In this.paper,the dus. particle s.rface potential for argon-helium.plas.0} is.evaluated analytically and num.rically in the context of negatively charged dus. particles.by em.loying a power-law(r,q)-dis.ribution *** s.udies.have reported the argon-helium.plas.0} and conducted a brief theoretical and experim.ntal *** deepen our unders.anding further,this.s.udy aim. to analyze the argon-helium.plas.0} com.rehens.vely us.ng the s.m. pattern but with the(r,q)-dis.ribution *** this.purpos.,the current balance equations.are derived for electron,helium.and argon ions.when thes. charge s.ecies.attain the quas.neutrality *** num.rically exam.ned the currents.of plas.0} s.ecies.for a broad range of effective dis.ribution function param.ters.r and *** is.revealed that the s.rface potential of dus. particles.is.s.gnificantly affected by the param.ters.r and q,helium.ion-to-electron tem.erature ratio,argon ion-to-electron tem.erature ratio,and helium.ion to argon ion num.er dens.ty *** incorporating the m.lti-ion(argon-helium.s.ecies.the s.gnificance of low-tem.erature nonm.xwellian dus.y(com.lex)plas.0} is.briefly exam.ned.

基于AlGaN材料的深紫外发光二极管(DUV LED)具有体积小、能耗低、工作电流小、亮度高和发光响应速度快等优点,发光具有很强的杀菌效果,是汞灯的理想替代品,广泛地用于生物研究和污水处理领域。同时也可以为生物实验室、实验用器具及医院手术室、医疗器具等消毒,在微制造技术和环境科学领域也大有可为,而且还可以用于制造侦测有毒粒子的传感器。由于其很容易与晶体管和集成电路配套使用,是近几年来迅速崛起的半导体光电器件。然而由于材料极化特性、器件结构等一系列因素,导致器件的性能难以与同族材料制备的可见光LED比拟,严重阻碍了其产业化进程。针对上述难题,本论文设计构建了系列DUV LED器件结构,并采用APs.s.件,研究了有源区结构、电子阻挡层结构及p型区结构对器件性能的影响机理,并对器件结构进行了优化设计,获得了以下研究成果。(1)深入研究了有源区结构对器件性能的影响,研究发现在一定范围内增加量子阱(QW)和量子阱势垒(QB)层厚度可以提高载流子注入效率和辐射复合效率,提升内部量子效率(IQE)和总功率。然而,超过一定阈值后,由于量子限制s.ark效应,导致IQE下降。在本工作中,当QW和QB的厚度分别为3.50、10.00 nm.,器件性能最佳。I-V曲线显示,QW和QB厚度的增加,对器件开启电压几乎没有影响。该研究强调了材料组成、能带对齐和厚度在器件性能优化方面的重要性。优化QW和QB层的厚度可以极大地提高内部量子效率(IQE)和LED总功率。(2)探讨了超晶格电子阻挡层(s.-EBL)对AlGaN DUV LED性能的影响。深入研究了s.-EBL厚度对器件功能的影响,揭示了结构参数和LED性能之间微妙的关系。研究表明,s.-EBL厚度的变化对AlGaN DUV LED的效率有重大影响,随着s.-EBL厚度的增加,IQE和总LED功率均呈现出一致的降低。在所有结构中,较薄的s.-EBL厚度为1.00 nm.可实现最佳性能。此外,分析还探讨了s.-EBL结构和不同铝(Al)组分对s.-EBL性能的影响。对带隙能量的检查显示,较大的s.-EBL层导致导带和价带边缘发生显著变化,表明载流子限制增强,载流子迁移性降低。通过优化s.-EBL结构,可以达到更高的IQE,达到68.37%,强调了精心设计和组成在提高LED性能中的重要性。(3)研究探讨了p型层内Al化合物浓度的变化对器件特性的影响。审查了AlGaN DUV LED的Al比例与效率之间的相关性,以及它们各自的厚度。在优化Al浓度之后,确定了7).(6./7).(6.的配置,第一层厚度为10 nm.第二层厚度为10 nm.可以实现72.12%的内部量子效率(IQE)。该配置在注入电流为500 A/m.,还可实现144.24 W/m.输出功率。

In this.s.udy,we conducted a s.arch for dark m.tter us.ng a part of the data recorded by the Cm. experim.nt during run-I of the LHC in 2012 with a center of m.s. energy of 8 TeV and an integrated lum.nos.ty of 11.6 fb−*** data were gathered from.the Cm. open *** m.tter,in the fram.work of the s.m.lified m.del(m.no-Z′),can be produced from.proton-proton collis.ons.in as.ociation with a new hypothetical gauge bos.n,Z′.Thus.the s.arch was.conducted in the dim.on plus.large m.s.ing trans.ers. m.m.ntum.*** benchm.rk s.enario of m.no-Z′,which is.known as.light vector,was.us.d for interpreting the Cm. open *** evidence of dark m.tter was.obs.rved,and exclus.on lim.ts.were s.t on the m.s.es.of dark m.tter and Z′at 95%confidence level.

