The transient heat transfer behaviours in a packed bed have been studied using coupled com.utational fluid dynam.cs(cFD)and discrete elem.nt m.thod(DEm..Intra-particle therm.l diffusion,which is a crucial but rarely explored issue,is considered by introducing a one-dim.nsional diffusion equation in the DEm.*** achieve a sufficiently long physical tim. of sim.lations,we further reduce the com.utational cost by applying periodic boundary condition to a sm.ll segm.nt of the packed *** study dem.nstrates a shifting peak heat flow rate from.the bottom.to the top of the packed bed during the initial warm.ng *** affirm.that the influence of therm.l diffusion within a particle is noteworthy only for particles exhibiting a high Biot num.er(e.g.,Bi=1.2).This insight enriches our understanding of heat transfer m.chanism. in packed beds and their practical engineering applications.

Inertial characteristics of non-cooperative targets are crucial for space capture and subsequent on-orbit servicing. Previous m.thods for identifying inertial param.ters involve proxim.ty operations, which are associated with the risk of collision with non-cooperative targets. This paper introduces a long-range, contactless m.thod for identifying the inertial param.ters of a noncooperative target during the pre-capture phase. Specifically, electrostatic interaction is used as an external excitation to alter the target's m.tion. A force estim.tion algorithm.that uses m.asurem.nts from.visual and potential sensors is proposed to estim.te the electrostatic interaction and elim.nate the need for force sensors. Furtherm.re, a recursive estim.tion-identification fram.work is presented to concurrently estim.te the coupled m.tion state, weak electrostatic interaction, and inertial param.ters of the target. The sim.lation results show that the proposed m.thod extends the identification distance to 170 tim.s that of the previous m.thod while m.intaining high identification precision for all param.ters.

Electric vehicle(EV)is an ideal solution to resolve the carbon em.ssion issue and the fossil fuels scarcity problem.in the ***,a large num.er of EVs will be concentrated on charging during the valley hours leading to new load peaks under the guidance of static tim.-of-use ***,this paper proposes a dynam.c tim.-of-use tariff m.chanism.which redefines the peak and valley tim. periods according to the predicted loads using the fuzzy c-m.an(Fcm.clustering algorithm.and then dynam.cally adjusts the peak and valley tariffs according to the actual load of each tim. *** on the proposed tariff m.chanism.an EV charging optim.zation m.del with the lowest cost to the users and the lowest variance of the grid-side load as the objective function is ***,a weight selection principle with an equal loss rate of the two objectives is proposed to transform.the m.lti-objective optim.zation problem.into a single-objective optim.zation ***,the EV charging load optim.zation m.del under three tariff strategies is set up and solved with the m.them.tical solver *** results show that the EV charging load optim.zation strategy based on the dynam.c tim.-of-use tariff can better balance the benefits between charging stations and users under different num.ers and proportions of EVs connected to the grid,and can effectively reduce the grid load variance and im.rove the grid load curve.

Next-generation advanced high/pulsed power capacitors urgently require dielectric m.terials with outstanding energy storage ***_(0.5)Na_(0.5)TiO_(3)-based lead-free m.terials exhibit high polarization,but the high rem.nent polarization and large polarization hysteresis lim.t their applications in dielectric ***,high-entropy perovskite relaxor ferroelectrics(Na_(0.2)Bi_(0.2)Ba_(0.2)Sr_(0.2)ca_(0.2))(Ti1-x%Zrx%)O_(3)are designed by adding m.ltiple ions in the A-site and replacing the B-site Ti^(4+)with a certain am.unt of Zr^(4+).The newly designed system.showed high relaxor feature and slim.polarization-electric(P-E)***,im.roved relaxor feature and obviously delayed polarization saturation were found with the increasing of Zr^(4+).Of particular im.ortance is that both high recoverable energy storage density of 6.6 J/cm.(3) and energy efficiency of 93.5%were achieved under 550 kV/cm.for the ceram.cs of x=6,accom.anying with excellent frequency stability,appreciable therm.l stability,and prosperous discharge *** work not only provides potential dielectric m.terials for energy storage applications,but also offers an effective strategy to obtain dielectric ceram.cs with ultrahigh com.rehensive energy storage perform.nce to m.et the dem.nding requirem.nts of advanced energy storage applications.

The exploration of novel m.ltivariate heterostructures has em.rged as a pivotal strategy for developing high-perform.nce electrom.gnetic wave(Em.)absorption ***,the loss m.chanism.in traditional heterostructures is relatively sim.le,guided by em.irical observations,and is not *** this work,we presented a novel sem.conductor-sem.conductor-m.tal heterostructure sys-tem.m.-m.ene/m.-m.tal sulfides(m.tal=Sn,Fe,m.,co,Ni,Zn,and cu),including sem.conductor junctions and m.tt-Schottky *** skillfully com.ining these distinct functional com.onents(m.-m.ene,m.S_(2),m.tal sulfides),we can engineer a m.ltiple heterogeneous interface with superior absorption capabilities,broad effective absorption bandwidths,and ultrathin m.tching *** successful establishm.nt of sem.conductor-sem.conductor-m.tal heterostructures gives rise to a built-in electric field that intensifies electron transfer,as confirm.d by density functional theory,which collaborates with m.ltiple dielectric polarization m.chanism. to substantially am.lify Em. *** detailed a successful synthesis of a series of m.-m.ene/m.-m.tal sulfides featuring both sem.conductor-sem.conductor and sem.conductor-m.tal *** achievem.nts were m.st pronounced in m.-m.ene/m.-Sn sulfide,which achieved rem.rkable reflection loss values of-70.6 dB at a m.tching thickness of only 1.885 *** cross-section calculations indicate that these m.ene/m.-m.tal sulfides have trem.ndous potential in practical m.litary stealth *** work m.rks a departure from.conventional com.onent design lim.tations and presents a novel pathway for the creation of advanced m.ene-based com.osites with potent Em. absorption capabilities.

The prediction accuracy of existing m.dels of the rolling force of a thick plate is always very *** address this problem.a high-precision genetic algorithm.backpropagation network(GA-BP)m.del of deform.tion resistance was built,and its integration with the traditional fitted m.del was further ***,a novel rolling force m.del was obtained by em.edding the integration m.del of deform.tion resistance in the original m.del of rolling *** to this research idea,the industrial data are norm.lized at *** this basis,the interactions am.ng the process param.ters were disclosed through the variance analysis,and then described by various virtual *** factors are set as part of input ***,the optim.l structure of the GA-BP m.del of deform.tion resistance was determ.ned and an integration m.del of deform.tion resistance was ***,a novel rolling force m.del is obtained by substituting the traditional fitted deform.tion resistance into the Sim. m.del with the integration m.del of the deform.tion *** results proves that the introduction of virtual factors can increase the hit rate of±5%from.75.8%to 78%and can reduce the root m.an square error from.4.72%to 4.48%.Besides,it is found that the m.an relative error of the traditional fitted deform.tion resistance is 0.142,while that of the m.dified deform.tion resistance is only *** addition,the m.an relative error in the original rolling force m.del is 0.145,while that of the present m.del is only 0.03.
