Ba.kground: a.though the frequencies of getting drug na.ve type 2 dia.etes pa.ients a.0}ng a.l the dia.etic pa.ients a.e very low, nowa.a.s it cla.m. m.re a.tention in the trea.m.nt procedures of drug na.ve dia.etic pa.ients. But in Ba.gla.esh, we ha.e very few resea.ch-oriented da.a.rega.ding the dem.gra.hic, clinica. a.d biochem.ca. cha.a.teristics of drug na.ve type 2 dia.etes pa.ients. The a.m.of this study wa. to determ.ne the dem.gra.hic clinica. a.d biochem.ca. cha.a.teristics of drug na.ve type 2 dia.etes pa.ients of Ba.gla.esh. m.thods: This wa. a. open la.el observa.iona. rea.-life study which wa. conducted in the cha.0}ers of the investiga.ors in severa. pla.es of Ba.gla.esh a. outdoor setting during the period from.a.gust 2020 to Decem.er 2020. In tota., 250 pa.ients with drug na.ve type 2 dia.etes m.llitus were enrolled a. the study popula.ion. Proper written consents were ta.en from.a.l the pa.ticipa.ts before sta.ting da.a.collection. a.pre-designed questionna.re wa. used in pa.ient da.a.collection. a.l da.a.were processed, a.a.yzed a.d dissem.na.ed by m. Office a.d SPSS version a. per need. Result: Two hundred a.d fifty (250) pa.ticipa.ts were selected a. study popula.ion. The m.le-fem.le ra.io of the pa.ticipa.ts wa. 1.4:1. The highest num.er of pa.ticipa.ts wa. from.51 - 60 yea.s’ a.e group (31.20%). The highest num.er of pa.ticipa.ts (41%) wa. with overweight (Bm.: 25 - 30 kg/m.sup>2). m.jority (65%) of the pa.ients of this study suffered from.dia.etes for ≤5 yea.s. The m.a. (±SD) SBP of the pa.ticipa.ts wa. 137.25 ± 17.50 m.Hg a.d the m.a. (±SD) DBP of the pa.ticipa.ts wa. 85.16 ± 13.39 m.Hg. We found the m.a. (±SD) fa.ting blood suga. (m./dl), post pra.dia. blood suga. Esta.lishm.nt of phospha.e (P) retention a.d relea.e ca.a.ity of soils is essentia. for effective nutrient m.na.em.nt a.d environm.nta. protection. In this experim.nt, we studied the influence of soil properties on P desorption a.d the rela.ionship between phospha.e sorption a.d desorption. a.0}ng the soil series, the Ghior soil ha. the highest percent cla. (59.32%) a.d free iron oxide (15241 m.·kg–1) content. a.ong the ca.ena.of the ca.ca.eous soils, percent cla. contents increa.ed. For sorption study, the soils were equilibra.ed with 0.01 m.Ca.l2 solution conta.ning 0, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 25, 50, 100 a.d 150 m.·P·L–1 solution. For desorption, three extra.ta.ts na.0}ly, SO42- (0.005 m. a. Na.SO4, HCO3- (0.01 m. a. Na.CO3 a.d distilled wa.er were used a. extra.ta.t to soil ra.ios of 30:1, 60:1 a.d 100:1 (v/w). a.0}ng the sorption equa.ions, the La.gm.ir equa.ion showed better fit to the sorption da.a.a. higher P concentra.ions. The a.0}unt of phospha.e desorbed by a.l the three extra.ta.ts increa.ed significa.tly with the increa.ing extra.ta.t to soil ra.ios. Phospha.e desorption by a.d wa.er m.lecules wa. highly correla.ed with pH, percent cla. a.d free iron oxide content of the soil. Significa.t positive correla.ion (r > 0.64, P L). Phospha.e desorption by SO42- a.d wa.er m.lecules wa. a.so positively correla.ed with Freundlich consta.t, N (r > 0.67, P 0 (r > 0.72, P –0.77, P L). The results suggest tha. freshly sorbed phospha.e ions (inner-sphere com.lex form.ng species) ca. be rea.ily desobed by outer-sphere com.lex form.ng species like sulpha.e a.d bica.bona.e ions. Wa.er m.lecules a.so desorbed significa.t a.0}unt of freshly sorbed phospha.e from.the soil colloids.

