The present work concerns the m.m.ntum.and heat transm.ssion of the electro-m.gnetohy.rody.am.c (E-m.D) boundary.lay.r Darcy.Forchheim.r flow of a Sutterby.fluid over a linear stretching sheet with slip. The nonlinear equations for the proposed m.del are analy.ed num.rically. Suitable techniques are used to transform.the coupled nonlinear partial differential equations (PDEs) conform.ng to the forced balance law, energy. and concentration equations into a nonlinear coupled sy.tem.of ordinary.differential equations (ODEs). Num.rical solutions of the transform.d nonlinear sy.tem.are obtained using a shooting m.thod, im.roved by.the Cash and Carp coefficients. The influence of im.ortant phy.ical variables on the velocity. the tem.erature, the heat flux coefficient, and the skin-friction coefficient is verified and analy.ed through graphs and tables. From.the com.rehensive analy.is of the present work, it is concluded that by.intensify.ng the m.gnitude of the Hartm.nn num.er, the m.m.ntum.distribution decay., whereas the therm.l profile of fluid increases. Furtherm.re, it is also shown that by.aug- m.nting the values of the m.m.ntum.slip param.ter, the velocity.profile dim.nishes. It is found that the Sutterby.fluid m.del shows shear thickening and shear thinning behaviors. The m.m.ntum.profile shows that the m.gnitude of velocity.for the shear thickening case is dom.nant as com.ared with the shear thinning case. It is also dem.nstrated that the Sutterby.fluid m.del reduces to a Newtonian m.del by.fixing the fluid param.ter to zero. In view of the lim.ting case, it is established that the surface drag in the case of the Sutterby.m.del shows a trifling pattern as com.ared with the classical case.

Factors influencing farm.rs' adoption of solar water-pum.ing sy.tem. in Gujarat

Agriculture has play.d an im.ortant role in the growth of the Indian econom.. Water and electricity.are essential inputs for agriculture today. India produces the third-largest am.unt of electricity.in the world, behind China and the USA. As an incentive to increase production, m.st states provide free electricity.to farm.rs. Free electricity.has decreased groundwater levels and increased electricity.consum.tion. The objective of this study.was to find out the factors that influenced farm.rs to adopt a solar water-pum.ing sy.tem.in Gujarat. The sam.les were random.y.selected. This study.exam.ned the entire state of Gujarat. One hundred and fifty.farm.rs who adopted solar water-pum.ing sy.tem. were interviewed, including 50 banana farm.rs, 50 cotton farm.rs and 50 groundnut farm.rs. Prim.ry.data were collected through an interview. The adoption of solar water-pum.ing sy.tem. by.farm.rs was identified using factor analy.is. SPSS software was used to analy.e the data collected. In this study. only.two factors contributed to the variance of 59.469%. The adoption of solar water pum.s by.farm.rs was influenced by.governm.nt policy.and econom.c benefits. An econom.c benefit variance of 33.20% was found, while a governm.nt policy.variance was 26.27%. A solar water-pum.ing sy.tem.has low initial costs, flexible credit policies m.tivate adoption, solar water-pum.ing sy.tem. can save electricity. and m.intenance and repair costs are affordable. Governm.nt policy.that includes solar water-pum.ing sy.tem. is m.tivated by.awareness, subsidies for adoption and a fair price to sell energy.surpluses. Farm.rs are recom.ended to adopt a solar water-pum.ing sy.tem.in conjunction with a drip irrigation sy.tem.to receive additional incom.. The successful schem. will be recom.ended to other states in India for im.lem.ntation. The factors that influence farm.rs to adopt a solar water-pum.ing sy.tem.in Gujarat, India are identified based on interviews with one hundred and fifty.random.y.sel

Prelim.nary.Application of High-Frequency.Ultrasound in the Differentiation of Pem.higus and Bullous Pem.higoid: An Observational Study

Objective: Ultrasonography.is a diagnostic im.ging technique used to visualize subcutaneous body.structures for identification of possible pathologies. In this study. we aim.d to explore the clinical significance of high-frequency.ultrasound in differentiating the location of blisters between pem.higus and bullous pem.higoid. m.thods: Eighteen patients were recruited in Departm.nt of Derm.tology. Zhongda Hospital from.2020 to 2021 and divided into a pem.higus group (n = 8) and a bullous pem.higoid group (n = 10) according to the diagnostic criteria for each. Ultrasonographic im.ges were collected using a 50-m.z high-frequency.ultrasound sy.tem. The indexes of ultrasonic evaluation were the lay.r (epiderm.s or derm.s), size, shape, internal echo, and boundary.of the blister. Categorical variables are expressed as n (%), and differences were com.ared using Fisher's exact test. Results: The ultrasonographic im.ges in the pem.higus group showed an intraepiderm.l sem.-arc or irregular anechoic or hy.oechoic areas. The inferior borders were situated above the characteristic thin linear hy.erechoic bands of the epiderm.s. A linear hy.oechoic band was present at the derm.epiderm.l junction in som. cases. In the ultrasonographic im.ges of the bullous pem.higoid group, the linear hy.erechoic bands of the epiderm.s were continuous and intact. An oval fluid anechoic area (subepiderm.l blister) was present im.ediately.below the bands. Upon infecting a host cell,the reticulate body.RB)form.of the Chlam.dia bacteria sim.ly.proliferates by.binary.fission for an extended *** data show only.RB units in the infected cells 20 hours post infection(hpi),spanning nearly.half way.through the developm.nt *** data collected every.4 hpi,conversion to the elem.ntary.body.EB)form.begins abruptly.at a rapid rate som.tim. around 24 *** m.deling proliferation and conversion as sim.le birth and death processes,it has been shown that the optim.l strategy.for m.xim.zing the total(m.an)EB population at host cell ly.is tim. is a bang-bang control qualitatively.replicating the observed conversion ***,the sim.le birth and death m.del for the RB proliferation and conversion to EB deviates in a significant way.from.the available data on the evolution of the RB population after the onset of RB-to-EB *** working with a m.re refined m.del that takes into account a sm.ll size threshold eligibility.requirem.nt for conversion noted in the available data,we succeed in rem.ving the deficiency.of the previous m.dels on the evolution of the RB population without affecting the optim.l bang-bang conversion strategy.

In this study.a num.rical m.thod based on the Pell-Lucas poly.om.als(PLPs)is developed to solve the fractional order HIV/AIDS epidem.c m.del with a treatm.nt *** HIV/AIDS m.them.tical m.del with a treatm.nt com.artm.nt is divided into five classes,nam.ly.susceptible patients(S),HIV-positive individuals(I),individuals with full-blown AIDS but not receiving ARV treatm.nt(A),individuals being treated(T),and individuals who have changed their sexual habits sufficiently.R).According to the m.thod,by.utilizing the PLPs and the collocation points,we convert the fractional order HIV/AIDS epidem.c m.del with a treatm.nt com.artm.nt into a nonlinear sy.tem.of the algebraic ***,the error analy.is is presented for the Pell-Lucas approxim.tion *** aim.of this study.is to observe the behavior of five populations after 200 day. when drug treatm.nt is applied to HIV-infectious and full-blown AIDS *** dem.nstrate the usefulness of this m.thod,the applications are m.de on the num.rical exam.le with the help of *** addition,four cases of the fractional order derivative(p=1,p=0.95,p=0.9,p=0.85)are exam.ned in the range[0,200].Owing to applications,we figured out that the outcom.s have quite decent ***,we understand that the errors decrease when the value of N *** figures in this study.are created in *** outcom.s indicate that the presented m.thod is reasonably.sufficient and correct.
