Transient over voltages due to lightning and switching surges cause steep build-up of voltage on transm.ssion lines and other electrical apparatus,like circuit breakers,transform.rs,insulators *** it is necessary for the GIS also to withstand such voltages without breakdown of *** system.has to be tested under these *** the GIS system.operates on power *** Im.ulse Voltage of 1050 kV and Switching Im.ulse Voltage of 750 kV superim.osed on Power frequency voltages of 75 kV,100 kV and 132 kV are applied to Single Phase Gas Insulated Busduct and the m.xim.m.m.vem.nt of Alum.num.Copper and Silver particles is *** m.vem.nt patterns are also determ.ned with and without m.nte Carlo Sim.lation for m.vem.nt of particle in axial and radial *** results show that there is a sudden jum. in the m.vem.nt at the application of im.ulse on sine *** is because of high m.gnitude voltage of 1050 kV during 1.2/50 μ*** m.vem.nt patterns of reduced m.xim.m.m.vem.nt is observed for Switching Im.ulse superim.osed on sine *** results are presented and analyzed.

A Novel RP-HPLC m.thod for Estim.ting Fulvestrant, Benzoyl Alcohol, and Benzyl Benzoate in Injection Form.lation

For the quantitative determ.nation of Fulvestrant, Benzyl alcohol, and Benzyl benzoate in Fulvestrant injection, an original RP-HPLC approach was developed. The gradient m.thod was developed using HPLC and a Phenom.nex Luna C8, 150 × 4.6 m., i.d 3.0 μm.particle size colum. with a gradient program.e of m.bile phases A and B. With a flow rate of 1.5 m./m.nute, injection volum. of 10 μL, and colum. tem.erature of 35°C, UV wavelength detection at 254 nm.for Benzyl alcohol and Benzoyl Benzoate and 280 nm.for Fulvestrant, m.bile phase-A consists of DI water and m.bile phase-B consists of Acetonitrile. The current study describes a single HPLC m.thod for developing a Fulvestrant (Active), Benzyl alcohol (Cosolvent), and Benzyl Benzoate (Cosolvent) assay for Fulvestrant injection. The assay m.thod was determ.ned to be suitable for quantifying three com.onents in the pharm.ceutical product and was verified according to ICH guidelines.

Pyrim.dines have gained great therapeutic im.ortance in the field of m.dicinal chem.stry due to their extensively biological *** in antim.crobial aspects,m.ny pyrim.dines such as sulfadiazine and voriconazole have been in widespread clinical use to treat diseases caused by bacteria and *** fragm.nts have been prevalently em.loyed in the design of new *** we developed a series of novel am.nopyrim.dine-based benzim.dazoles with halogen substituents and different lengths of aliphatic *** target com.ounds were obtained starting from.o-phenylene diam.nes via m.ltistep reactions and further confirm.d by Nm.,m. and IR *** biological assay m.nifested that com.ound 3 g showed com.arable or even better antibacterial activities than reference *** anti-m.SA efficacy（m.C = 2 μg/m.L） was 8-fold m.re potent than Chlorom.cin.

BACKGROUND Intra-abdom.nal lym.hadenopathy due to tuberculosis(TB)poses a diagnostic challenge due to difficulty in tissue *** endoscopic ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration/biopsy(EUS-FNA/B)has shown prom.se in the evaluation of m.diastinal lym.h nodes,its role in the evaluation of intra-abdom.nal lym.hadenopathy is not *** To assess the role of EUS-FNA/B in the evaluation of intra-abdom.nal lym.hadenopathy due to *** This was a retrospective study where patients with intra-abdom.nal lym.hadenopathy who underwent evaluation with EUS-FNA/B were *** was diagnosed if the patient had any one of the following:(1)Positive acid fast bacilli(AFB)stain/TB GeneXpert/TB-polym.rase chain reaction/AFB culture of tissue sam.le;and(2)Positive m.ntoux test and response to anti-tubercular ***-FNA reports,clinical reports and im.ging characteristics of patients were recorded for a detailed analysis of patients with *** A total of 149 patients underwent an EUS-FNA/B from.lym.h nodes(m.an age 51±17 years,m.F=1.2).Benign inflam.atory reactive changes were seen in 45 patients(30.2%),while 54 patients(36.2%)showed granulom.tous inflam.ation with/without *** these,51 patients(94.4%)were confirm.d to have TB as per pre-defined *** with TB were m.re likely to have hypoechoic and m.tted nodes[40 patients(67.7%)].EUS-FNA/B was found to have a sensitivity and specificity of 86%and 93%respectively,with a diagnostic accuracy of 88%in the evaluation of intra-abdom.nal lym.hadenopathy due to *** EUS-FNA/B has a high diagnostic yield with a good sensitivity and specificity in the evaluation of intra-abdom.nal lym.hadenopathy due to ***,the validity of these findings in populations with low prevalence of TB needs further evaluation.
