The sensitive data stored in the public cloud by privileged users,such as corporate companies and government agencies are highly vulnerable in the hands of cloud providers and *** proposed Virtual Cloud Storage Archi-tecture is primarily concerned with data integrity and conﬁdentiality,as well as *** provide conﬁdentiality and availability,theﬁle to be stored in cloud storage should be encrypted using an auto-generated key and then encoded into distinct *** the encoded chunks ensured theﬁle integrity,and a newly proposed Circular Shift Chunk Allocation technique was used to determine the order of chunk ***ﬁle could be retrieved by performing the opera-tions in *** the regenerating code,the model could regenerate the missing and corrupted chunks from the *** proposed architecture adds an extra layer of security while maintaining a reasonable response time and sto-rage *** results analysis show that the proposed model has been tested with storage space and response time for storage and *** VCSA model consumes 1.5x(150%)storage *** was found that total storage required for the VCSA model is very low when compared with 2x Replication and completely satisﬁes the CIA *** response time VCSA model was tested with different sizedﬁles starting from 2 to 16 *** response time for storing and retrieving a 2 mBﬁle is 4.96 and 3.77 s respectively,and for a 16 mBﬁle,the response times are 11.06 s for storage and 5.6 s for retrieval.

The whitefly,Bemisia tabaci,is a major pest of cassava,particularly in Africa where it is responsible both for the transmission of plant viruses and,increasingly,for direct damage due to feeding by high *** date,there have been no practical solutions to combat this emerging problem,due to the inability of the subsistence farmers that grow cassava to afford expensive inputs such as insecticides.A programme of research was carried out linking institutes in Africa,the UK and South America,to identify possible resistance sources in cassava to the whitefly,Bemisia *** South American genotype mEcu 72 and several Ugandan cassava landraces including Ofumba Chai,Nabwire 1 and mercury showed good levels of resistance to *** and screen-house experiments showed that all of the improved,high-yielding cassava mosaic disease（CmD）resistant cassava genotypes assessed were highly susceptible to *** and supported high populations of all life *** data support the hypothesis that the continuing high populations of cassava *** in Uganda are due,in part,to the widespread adoption of CmD-resistant cassava varieties during the CmD *** also show that the whitefly,Aleurotrachelus socialis,resistance present in the South American cassava genotypes could have broader applicability in the Old World.

Cohesin is a multiprotein complex that not only is essential for cell division but also has key roles in genome organization that underpin its gene regulatory *** mutations of genes encoding cohesin subunits occur in myeloid malignancies at 10%–12%(Kon et al.,2013),and the frequency of cohesin mutation in Down syndrome-associated megakaryoblastic leukaemia is even higher(~50%)(Yoshida et al.,2013).Cohesin insufficiency reinforces stem cell programmes and impairs differentiation in haematopoietic stem cells(mazumdar et al.,2015;mullenders et al.,2015;Viny et al.,2015).The STAG2 subunit of cohesin is the most frequently mutated in myeloid malignancies(Kon et al.,2013).In contrast to other cohesin subunits,complete loss of STAG2 is tolerated due to partial compensation by ***2 and STAG1 have redundant roles in cell division(Benedetti et al.,2017;van der Lelij et al.,2017).However,cohesin-STAG1 and cohesin-STAG2 have non-redundant roles in facilitating 3D genome organization to delineate tissue-specific gene expression(Kojic et al.,2018).

The catalytic hydrogenation of nitrobenzene to aniline employing nickel impregnated on rutile,anatase,and high surface area titania supports has been *** nickel is present in elemental state as fcc phase on the catalyst as evidenced by X-ray diffraction *** Ni crystallite size was found to be greater for Ni/*** temperature-programmed reduction results suggest a greater metal-support interaction for Ni/*** observed order of catalytic activity for the hydrogenation of nitrobenzene is Ni/rutile > Ni/anatase > Ni/TiO2.A conversion of 99% was observed for Ni/rutile at 140 oC and hydrogen pressure of 1.96 ***,aniline is the only product formed which demonstrates the catalytic hydrogenation of nitrobenzene proceeds with atom *** Ni/rutile and Ni/anatase exhibited a better stability than Ni/*** hydrogenation proceeds with the preferential adsorption of hydrogen on nickel present in the catalyst surface,possibly assisted by TiOx species.

Rapid Validated Stability Indicating method for Nizatidine and Its Impurities Quantification

This research article describes stability indicating fast liquid chromatographic method for determination of chromatographic purity and assay of Nizatidine as a alternate for two different methods for chromatographic purity and assay as given in USP monograph and *** monograph. Proposed method is developed on Waters symmetry RP18 (50 × 4.6 mm), 3.5 μm stationary phase using gradient elution with combination of Ammonium acetate Diethyl amine buffer, methanol and Tetrahydrofuran as mobile phase. Favorable results are obtained under developed conditions, which guarantee good separation of studied components. Whereas, data obtained from method validation confirm specificity, high sensitivity, linearity in a range of studied concentrations, repeatability and good accuracy of this method. Considerable degradation observed in oxidation stress condition was detected by this method. Eight impurities are studied among which impurity-5 is found major degradant. The stress samples are assayed against a qualified standard and the mass balance is found close to 99.2%. The developed method can be used for routine samples as well as stability studies.
