the physical constraints on velocity,concentration and temperature profile have been drawn as well for discussion *** numerical outcomes have been carried out for the drag force,heat transfer rate and diffusion rate *** Biot number of heat and mass transfer affects the fluid temperature whereas the Forchhemier parameter and the inclination angle decrease the velocity of the fluid *** results show that hybrid nanofluid is the best source of enhancing heat transfer and can be used for cooling purposes as well.

Recently,outstanding identification rates in image classification tasks were achieved by convolutional neural networks(CNNs).to use such skills,selective CNNs trained on a dataset of well-known images of metal surface defects captured with an RGB *** must be detected early to take timely corrective action due to production *** image classification up till now,a model-based method has been utilized,which indicated the predicted reflection characteristics of surface defects in comparison to flaw-free *** problem of detecting steel surface defects has grown in importance as a result of the vast range of steel applications in end-product sectors such as automobiles,households,construction,*** processes for detections are time-consuming,labor-intensive,and *** strategies have been used to automate manual processes,but CNN models have proven to be the most effective rather than image processing andmachine learning *** using differentCNNmodels with fine-tuning,easily compare their performance and select the best-performing model for the same kinds of ***,it is important that using different CNN models either from fine tuning can be computationally expensive and ***,our study helps the upcoming researchers to choose the CNN without considering the issues of model complexity,performance,and computational *** this article,the performance of various CNN models like Visual Geometry Group,VGG16,VGG19,ResNet152,ResNet152V2,Xception,InceptionV3,InceptionResNetV2,NASNetLarge,mobileNetV2,and DenseNet201 with transfer learning techniques are *** models were chosen based on their popularity and impact in the field of computer vision research,as well as their performance on benchmark *** to the outcomes,DenseNet201 outperformed the other CNN models and had the greatest detection rate on the NEU dataset,falling in at 98.37 percent.

Dirac R-matrix calculations of photoionization cross sections of Ni Ⅻ and atomic structure data of Ni 

We performed R-matrix calculations for photoionization cross sections of the two ground state configuration 3s^23p^5（~2P_（3/2,1/2）~o） levels and 12 excited states of Ni Ⅻ using relativistic Dirac Atomic R-matrix Codes（DARC） across the photon energy range between the ionizations thresholds of the corresponding states and well above the thresholds of the last level of the Ni XIII target ion. Generally, a good agreement is obtained between our results and the earlier theoretical photoionization cross sections. moreover, we have used two independent fully relativistic GRASP and FAC codes to calculate fine-structure energy levels, wavelengths, oscillator strengths, transitions rates among the lowest 48 levels belonging to the configuration（3s^23p^4, 3s3p^5, 3p^6, 3s^23p^33d） in Ni XIII. Additionally, radiative lifetimes of all the excited states of Ni XIII are presented. Our results of the atomic structure of Ni XIII show good agreement with other theoretical and experimental results available in the literature. A good agreement is found between our calculated lifetimes and the experimental *** present results are useful for plasma diagnostic of fusion and astrophysical plasmas.

First principle studies of structural, elastic, electronic and optical properties of Zn-chalcogenides under pressure

Structural, elastic, electronic and optical properties ofzinc-chalcogenides （viz. ZnX, X = S, Se and Te） are studied in zinc-blende structure under hydrostatic pressure using the full-potential linearized augmented plane wave method. Generalized gradient approximation is used for exchange correlation potentials. Pressure-dependent lattice constants and bulk moduli are obtained using the optimization method. Young＇s modulus, Poisson＇s ratio, internal strain parameter and anisotropy are also calculated. The higher values of Young＇s modulus in comparison to the bulk modulus show that these materials are hard to break. Poisson＇s ratio is computed for the first time for these materials to the best of our knowledge and its values show higher ionic contribution in these materials. modified Becke and Johnson （mBJ） method is used to study band gaps, density of states, dielectric function and refractive index. Electronic study shows direct band gaps convert to indirect band gaps with increasing pressure in the case of ZnS and ZnTe. We compared our results with other theoretical and experimental results. Our results are far better than other theoretical results because mBJ is the best technique to treat Ⅱ-Ⅵ semiconductors.

Current exertion is made to depict and search out the flow features imparted to viscid fluid flow over a rotational disk. Impression of magnetic field with rotating fluid is generated by interacting it in radial *** structured particles with magnetized fluid are also incorporated in the upshot of chemical reaction and absorptive/generative heat induction. Von Kumaran procedure is executed to obtain flow narrating differential *** pattern regarding thermal, momentum profiles are comprehended with the support of shooting method and RungeKutta methods. Furthermore, to get more realistic view of result description computational algorithm is modified by improving Runge-Kutta coefficients with Cash and Carp method. The aspects of flow controlling parameters like momentum slip parameter, magnetic strength parameter, Brownian motion parameter, thermophoresis parameter are adorned in sketches. Findings of these architects are accumulated in conclusion section.

Upshot of ohmically dissipated Darcy-Forchheimer slip flow of magnetohydrodynamic Sutterby fluid over radiating linearly stretched surface in view of Cash and Carp method

The present work concerns the momentum and heat transmission of the electro-magnetohydrodynamic (E-mHD) boundary layer Darcy-Forchheimer flow of a Sutterby fluid over a linear stretching sheet with slip. The nonlinear equations for the proposed model are analyzed numerically. Suitable techniques are used to transform the coupled nonlinear partial differential equations (PDEs) conforming to the forced balance law, energy, and concentration equations into a nonlinear coupled system of ordinary differential equations (ODEs). Numerical solutions of the transformed nonlinear system are obtained using a shooting method, improved by the Cash and Carp coefficients. The influence of important physical variables on the velocity, the temperature, the heat flux coefficient, and the skin-friction coefficient is verified and analyzed through graphs and tables. From the comprehensive analysis of the present work, it is concluded that by intensifying the magnitude of the Hartmann number, the momentum distribution decays, whereas the thermal profile of fluid increases. Furthermore, it is also shown that by aug- menting the values of the momentum slip parameter, the velocity profile diminishes. It is found that the Sutterby fluid model shows shear thickening and shear thinning behaviors. The momentum profile shows that the magnitude of velocity for the shear thickening case is dominant as compared with the shear thinning case. It is also demonstrated that the Sutterby fluid model reduces to a Newtonian model by fixing the fluid parameter to zero. In view of the limiting case, it is established that the surface drag in the case of the Sutterby model shows a trifling pattern as compared with the classical case.
