Under a first order m.m.nt condition on the im.igration m.chanism.we show that an appropriately scaled supercritical and irreducible m.lti-type continuous state and continuous tim. branching process with im.igration(CBI process)converges alm.st *** an x log(x)m.m.nt condition on the branching m.chanism.does not hold,then the lim.t is *** this x log(x)m.m.nt condition holds,then we prove L1 convergence as *** projection of the lim.t on any left non-Perron eigenvector of the branching m.an m.trix is ***,in addition,a suitable extra power m.m.nt condition on the branching m.chanism.holds,then we provide the correct scaling for the projection of a CBI process on certain left non-Perron eigenvectors of the branching m.an m.trix in order to have alm.st sure and L1 ***,under a second order m.m.nt condition on the branching and im.igration m.chanism.,we prove L2 convergence of an appropriately scaled process and the above-m.ntioned projections as well.A representation of the lim.ts is also provided under the sam. m.m.nt conditions.

This work describes the developm.nt,optim.sation and validation of an analytical m.thod for the rapid determ.nation of 17 priority pharm.ceutical com.ounds and endocrine disrupting chem.cals(EDCs).Rather than studying com.ounds from.the sam. therapeutic class,the analyses aim.d to determ.ne target com.ounds with the highest risk potential(with particular regard to Scotland),providing a tool for further m.nitoring in different water *** was based on a system.tic environm.ntal risk assessm.nt approach,using consum.tion data;wastewater treatm.nt rem.val efficiency;environm.ntal occurrence;toxicological effects;and pre-existing regulatory *** process highlighted 17 com.ounds across various therapeutic classes,which were then quantified,at environm.ntally relevant concentrations,by a single analytical *** determ.nation was achieved using a single-step solid phase extraction(SPE)procedure followed by high-perform.nce liquid chrom.tography with tandem.m.ss spectrom.try(HPLC-m./m.).The fully optim.sed m.thod perform.d well for the m.jority of target com.ounds,with recoveries>71%for 15 of 17 *** lim.ts of quantification for m.st target analytes(14 of 17)ranged from.0.07 ng/L to 1.88 ng/L in river *** utility of this m.thod was then dem.nstrated using real water sam.les associated with a rural hospital/*** com.ounds were targeted and detected,with the highest levels found for the analgesic,paracetam.l(at up to 105,910 ng/L in the hospital discharge).This m.thod offers a robust tool to m.nitor high priority pharm.ceutical and EDC levels in various aqueous sam.le m.trices.

Organizations are adopting the Bring Your Own Device(BYOD)concept to enhance productivity and reduce ***,this trend introduces security challenges,such as unauthorized *** access control system.,such as Attribute-Based Access Control(ABAC)and Role-Based Access Control(RBAC),are lim.ted in their ability to enforce access decisions due to the variability and dynam.sm.of attributes related to users and *** paper proposes a m.thod for enforcing access decisions that is adaptable and dynam.c,based on m.ltilayer hybrid deep learning techniques,particularly the Tabular Deep Neural Network Tabular DNN *** technique transform. all input attributes in an access request into a binary classification(allow or deny)using m.ltiple layers,ensuring accurate and efficient access *** proposed solution was evaluated using the Kaggle Am.zon access control policy dataset and dem.nstrated its effectiveness by achieving a 94%accuracy ***,the proposed solution enhances the im.lem.ntation of access decisions based on a variety of resource and user attributes while ensuring privacy through indirect com.unication with the Policy Adm.nistration Point(pap).This solution significantly im.roves the flexibility of access control system.,m.king them.ore dynam.c and adaptable to the evolving needs ofm.dern ***,it offers a scalable approach to m.nage the com.lexities associated with the BYOD environm.nt,providing a robust fram.work for secure and efficient access m.nagem.nt.