Sona.ia.is one of the m.st im.orta.t isla.ds of Ba.gla.esh. South-ea.tern shore of the isla.d, which is a.growing sa.d ba., ha. to encounter continuous a.d ra.id m.rphologica. cha.ges. So study of the sedim.nt cha.a.teristics of this Sa.d Ba. is very im.orta.t. In the present study, gra.n size a.a.ysis of this Sa.d Ba. ha. been done on the ba.is of la.ora.ory a.a.ysis. Sedim.nt sa.0}les were collected from.9 (Nine) sta.ions a.d texture a.a.ysis of sedim.nt wa. com.leted following a.sta.da.d procedure of sieve a.a.ysis of sa.d sa.0}les. The a.era.e va.ue of m.dia. (m.), m.a. (m., sta.da.d devia.ion (s), skewness (SK) a.d kurtosis (K) of sedim.nt of the Sa.d Ba. of Sona.ia.Isla.d wa. 1.93, 1.87, 0.44, 0.11 a.d 1.88 respectively. Highest m.dia., m.a., sta.da.d devia.ion, skewness a.d kurtosis of Sa.d Ba. of Sona.ia.Isla.d wa. 2.98 (Sta.ion 2, Lower Shore), 2.68 (Sta.ion 1, Lower Shore), 0.83 (Sta.ion 1, m.ddle Shore a.d Sta.ion 2, Lower Shore), 0.65 (Sta.ion 2, Lower Shore) a.d 3.59 (Sta.ion 1, Lower Shore) respectively. Lowest m.dia., m.a., sta.da.d devia.ion, skewness a.d kurtosis of Sa.d Ba. of Sona.ia.Isla.d wa. 1.42 (Sta.ion 9, m.ddle Shore), 1.45 (Sta.ion 9, m.ddle Shore), 0.30 (Sta.ion 5, Lower Shore a.d Sta.ion 8, Lower Shore), 0.04 (Sta.ion 5, Upper Shore) a.d 0.94 (Sta.ion 6, Upper Shore) respectively.

Crysta.liza.ion beha.ior wa. studied by X-ra. diffra.tion in which it wa. found tha. the XRD pa.terns a.e cha.a.terized by broa. diffused pa.tern which dem.nstra.e the a.0}rphous sta.e of m.teria.s. The ribbon sa.0}les were a.so cha.a.terized by vibra.ion sa.0}le m.gnetom.ter (VSm. a.d m.oum.;ssba.er spectroscopy a. a.-ca.t a.d a.nea.ed condition. Co-rich a.d Tb substitution ha. significa.tly enha.ced the va.ue of coercivity (Hc) a.d m.xim.m.energy product (BH)m.x. Highest va.ue of Hc a.d (BH)m.x ha. been obta.ned a. 2.36 kOe a.d 6.11 m.Oe for the sa.0}le a.nea.ed a. 700°C for 10 m.n with higher concentra.ion of Tb. The m.H hysteresis loops show extrem.ly soft na.ures which do not possess a.y a.ea. We ha.e found reduced rem.nent ra.io (m./m.) up to 0.49 a. optim.l a.nea.ing tem.era.ure 700°C. However, with the a.nea.ing of the sa.0}les in the a.ove m.ntioned tem.era.ure, evolution of la.ge coercivity wa. observed due to the form.tion of excha.ge couple ha.d a.d soft na.ocrysta. com.osites. 血压是一种常见病,其死亡率和发病率都很高。高血压可能起源于儿童时期,除非经过特别的检查,否则难以被发现。全球化不但改变了生活方式,也让青少年暴露于更多的致病风险因素中(除了遗传因素),如缺乏体育锻炼、肥胖、非健康膳食、学业压力。早期诊断是控制、有效治疗高血压并预防并发症的重要手段。2014年1-6月,研究者进行了一项横断面描述性研究。根据纳入和排除标准,将锡尔赫特大都市的1000名12~16岁学龄儿童纳入研究。入选标准为锡尔赫特市所有12~16岁的学龄儿童,不包括12岁以下或16岁以上以及有任何系统性疾病的学龄儿童。研究表明,锡尔赫特市学龄儿童高血压患病率为0.70%,肥胖、高血压家族史、膳食习惯、缺乏体育锻炼与高血压显著相关。
