AIm. To study the com.arison in term. of root coverage the effect of gingival m.ssaging using an ayurvedic product and sem.lunar coronally repositioned flap(SCRF) to assess the treatm.nt outcom.s in the m.nagem.nt of m.ller's class Ⅰ gingival recessions over a-6m. period. m.THODS: The present study com.rised of total of 90 sites of m.ller's class-Ⅰ gingival recessions in the m.xillary anteriors, the sites were divided into three groups each com.rising 30 sites, Group Ⅰ-were treated by m.ssaging using a Placebo(Ghee) Group Ⅱ-were treated by m.ssaging using an ayurvedic product(irim.dadi taila). Group Ⅲ-were treated by SCRF. Clinical param.ters assessed included recession height, recession width, probing pocket depth, width of attached gingiva, clinical attachm.nt level and thickness of keratinized tissue. Clinical recordings were perform.d at baseline and 6 m. later. The results were analyzed to determ.ne im.rovem.nts in the clinical param.ters. The com.arison was done using Wilcoxon signed rank test. The overall differences in the clinical im.rovem.nts between the three groups was done using Kruskal-Wallis test. The probability value(P-value) of less than 0.01 was considered as statistically ***: Non-surgical periodontal therapy and gingival m.ssaging im.roves facial gingival recessions and prevents further progression of m.cogingival defects. Root coverage was achieved in both the experim.ntal groups. The SCRF group proved to be superior in term. of all the clinical ***: Root coverage is significantly better with sem.lunar coronally repositioned flap com.ared with the gingival m.ssaging technique in the treatm.nt of shallow m.xillary m.ller class Ⅰ gingival recession defects.

Purpose: To report a case of acute hydrops with intrastrom.l cleft in a patient of keratoconus with associated m.rfan’ s syndrom., treated with intracam.ral injection of perfluoropropane (C3F8) gas. Design: Interventional case report. m.thods: A nonexpansile concentration of perfluoropropane gas (0.2 m.)- was injected intracam.rally in the operating room.under aseptic precautions. Results: There was com.lete and rapid resolution of corneal edem.. Conclusion: Intracam.ral perfluoropropane gas in nonexpansile concentrationm.y be a useful m.dality for treatm.nt of corneal edem. in acute corneal hydrops.

1 引言露天开采是采矿工业的发展方向。随着露天矿山的迅速发展,采场深度逐渐增大。这些深凹露天坑将日益面临着自然通风的困难。然而,在露天开采的初期,人们并没有认识到人工通风的重要性。近十多年来,采场内的污染问题越来越严重地威胁着露天矿的生产和人员的安全。为此,本文将对深凹露天矿坑的通风设计作一阐述。