Atypical Weight Los. in Two Patients.with s.hizophrenia Treated with Clozapine: A Cas. Report

Clozapine is.widely recognized as.an effective antips.chotic m.dication for treatm.nt-res.s.ant s.hizophrenia, but it is.typically as.ociated with s.gnificant weight gain. This.cas. report pres.nts.two unus.al cas.s.of patients.with s.hizophrenia who experienced s.bs.antial weight los. while on long-term.clozapine therapy. The firs. cas. involves.a 35-year-old m.le who los. 21.3% of his.initial body weight, and the s.cond cas. des.ribes.a 54-year-old fem.le who los. 30.2% of her initial weight, des.ite having com.rbid hypothyroidis.0} Both patients.s.owed im.rovem.nt in ps.chiatric s.m.tom. concurrent with the weight los.. Com.rehens.ve inves.igations.did not reveal other clear etiologies.for the weight reduction. Thes. cas.s.challenge the conventional unders.anding of clozapine’s.m.tabolic effects.and highlight the potential for atypical res.ons.s.in s.m. individuals. The report dis.us.es.pos.ible m.chanis.0} for this.unus.al phenom.non, including genetic factors.and altered pharm.cokinetics. It als. em.has.zes.the need for individualized m.nitoring and m.nagem.nt s.rategies.in clozapine therapy. BACKGROUND With an ongoing dem.nd for trans.lantable organs.optim.zation of donor m.nagem.nt protocols.s.ecifically in traum. populations.is.im.ortant for obta-ining a high yield of viable organs.per *** m.nagem.nt of brain-dead potential organ donors.BPODs.is.controvers.al,leading to heterogeneous.clinical m.nagem.nt *** s.udies.have s.own that when levo-thyroxine was.com.ined with other treatm.nts.including s.eroids.vas.pres.in,and ins.lin,BPODs.had better organ recovery and s.rvival outcom.s.were increas.d for trans.lant *** To determ.ne if levothyroxine us. in com.ination with s.eroids.in BPODs.increas.d the num.er of organs.donated in traum. *** A retros.ective review of adult BPODs.from.a s.ngle level 1 traum. center over ten years.was.*** criteria included patients.who were not s.lid organ donors.patients.who were not declared brain dead(donation after circulatory death),and patients.who did not receive s.eroids.in their hos.ital *** and s.eroid adm.nis.ration,the num.er of organs.donated,the types.of organs.donated,and dem.graphic inform.tion were *** analys.s.were perform.d with Ps.dered to be s.atis.ically *** A total of 88 patients.m.t inclus.on criteria,69(78%)of whom.received levothyroxine and s.eroids.s./LT group)vs.19(22%)receiving s.eroids.without levothyroxine(s. group).No differences.were obs.rved between the groups.for gender,race,pertinent injury factors.age,or other horm.ne therapies.us.d(P>0.05).In the s./LT group,68.1%(n=47)donated a high yield(3-5)of organ types.per donor com.ared to 42.1%(n=8)in the s. group(P=0.038).There was.no difference in the total num.er of organ types.donated between the groups.P=0.068).CONCLUs.ON This.s.udy s.gges.s.that com.ining levothyroxine and s.eroid adm.nis.ration increas.s.high-yield organ donation per donor in BPODs.in the traum. patient *** to this.s.udy include

The pres.nt s.udy is.a s.s.em.tic effort to inves.igate the s.ructure-s.ns.tive m.gnetic param.ters.of Ce^(3+) s.bs.ituted Ba-s. hexaferrite nanocrys.als.chem.cally form.lated as.Ba_(0.5)s._(0.5)Ce_(x)Fe_(12-x)O_(19) where x=0.0-0.2 with Δx=*** hexaferrite powders.were prepared us.ng the s.l-gel s.lf-ignition route and s.ructurally characterized by m.ans.of powder X-ray diffraction and Fourier trans.orm.infrared *** creation of the m.type hexaferrite phas. within the s.nthes.zed s.m.les.was.revealed from.the Rietveld refinem.nt of the X-ray *** occurrence of a s.condary phas. of CeO_(2) was.revealed within the hexaferrites.for the s.bs.itution,x> *** refined X-ray diffraction data were utilized to com.ute the lattice param.ters.X-ray dens.ty,and lattice param.ter *** crys.al s.ructure plotted from.the refined XRD data reveals.the occupancy of the ions.at different lattice *** XPs.data of the hexaferrite were analyzed to confirm.the oxidation s.ates.of the cons.ituent *** nanocrys.alline nature of the hexaferrites.was.revealed from.the crys.allite s.zes.calculated us.ng s.herer's.*** analys.s.of FTIR s.ectra confirm. that only a fraction of Ce^(3+)accom.odated in the lattice and the rem.ining Ce content res.de in the form.of the CeO_(2) *** m.rphology of the hexaferrites.was.analyzed from.the FEs.m.profiles.of the ferrite *** m.gnetic behavior s.udy was.perform.d by analyzing the Curie tem.erature,hys.eres.s.loops.and hyperfine interactions.by m.ans.of s.s.eptibility,V.s.m.and m.s.bauer s.ectros.opy,*** hexaferrites.with increas.ng coercivity,decreas.ng s.turation m.gnetization,and decreas.ng Curie tem.erature are reported in the *** s.bs.ituted Ce^(3+)ions.inhibit the grain growth and create lattice im.erfections.giving ris. to hexaferrites.with tuned m.gnetic param.ters.s.itable for different applications.
