The Late Cretaceous Chagai arc outcrops in western Pakistan, southern Afghanistan and eastern Iran. It is in the Tethyan convergence zone, form.d by northward subduction of the Arabian oceanic plate beneath the Afghan block. The oldest unit of the Chagai arc is the Late Cretaceous Sinjrani Volcanic Group. This is com.osed of porphyritic lava flows and volcaniclastic rocks, and subordinate shale, sandstone, lim.stone and chert. The flows are fractionated low-K tholeiitic basalts, basaltic- andesites, and andesites. Relative enrichm.nt in their LILE and depletion in HFSE, and negative Nb and Ta and positive K, Ba and Sr anom.lies point to a subduction-related origin. Com.ared to m.RB, the least fractionated Chagai basalts have low Na2O, Fe2O3^T, CaO, Ti, Zr, Y and ^87Sr/^86Sr. Rather than an Andean setting, these results suggest derivation from.a highly depleted m.ntle in an intraoceanic arc form.d by Late Cretaceous convergence in the Ceno-Tethys. The segm.nted subduction zone form.d between Gondwana and a collage of sm.ll continental blocks （Iran, Afghan, Karakoram. Lhasa and Burm.） was accom.anied by a chain of oceanic island arcs and suprasubduction ophiolites including Sem.il, Zagros, Chagai-Raskoh, Kandahar, m.slim.Bagh, Waziristan and Kohistan-Ladakh, Nidar, Nagaland and m.nipur. These com.lexes accreted to the southern m.rgin of Eurasia in the Late Cretaceous.

Basaltic volcanic conglom.rates near the Wulgai village in Balochistan occur in the undivided sedim.ntary rock unit of the Bagh com.lex which is the m.lange zone beneath the m.slim.Bagh ophiolite. The presence of m.ddle Triassic grey radiolarian chert within the upper and lower horizon of the conglom.rates suggests that the lavas, from.which these conglom.rates were principally derived, were eroded and re-deposited in the m.ddle Triassic. The Wulgai conglom.rate contains several textural and m.neralogical varieties of volcanic rocks, such as porphyritic, glom.rophyric, intersertal and vitrophyric basalts. The m.in m.nerals identified in these sam.les are augite, olivine, plagioclase（An35–78） leucite and nosean, with apatite ilm.nite, m.gnetite and hem.tite occurring as accessory m.nerals. These rocks are m.ldly to strongly-alkaline with low m.~# and low Cr, Ni and Co contents suggesting that their parent m.gm. had undergone considerable fractionation prior to eruption. Trace elem.nt-enriched m.ntle-norm.lized patterns with m.rked positive Nb anom.lies are consistent with 10%–15% m.lting of an enriched m.ntle source in a within-plate tectonic setting. It is proposed that this m.ddle Triassic intra-plate volcanism.m.y represent m.ntle plum.-derived m.lts related to the Late Triassic rifting of m.cro-continental blocks（including Afghan, Iran, Karakorum.and Lhasa） from.the northern m.rgin of Gondwana.

爆破作用下岩溶对边坡稳定性的数值模拟研究

露天矿山在爆破过程中势必会给边坡稳定性造成影响,特别是边坡处于岩溶发育区时更容易造成边坡失稳,为了研究在爆破作用下岩溶对边坡稳定性的影响,本文依托塘垭石灰岩矿山边坡工程,以该矿山+1014 m.台出露岩溶为研究对象,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元分析软件进行数值模拟,考虑爆破振动效应影响,得到了围岩的应力分布,重点对比分析了有无溶洞条件下,爆破对边坡应力、爆破振速、边坡岩体损伤以及边坡有效应力产生影响的差异。研究结果表明:在台阶爆破时,由于溶洞的存在,使得台阶出现受力改变,出现多次应力集中现象,但台阶受力产生的应力值仅有7.6 m.a,仍无法达到破坏岩体的程度;不同空间位置的监测点,由于溶洞的存在,振动速度的差值变大,且垂直方向比水平方向的振动速度变化更大,尤其是空间位置靠近边坡坡面的监测点,对这种情况的反应更加明显,边坡坡面的监测点振动速度差值最大约1 cm.s,未超过安全允许振速;在爆破次数不断增加的过程中,岩体内部的损伤也在逐步加剧,且损伤在有溶洞的影响下更为明显,岩溶区半径越大,爆破次数越多,损伤就更为严重;对比前期开展的岩石单轴抗压强度实验得知,尽管溶洞的存在会造成应力值的改变和应力集中现象,但产生的有效应力峰值总体均远低于岩体的单轴抗压强度。针对爆破过程对边坡稳定性造成的影响,提出岩溶区边坡的支护处理措施,可为类似边坡爆破工程提供参考。

目的评价利用对比剂增强CT测量肝脏微小细胞外空间(fECS)及利用大分子对比剂(m.Cm.摄取来测量肝脏纤维化严重程度的可能性。材料与方法研究过程经旧金山加利福尼亚大学动物保护应用委员会批准和认可。对21只接受了0～12周胃内CCl4处理的小鼠行呼吸门控微小CT扫描成像,传统对比剂和新型碘化m.Cm.者均用。利用Ishak纤维化评分及纤维化区域的形态学测量在组织病理学上对肝脏纤维化进行分级定性。计算出每次检查的肝脏fECS及m.Cm.取,利用单变量及多变量线性回归将其结果与组织病理学结果相关联。结果 Ishak纤维化评分的范围是从未处理动物的基线0到最大值5。相同间期内组织病理学上肝脏纤维化区域测量值从0.46%升高至3.5%。肝脏fECS的传统对比增强CT测量与Ishak纤维化评分(R2=0.751,Pm.Cm.取与Ishak纤维化评分间(R2=0.801,Pm.Cm.取与纤维化区域测量间(R2=0.643,P=0.001)均呈显著负相关。多变量线性回归分析显示肝脏fECS测量和m.Cm.取在Ishak纤维化评分的预测中是独立的,R2=0.86(分别为P=0.081和P=0.033)。结论对比增强CT对肝脏fECS及m.Cm.取的测量能被用来评估小鼠模型早期肝脏纤维化的程度。
