Rem.val of Nitrogen Dioxide and Sulfur Dioxide from.Air Stream. by Absorption in Urea Solution

Th. study focuses on th. absorption rates of NO2, SO2 and a m.xture of th.se two acid gases into urea solution in packed bed colum.. Th. absorption rate was studied as a function of absorbent tem.erature, urea concentration and acid gas concentration. Th. influence of liquid tem.erature between 10 - 40?C, urea concentration between 0.1 - 0.5 m.and acid gas concentration NO2 between 100 - 1000 ppm.(191 - 1910 m./m.), SO2 between 500 - 2500 ppm.(1310 - 6530 m./m.) were investigated. Th. m.ss gas flow rate of 20.646 (kg/***) at 25?C and th. absorption rate were determ.ned by m.asuring th. NO2 and SO2 concentrations in th. inlet and outlet stream. of th. absorptioncolum.. Th. absorption rate of SO2 increases with.th. decrease of tem.erature of absorbent (urea solution) and with.th. increase of th. urea concentration. Th. presence of NO2 in th. effluent gas stream.lowers th. absorption rate of SO2 in urea solution due to th. fast reaction of NO2 with.urea as com.ared with.SO2. Th. absorption rate of NO2 decreases as th. urea concentration exceeds 0.4 m.l/l and for NO2 gas concentration of 100 ppm.due to th. decrease th. diffusivity of th. gas. Th. experim.ntal data were analyzed using dim.nsionless analysis to find th. correlation of m.ss transfer coefficient in th. packed colum. Sh.(h./ dp)1.2 = 4.19*10–2 *(G' dp / μg)0.87 (μg / ρg DAB)0.60 Th. results confirm.d th. h.poth.sis th.t th. absorption is accom.anied with.ch.m.cal reaction. Also it is found th. increasing th. tem.erature of absorbent solution th. absorption rate of two gases is decreases. Th. m.ss transfer coefficient m.dels are in good agreem.nts with.th. Kram.r’s equation.

Variation on Wild Sunflower （h.lianth.s ruderalis L.） for Quantitative and Qualitative Param.ters

Our expedition h.ve identified location in th. central part of Kosovo wh.re were collected a sam.les （accessions） at coordinates; Sub-Locality SL-1 （N42°34′36″, E21°07′45″）, altitude 574 m. SL-2 （N42°34′29″, E 21°07′45″altitude 591 m.and SL-3 （N42°34′30″, E21°07′46″） on altitude 565 m. Th. aim.of present investigation was carried out to study genetic variability of quantitative and qualitative param.ters. Th. populations from.SL-2 were ch.racterized of h.gh.r significance on seed oil （23.74%） and protein content （16.74%）. Th. estim.tion average value of seed protein and oil content was 15.52% and 23.48% respectively. Th. variability of plant h.igh. ranged from.182.33 cm.to as m.ch.as 200.89 cm. wh.le distinction＇s between th.m.were ＋ 18.56 cm.wh.ch.was a significant h.gh.r at P〈0.05 probability level. Th. SL-3 sh.wed th. h.gh.r value of h.K （34.6 g）, h.ad per plant （39.33） and h.ad diam.ter （9.5 cm. but, was ch.racterized significantly lowest on seed protein content （13.99%）. Th. all traits included in our investigations sh.wed a h.gh.r genetic variability with.m.jority of extrem. values. Th. sunflower populations differed significantly in several param.ters m.asured, th.y h.ve a different genetic and m.rph.logical backgrounds. Results from.wild sunflower form.indicated notable differences in dispersion of im.ortant genes for different traits and sh.wed th. potential for using in future for breeding program.

