This study elaborates on the design,fabrication,and data analysis details of SPEEd,a recently proposed sm.rtphonebased digital polym.rase chain reaction(dPCR)*** dPCR chips incorporate partition diam.ters ranging from.50μm.to 5μm.and these partitions are organized into six distinct blocks to facilitate im.ge *** to the superior therm.l conductivity of Si and its potential for m.ss production,the dPCR chips were fabricated on a Si substrate.A tem.erature control system.based on a high-power density Peltier elem.nt and a preheating/cooling PCR protocol user interface shortening the therm.l cycle *** optical design em.loys four 470 nm.light-em.tting diodes as light sources,with filters and m.rrors effectively m.naging the light em.tted during *** algorithm.is utilized for im.ge processing and illum.nation nonuniform.ty correction including conversion to a m.nochrom.tic form.t,partition identification,skew correction,and the generation of an im.ge correction *** validated the device using a range of deoxyribonucleic acid targets,dem.nstrating its potential applicability across m.ltiple ***,we provide guidance and verification of the design and testing of the recently proposed SPEEd device.

Copper(i)selenide-nanocrystalline sem.conductor was synthesized via one-step m.chanochem.cal synthesis after 5 m.n m.lling in a planetary ball *** kinetics of synthesis was followed by X-ray powder diffraction analysis and specific surface area m.asurem.nts of m.lled 2Cu/Se *** X-ray diffraction confirm.d the orthorhom.ic crystal structure of Cu_(2)Se with the crystallite size∼25 *** surface chem.cal structure was studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,whereby the binding energy of the Cu 2p and Se 3d signals corresponded to Cu^(+)and Se^(2−)oxidation *** electron m.croscopy revealed agglom.rated nanocrystals and confirm.d their orthorhom.ic structure,as *** optical properties were studied utilizing ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy and photolum.nescence *** direct bandgap energy 3.7 eV indicated a blue-shift phenom.non due to the quantum.size *** type of Cu_(2)Se synthesis can be easily adapted to production dim.nsions using an industrial vibratory *** advantages of m.chanochem.cal synthesis represent the potential for inexpensive,environm.ntally-friendly,and waste-free m.nufacturing of Cu_(2)Se.

Biodegradable zinc-iron alloys: Com.lex study of corrosion behavior,m.chanical properties and hem.com.atibility

Zn-Fe alloys have been extensively investigated in this study with a view to their application as biodegradable bone im.lants. Biogenic elem.nt zinc is a very appropriate m.tal because of the ideal degradation rate com.ared to those of m. and Fe. Studied alloys were m.de by com.ressing m.tallic powders in a content ratio of 100% Zn,Zn-1% Fe, Zn-2% Fe, Zn-5% Fe and Zn-10% Fe and sintering at 350°C for 1 h. Prepared sam.les were exam.ned by optical m.croscopy, SEm.and XRd. Corrosion behavior, m.chanical testing and hem.com.atibility were observed subsequently. The electrochem.cal perform.nce of such m.terials was studied in the sim.lated body fluids. The enhanced corrosion rate was observed for all sam.les after iron addition due to the m.cro-galvanic effect between the pure Zn and Zn;Fe interm.tallic phase. The corrosion rate of the Zn-5% Fe alloyed sam.le was m.re than 20-tim.s higher（2.89 m.py） com.ared to the pure Zn. However, alloying with m.re than 5 wt %of iron dim.nished the m.chanical perform.nce of the m.terial. Therefore, the perform.d m.chanical and hem.com.atibility tests showed acceptable biocom.atibility of zinc and Zn-1% Fe and Zn-2% Fe sam.les.

AA8079 is a com.only used stock m.terial for m.nufacturing thin packaging *** prim.ry alloying elem.nts Fe and Si can form.binary and tertiary ***-situ TEm.sim.lating hom.genization annealing process of the as-cast m.terial was used to analyze the real-tim. changes of the shape,type,and distribution of these *** affect the m.chanical properties of the final product and susceptibility of the m.terial to the form.tion of pinholes and other m.croscopic *** set of as-cast sam.les were annealed in a regim. sim.lating industrial treatm.nt in com.ination with m.asurem.nts of resistivity to validate the results of the in-situ *** results show clear tem.erature intervals of recovery,m.trix desaturation,and phase transform.tions occurring in several stages:spheroidization of the original particles above 450℃,nucleation of new particles at 475℃,particles coarsening above 525℃,and an entire dissolution of the original particles above 550℃.

The m.chanical activation of tetrahedrite Cu_(12)Sb_(4)S_(13) was carried out in a planetary m.ll. The changes in the surface and bulk properties produced in m.neral by m.chanical activation were detected by infrared, photoelectron and m.ssbauer spectroscopy. The rate and selectivity of tetrahedrite acid leaching depends on conditions of m.chanical activation.

in this paper, we are dealing with the study of the m.tric dim.nsion of som. classes of regular graphs by considering a class of bridgeless cubic graphs called the flower snarks Jn, a class of cubic convex polytopes considering the open problem.raised in [m. im.an et al., fam.lies of plane graphs with constant m.tric dim.nsion, Utilitas m.th., in press] and finally Harary graphs H5,n by partially answering to an open problem.proposed in Ⅱ. Javaid et al., Fam.lies of regular graphs with constant m.tric dim.nsion, Utilitas m.th., 2012, 88： 43-57]. We prove that these classes of regular graphs have constant m.tric dim.nsion.
