Indonesian peatlands are a fragile ecosystem.and to protect it,growing Liberica coffee is a prom.sing way for both the environm.nt and the *** study aim.d to evaluate the perform.nce of the liberica coffee on peatland with different water tables and develop an im.roved cultivation system.in this *** study area was in Tanjung Jabung Barat District,Jam.i Province,*** plant age is greater than 15 years and the average plant density was about 1000 trees/*** study was conducted in two *** 1st stage was a survey to identify and characterize sm.llholder liberica coffee farm.ng at three peatland zones,nam.ly 0-100 m.200-300 m.and>400 m.from.the principal drainage canal,and the 2nd stage was a field experim.nt to test the effectiveness of am.ndm.nts in im.roving liberica coffee growth and im.roving degraded *** treatm.nts were arranged in a random.zed com.lete block design with four replications,including m.nure(m.,at the rate of 10 t/hm.(2);lim.(L),3 t/hm.(2);peat surface elevation(P),and a farm.r’s practice(Control)without m.nure and/or lim. as a *** research revealed that liberica coffee can not tolerate high water table as it m.y stim.late disease incidence and cause low-quality ***,recycling of organic C of about 17.14 t/(hm.(2)·a)through cherry residue application and litter com.ensated part of the loss of organic C through CO_(2)em.ssions,coffee bean rem.val,and m.intaining peat fertility for sustainable *** low yield of(0.70±0.12)t/(hm.(2)∙a)coffee bean could be increased to(0.87±0.24)and(0.94±0.14)t/(hm.(2)∙a)by adding 3 t/(hm.(2)∙3a)of lim. or 10 t/(hm.(2)∙a)of m.nure,*** research revealed that water table m.nagem.nt and am.ndm.nts are two m.in factors in liberica coffee farm.ng on *** is of great significance to study the cultivation technology of coffee in peatland.

Ultrastable m.tallic glasses(Sm.s)exhibit enhanced stability com.arable to those of conventional glasses aged for thousands of *** ability to understand why certain alloy com.ositions and processing conditions generate an Sm. is an em.rging ***,am.litude-m.dulation dynam.c atom.c force m.croscopy was utilized for tracking the structure of Zr_(50)Cu_(50),Zr_(50)Cu_(44.5)Al_(5.5)and Zr_(50)Cu_(41.5)Al_(5.5)m._(3) thin film.m.tallic glasses(TFm.s)that were produced by direct current m.gnetron sputtering at room.tem.erature with the rate of deposition being the only *** transition in stability from.bulkto Sm.-like behavior resides in the change of relaxation m.chanism.as the deposition rate is *** form.tion of Sm.s is directly linked with the degree of structural heterogeneity,whereby m.s with greater heterogeneity have a higher potential to form.Sm.s with m.re significant enhancem.nt in *** deposition rates,however,are required to yield the m.re hom.genous structure and lower energy state underlying the *** is closely linked with the geom.tric shape and distribution of loosely packed phases,whereby Sm.s containing m.re slender loosely packed phases with a m.re skewed distribution achieve m.re significant im.rovem.nts in *** work not only provides direct evidence of the structure of Sm.s,but also opens new horizons for the design of Sm.s.

As an advanced m.nufacturing technique,the advent of additive m.nufacturing(Am. has opened a new horizon of alternative ways to tackle the challenge of fundam.ntal lim.ts for m.nufacturing bulk m.tallic glasses(Bm.s).In particular,selective laser m.lting(SLm.,direct m.tal deposition(Dm.),electron beam.m.lting(EBm.,and laser foil printing(LFP) have been used for producing Bm.s with dim.nsions larger than what is possible using conventional techniques such as m.lt-spinning,suction-casting,die-casting,*** this review,we analyzed the current status,issues,structural evolution,and key properties of Bm.s based on these em.rging Am.*** aim.is to outline a direction for the developm.nt of Bm.s using Am.technology,establishing a fundam.ntal principle to optim.ze processing param.ters for designing alloy com.ositions with the high glass-form.ng ability(GFA),and therm.l stability against *** will provide the fundam.ntal science underpinning the future developm.nt of Am.technology in the fabrication of high-density,defect-free,and com.letely am.rphous alloy com.onents and devices.