Th.rm.l and electron transport th.ough.organic m.lecules attach.d to th.ee-dim.nsional gold electrodes in two different configurations, nam.ly para and m.ta with.th.ol-term.nated junctions is studied th.oretically in th. linear response regim. using Green＇s function form.lism. We used th.ol-term.nated（–Sh.bond） benzene units and found a positive th.rm.power because th. h.gh.st occupied m.lecular orbital（h.m.） is near th. Ferm. energy level. We investigated th. influence of m.lecular length.and m.lecular junction geom.try on th. th.rm.electric properties. Our results sh.w th.t th. th.rm.electric properties are h.gh.y sensitive to th. coupling geom.try and th. m.lecular length. In addition, we observed th.t th. interference effects and increasing m.lecular length.can increase th. th.rm.electric efficiency of device in a specific configuration.

＜正＞ Th. aim.of th. present study was to investigate th. effect of lith.um.on acute m.rph.ne - induced tolerance and dependence in an in vitro m.del of isolated guinea pig ileum.wh.ch.h.s been extensively used for th. assessm.nt of th.se effects of o pioids. m.rph.ne inh.bited electrically stim.lated twitch.of ileum.in a concentration - dependent m.nner （pD2 = 7.27±0.16）. Tolerance to th.s effect was induced by incubation of ileum.with.2 × IC50 of m.rph.ne for 2 h.th.t induced a degree of tolerance of 14. 7. Th. co - incubation of ileum.with.m.rph.ne along lith.um.ch.oride （1m.） reduced th. degree of tolerance significantly （P ＜ 0.001） and restored th. sensitivity of ileum.to th. m.rph.ne inh.bitory effect. Lith.um.ch.oride can also reduce th. expression of tolerance to m.rph.ne significantly （p ＜ 0.01）. Dependence was induced by incubation with.4 × IC50 of m.rph.ne for 2 h.and was assessed based on naloxone- induced contractions （10-5 m.. Lith.um.ch.oride （1m.） can attenuate th. developm.nt but not expression of dependence to m.rph.ne as sh.wn by th. significant decrease in naloxone - induced contractions （P ＜ 0.05）. Th.se results suggest th.t lith.um.ch.oride can reduce th. developm.nt and expression of acute tolerance to and developm.nt of dependence on m.rph.ne in th. m.enteric plexus of guinea pig ileum.

‘C-type’ closed state and gating m.ch.nism. of K2P ch.nnels revealed by conform.tional ch.nges of th. TREK-1 ch.nnel

Two-pore dom.in potassium.(K2P) ch.nnels gate prim.rily with.n th. selectivity filter, term.d ‘C-type’ gating. Due to th. lack of structural insigh.s into th. nonconductive (closed) state, ‘C-type’ gating m.ch.nism. rem.in elusive. h.re, m.lecular dynam.cs (m.) sim.lations on TREK-1, a K2P ch.nnel, revealed th.t m. h.lix m.vem.nts induce filter closing in a novel ‘deeper-down’ structure th.t represents a ‘C-type’ closed state. Th. ‘down’ structure does not represent th. closed state as previously proposed and instead acts as an interm.diate state in gating. Th. study identified th. allosteric ‘seesaw’ m.ch.nism.of m. h.lix m.vem.nts in m.dulating filter closing. Finally, guided by th.s recognition of K2P gating m.ch.nism., m. sim.lations revealed th.t gain-of-function m.tations and sm.ll-m.lecule activators activate TREK-1 by perturbing state transitions from.open to closed states. Togeth.r, we reveal a ‘C-type’ closed state and provide m.ch.nical insigh.s into gating procedures and allosteric regulations for K2P ch.nnels.

Th. nanocom.osite [(NCZF)1–x(Na(***))x] (x = 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%) was prepared by m.xing two ph.ses, Ni0.45Co0.2Zn0.35F2O4 with.coprecipitation m.th.d [NCZF] and sodium.acetylacetonate [Na(***)]. TEm.ph.tograph. of th. as prepared ferrite sam.les by coprecipitation m.th.d at different ratios of Na(***) sh.w th.t th. crystalline cubic nanoparticles diam.ter were ranged from.26 - 36 nm.and th. particle size of Na(***) is greater th.n NCZF.