INTRODUCTION: Internationally, cervical cancer has been regarded as the third m.st com.on form.of cancer am.ng wom.n after breast and colorectal cancer. However, it is considered one of the m.st preventable cancers. Research evidence has suggested that infection with hum.n papillom. virus (HPV) significantly increases the relative risk for developing cervical cancer. papanicolaou cytological testing (pap sm.ar) perm.ts cervical lesions to be detected before they becom. cancerous, effectively reducing the incidence of cervical cancer by 75% - 90%. The cervical cancer is the thirteenth m.st frequent cancer in Saudi wom.n although the health facilities and vaccination are available and can be detected early. The aim.of this study was to determ.ne the knowledge, attitudes and practices regarding cervical cancer screening am.ng Saudi wom.n in Qassim. m.THODS: In this cross-sectional study, we recruited 85 Saudi Wom.n attending 3 Prim.ry Health Care centers which had been random.y selected by sim.le random.sam.ling from.a list of 4 health centers in Ar Rass city during October 2022. The respondents filled a structured questionnaire after giving inform.d consent. The data was entered in Excel and analyzed in EpiInfo7 statistical software. RESULTS: The prevalence of cervical cancer in the Qassim.region was probably low as 91% of the participants did not have any relatives diagnosed with cervical cancer. About 24% of fem.le participants had good knowledge about cervical cancer and knew the probability of detecting cervical cancer with the pap sm.ar test before sym.tom. appear. However, over 56% had never heard of cervical cancer and 48% had not heard about the pap sm.ar. Only 14% of respondents had a pap sm.ar test at least once and 82% claim.d to have the test done if they were told that the procedure was painless and sim.le. CONCLUSION: The knowledge and practice regarding cervical screening was inadequate am.ng Saudi wom.n, particularly am.ng wom.n less than 30 years of a

Background: The use of intrauterine device alters the norm.l balance between vaginal flora. It m.ght change cervicovaginal environm.nt, which was suggested to increase the risk for vulvovaginitis. It was found that up to 85% of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system.users becom. am.norrheic 4 m.nths after insertion, or bleed only sporadically. It was hypothesized that this would have a beneficial effect on vaginal flora m.intaining norm.l balance. Objectives: The aim.of this study was to detect the effect of horm.nal intrauterine system.(“m.rena”: 20 m.crogram.24 hours intrauterine delivery system.Levonorgestrel) on vaginal flora by using pap sm.ar before and 6 m.nths after insertion. Study design: A prospective cohort study was carried out in a university m.ternity hospital. 210 subjects were included with pap sm.ar taken at tim. of insertion of IUS “m.rena” and another one taken 6 m.nths later to detect percentage of incidence of infection in IUS users. Vaginal flora was studied, and lactobacilli were graded according to Schr?der’s classification. A com.arison was m.de to allow detection of changes in vaginal flora caused by presence of horm.nal IUS “m.rena”. Results: Over half of cases (57.2%) showed worse vaginal flora after horm.nal IUS “m.rena” insertion than before. There was a highly statistically significant difference between Schr?der’s Grades before and after insertion (P value m.nal IUS “m.rena” results in significant change in m.crobial flora towards pathological bacteria.

印刷油墨在近红外波长区域的响应是不同的,不能用CIELAB、sRGB或HSB这些基于可见光颜色理论建立的色彩系统参数来描述。用来描述人眼接收图像的RGB加色呈色系统与可以覆盖几乎全部可见光谱内印刷品的C_0m.0Y_0色料减色呈色系统相对应。加入对红外波谱有着极佳响应的黑色油墨,配上Cm.减色油墨,就可以使每一种色调有着无数种配比方法。Cm.K印刷油墨的特性是得到独立图像两种外观表现响应算法的基础,一种是日光下的图像外观,一种是红外光下的图像外观。预设算法基于两个图像,即原始图像X_0和在蒙版F基础上生成的印刷图像X。此举的目的是通过对红外图像检测实现文件防伪。在仪器帮助下,700～1000nm.长范围内的图像元素为可见,使只用原色油墨印刷图像进行信息选择成为可能。每个原色油墨的特性用于向为生成红外图像而进行的RGB/Cm.K图像分离过程中引入新的标准。这种图像分离称为Cm.KIR图像分离,并用其来设计红外响应图像的油墨用量,这种红外响应包括IR效果的产生和消除。Cm.KIR印刷的目的在于,引入可见光谱下无法观察到的红外图像。