目的系统评价座椅辅助阻力带运动(chair-based resistance band exercise,CRBE)对长期护理机构老年人身体功能、睡眠质量和抑郁的影响。方法对AgeLine,CINAHL,Pubm.d,Em.ase,Cochrane Library,Scopus和Web of Science等数据库进行检索。检索时间为建库至2022年3月,纳入对慢性疾病老年人进行CRBE的随机对照试验研究。采用物理治疗证据数据库量表(the Physiotherapy Evidence Database,PEDro)对纳入文献进行质量评价,随机效应模型和固定效应模型用于生成集合效应量。结果共9篇文章符合纳入标准。结果显示,CRBE可促进日常生活活动(6项研究;Sm.=0.30,P=0.001),肺活量(3项研究;m.=40.35,Pm.=2.17,Pm.=2.23,P=0.012),下肢肌肉耐力(4项研究;m.=1.32,Pm.=3.06,P=0.022),下体柔韧性(4项研究;m.=5.34,Pm.=-0.35,P=0.011)、睡眠质量(2项研究;m.=-1.71,Pm.=-0.33,P=0.035)。结论证据表明CRBE改善了长期慢性疾病老年人的身体功能参数、睡眠质量,并减轻抑郁状况。这项研究可用以敦促长期护理机构让行动不便的老年人参与体育活动。

A series Co-（18.5–20.7） at.% B m.lts encom.assing the eutectic com.osition（Co81.5B18.5） were solidified at different degrees of undercooling. It is found that the m.tastable Co23B6 phase solidifies as a substitute for the stable Co3 B phase in the alloy m.lts undercooled above a critical undercooling value of -60 *** Co23B6 and α-Co phases m.ke up a m.tastable eutectic. The corresponding eutectic com.osition and tem.erature are Co80.4B19.6 and 1343 K, respectively. On exposure of the m.tastable Co23B6 phase at a given tem.erature above 1208 K, it does not decom.ose even after several hours. But it transform. by a eutectoid reaction to α-Co ＋ Co3 B at lower tem.erature.

White sand heath forests(WS) or kerangas, an unusual variant of tropical forests in Borneo, characterized by open scrubby vegetation, low productivity, and distinctive plant species com.osition and soil m.crobial com.unity, are regarded as a stressful lowpH and/or nutrient environm.nt. We investigated whether the functional soil m.tagenom. also shows a predicted set of indicators of stressful conditions in WS. Based on stress-tolerant strategies exhibited by larger organism., we hypothesized that genes for stress tolerance, dorm.ncy, sporulation, and nutrient processing are m.re abundant in the soil m.crobiota of WS. We also hypothesized that there is less evidence of biotic interaction in white sand soils, with lower connectivity and fewer genes related to organism.c interactions. In Brunei, we sam.led soils from.a WS and a norm.l prim.ry dipterocarp forest, together with an inland heath, an interm.diate forest type. Soil DNA was extracted, and shotgun sequencing was perform.d using Illum.na HiSeq platform. with classification by the m.tagenom.cs Rapid Annotation using Subsystem.Technology(m.-RAST). The results, on one hand, supported our hypothesis(on greater abundance of dorm.ncy, virulence, and sporulation-related genes). However, som. aspects of our results showed no significant difference(specifically in stress tolerance, antibiotic resistance, viruses, and clustered regularly interspaced short palindrom. repeats(CRISPRs)). It appears that in certain respects, the extrem. white sand environm.nt produces the predicted strategy of less biotic interaction, but exhibits high soil m.crobiota connectivity and functional diversity.

Species of the genus m.celiophthora and its teleom.rph Corynascus have attracted increasing interest due to their potential to produce therm.stable *** study re-assessed the phylogenetic relationship of 49 isolates of nine species belonging to m.celiophthora and *** species,***,was shown not to belong to the genus m.celiophthora and should be placed in the genus *** other species belonged to two phylogenetic clusters:m.sophilic fungi with the type species *** and ***,and therm.philic fungi with ***,*** and *** phylogenetic data provides no clear separation of the two genera Corynascus and *** avoid confusion in future taxonom.c studies,it is proposed that all existing Corynascus species be renam.d to m.celiophthora,which is the old nam. and the one m.re frequently ***,this study identified two groups within the isolates listed as *** and assigned one group(five isolates)to *** based on AFLP analysis and m.ting *** study provides new insights into the genetic differences within the genus m.celiophthora and will therefore be essential for the interpretation of future genom.c and physiological studies of these species.
