in addition to their visible motion such as swimming(e.g.,with the help ofﬂagella),bacteria can also exhibit nanomotion that is detectable only with highly sensitive instruments,and this study shows that it is possible to detect bacterial nanomotion using an AFm detection *** results show that the nanomotion characteristics depend on the bacterial strain,and that nanomotion can be used to sense the metabolic activity of bacteria because the oscillations are sensitive to the food preferences of the bacteria and the type of surrounding medium.

Objective:To assess the effect of memantine combined with liraglutide on aluminum chloride(AlCl_(3))and D-galactose(D-GAL)-induced neurotoxicity in ***:male Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups of 5 animals each:the positive control,the negative control,the memantine-treated group,the liraglutide-treated group,and the combination group treated with memantine and ***_(3)and D-GAL were used to induce *** tests,brain beta-amyloid protein,and oxidative stress biomarkers were ***:The morris water maze test indicated an enhanced memory in the combination ***,the combination treatment of liraglutide and memantine resulted in a remarkable reduction in the beta-amyloid protein level in the brain *** inflammation and oxidative stress biomarkers were significantly reduced,and the levels of antioxidant parameters were ***:The combination of liraglutide and memantine exerts neuroprotective effects and enhances memory and cognitive functions in rats with Alzheimer’s disease.

identifying deformational mechanisms and associated structures at various scales, ranging from regional-scale structures to microscopic fabric, is crucial for the assessment of tectonic development. Thirty-three samples were taken from the Qazzaz metamorphic core complex to estimate the finite strain for felsic and mafic minerals. These samples included gneisses rocks, monzogranite, and metavolcano–sedimentary rocks for both the Thalbah and Bayda groups. Using the Rf/j and Fry methods, the axial ratios(XZ) range about 2.20 to 7.10 and 1.90 to 9.10, respectively. For various rock units, the strain measurements show moderate to highly deformation. most of the observed samples show shallow WNW dipping along a N to WNW trend of finite strain(X). The short axes(Z) based to be subvertical foliation related with a subhorizontal foliation. The results demonstrate that contacts generated at semi-brittle to ductile deformation and that the strain of magnitude has the same value for different lithologic units. it concluded that nappe generation in orogens results from pure shear deformation.

To minimize graft rejection,it is crucial to reduce *** the present study,we investigated immunological markers in the blood of transplant patients who did not receive *** also assessed alloreactive CD4+CD25+FoxP3+ Tregs both before transplantation and after tacrolimus *** comparative analysis included 50 individuals experiencing early rejection after tacrolimus discontinuation and 100 *** reducing tacrolimus,rejectors exhibited elevated levels of memory CD8+T cells compared to Tregs,while non-rejectors displayed a lower ratio of memory CD4+T cells to *** tacrolimus removal,rejectors showed an increase in naïve T cells and a decrease in effector T *** transplantation,CD4+Treg levels declined,but their anti-donor regulatory function remained consistent in both rejectors and *** correlation revealed an association between acute rejection after tacrolimus discontinuation and the pre-reduction ratio of memory T cells to regulatory T *** indicators identified individuals whose immunosuppression could be safely reduced.

We carried out this research at Abu-Gaddaf Natural Forest Reserve (ANFR) which is located east of Blue Nile River, in Blue Nile State, Sudan. it aims at exploring tree composition assessing their diversity indices, and ecological importance values. For survey of types and estimation of density of tree species in the forest, we randomly distributed 97 circular sample plots (0.1 hectare (ha)). in each sample plot we identified all trees to the species level, recorded their frequencies and computed species diversity and importance value indices (iVi). A total of 13 tree species, which belong to 12 genera and nine families, were identified in the tree layer of the forest. mean tree density in ANFR was 116 trees/ha, composed mainly of Boswellia papyrifera (Del.) hochst. (48), followed by Combretum hartmannianu (19) and Lannea fruticosa (18). Fabaceae was the most common family followed by Combretaceae and malvaceae. B. papyrifera Delile hochst was the most abundant while Acacia seyal was the least abundant species. Species richness (R = 1.71), evenness (E = 0.69), dominance (0.24) indices and Simpson’s index of Diversity (D' = 0.76) suggest a moderate diversity, moderate numbers of individuals in each species and a moderate community stability. The research provides empirical results on diversity and ecological importance value of species, signifies the urging need to safeguard threatened species and to prioritize them for conservation, as well as the need to promote management of abundant species to provide multiple forest ecosystem services.
