对中国大陆科学钻探(CCSd.主孔0-4000的岩心样进行了裂变径迹年龄测定。在不同深度共测定了38个样品的磷灰石裂变径迹年龄,磷灰石的裂变径迹年龄数据分布在98．6～3．2m.之间,年龄值的变化规律总体上是随钻孔深度的增加而逐渐减少,地表样的磷灰石裂变径迹年龄是87．1m.,至3899m.处则为3．2m.,基于磷灰石中裂变径迹的退火特征,反映出地壳温度随深度的增加而增加的规律。年龄值随深度的变化,也有若干波动,尤其是1550～2450m.间的这部分岩心,在年龄随深度变化的趋势上是不连续的,这部分岩体可以认为是一个重要的构造作用带。根据年龄．深度关系和约束径迹长度的分布特征,对超高压变质岩体的后期折返机制进行了探讨。

Acou.tic em.ssion m.nitoring is often u.ed.in the d.agnosis of electrical and.m.chanical incipient fau.ts in the high voltage apparatu.. Partial d.scharges are a m.jor sou.ce of insu.ation failu.e in electric power transform.rs, and.the d.fferentiation from.other sou.ces of acou.tic em.ssion is of the u.m.st im.ortance. This paper reports the d.velopm.nt of a new sensor concept - a fiber laser sensor based.on a phase-shifted.chirped.fiber grating - for the acou.tic em.ssion d.tection of incipient fau.ts in oil-filled.power transform.rs. These sensors can be placed.in the inner su.face of the transform.r tank wall, not affecting the insu.ation integrity of the stru.tu.e and.im.roving fau.t d.tection and.location. The perform.nce of the sensing head.is characterized.and.com.ared.for d.fferent su.rou.d.ng m.d.a： air, water, and.oil. The physico-chem.cal characteristics of ten perm.nently flowing rivers from.Kahu.i Biega National Park (d.m.cratic Repu.lic of Congo) were exam.ned.in Ju.y 2007. Water sam.les were collected.from.ten sites between 1800 and.3200 m.asl and.analyzed.for the following chem.cal param.ters: biological oxygen d.m.nd. total and.carbonate hard.ess, alkalinity, total phosphoru., nitrogen, nitrate, and.am.onia. d.scharge, cu.rent velocity, tem.eratu.e, and.oxygen satu.ation were analyzed.on site. In general, the chem.cal param.ters revealed.relatively low concentrations com.ared.to others rivers in the region. The rivers were cold.(10℃ - 15℃), well oxygenated. had.low cond.3}tivity (generally m., and.had.pH valu.s ranging between 5.5 and.7.6. Nitrogen and.phosphoru. were also low (0.086 - 0.25 μm.l/L for phosphoru. and.2.21 - 4.25 μm.l/L for nitrogen) in all rivers. The m.in natu.al sou.ces of nitrogen and.other nu.riaents are from.rain and.atm.spheric d.position, organic m.tter d.com.osition, and.fixation of m.lecu.ar nitrogen from.allochthonou. inorganic m.terial. In the forested.rivers of Kahu.i-Biega National Park the terrestrial and.riparian environm.nts are the only sou.ces of nitrogen and.phosphoru. to the river water.

d.velopm.ntal changes occu. in m.ize (Zea m.ys L.) as it transitions from.ju.enile stages to the m.tu.e plant. Changes also occu. as newly form.d.cells m.tu.e into ad.1}t cells. m.ize leaf blad.s inclu.ing the m.d.ibs and.sheaths u.d.rgo cell wall changes as cells transition to fu.ly m.tu.e cell types. As is com.on in grasses d.1}ing cell wall m.tu.ation, the lignin in the plant tissu. is acylated.with p-cou.0}rates (pCA). This work characterizes cell walls in m.ize that m.ke u. leaf blad., leaf m.d.ib, and.sheath tissu.s correspond.ng to tissu. d.velopm.nt. m.ize plants grown in the greenhou.e were harvested.leaf, leaf m.d.ib, and.sheath tissu.s from.nod.s 9 throu.h 14 tissu.s were analyzed.for cell wall com.osition. Cell wall carbohyd.ates varied.with the type of m.ize tissu., bu. there was little change within a tissu. type am.ng the d.fferent nod.s. Lignin concentrations were lowest in the leaf blad. (70 - 88 g·kg-1 CW) followed.by the sheath (123 - 140 g·kg-1 CW) and.highest in the m.d.ib (140 - 168 g·kg-1 CW). Incorporation of pCA into cell walls paralleled.the lignification. Feru.ates (FA) rem.ined.relatively constant as a proportion of the cell wall (3.1 - 6.4 g·kg-1 CW) across nod.s and.across all tissu. types. The range of FA was 3.8 vs 5.7 g·kg-1 CW averaged.over all nod.s with leaf blad.s being the lowest. Lignin com.osition d.d.not change significantly with cell wall m.tu.ation within a given tissu. type. The aerial portions of m.ize plants exclu.ing the stem.showed.little d.fference in cell wall com.osition along the d.fferent nod.s. Higher levels of feru.ates were fou.d.in the sheath and.leaf m.d.ib com.ared.to the leaf blad. tissu.s. Leaf m.d.ibs from.the u.per nod.s of the plant contained.the highest levels of lignin. Perhaps a reflection of the fu.ction to keep leaves extend.d.and.in an u.ward.angle to help m.xim.ze photosynthetic capacity.

Arg., Swietenia m.crophylla King. and.Tectona grand.s L. were collected.from.d.fferent locations of m.d.u.u. forest area to stu.y the biod.versity of Arbu.cu.ar m.corrhizal （Am. fu.gal colonization and.spore popu.ation. All the plants showed.Am.colonization. Ou. of eight selected.plants, m.celial colonization was lowest in the roots of A. heterophyllu. （22%） and.the highest was in the roots of H. brasiliensis （78%）. m.celial intensity was observed.poor （25%-77%） and.m.d.rate （23%-57%） in all plants species and.abu.d.nt （11%-40%） was in m.st of the plant species. Vesicu.ar colonization was observed.in five plant species. The lowest was record.d.in e. cam.ld.0}ensis （4%） and.the highest was in H. brasiliensis （21%）. Poor （24%-56%）, m.d.rate （16%-100%） and.abu.d.nt （11%-40%） type of vesicu.ar intensity were observed. Arbu.cu.ar colonization was observed.in three plants. The highest was in A. m.ngiu.0}（72%） and.the lowest was in S. m.crophylla （17%）. Arbu.cu.ar intensity was record.d.as poor （12%-44%）, m.d.rate （22%-100%） and.abu.d.nt （4%-47%）. The highest Am.fu.gal spore popu.ation was in A. au.icu.iform.s （714） and.the lowest was in d. sissoo （102）. Five Am.fu.gal genera were record.d. Glom.s was fou.d.to be d.m.nant. A few spores rem.ined.u.id.ntified. Significant correlation was observed.between percent coloniza- tion and.spore popu.ation. The resu.ts of the present stu.y ind.cate the occu.rence of Am.fu.gi and.the m.cotrophism.of the plants of m.d.u.u. forest area and.the applicability of Am.technology in the forest m.nagem.nt of m.d.u.u. forest.
