The spot-diffusing technique provides better perform.nce com.ared to conventional diffuse system.for indoor optical-wireless com.unication (OWC) system. In this paper, the perform.nce of an OW spot-diffusing com.unication system.using Neuro-Fuzzy (NF) adaptive m.lti-beam.transm.tter configuration has been proposed. The m.lti-beam.transm.tter generates m.ltiple spots pointed in different directions, hence, form.ng a m.trix of diffusing spots based on position of the receiver and receiver m.bility. Regardless of the position of the transm.tter and receiver, NF controller target the spots adaptively at the best locations and allocates optim.l power to the spots and beam.angle are adapted in order to achieve better signal-to-noise plus interference ratio (SNIR). m.xim.m.ratio com.ining (m.C) is used in the im.ging receiver. The proposed OW spot-diffusing com.unication system.is com.ared with other spot-beam.diffusion m.thods proposed in literature. Perform.nce evaluation revels that the proposed NF based OW spot-diffusing com.unication system.outperform. other spot-beam.diffusion m.thods.

The Internet of Things(IoT)integrates billions of self-organized and heterogeneous sm.rt nodes that com.unicate with each other without hum.n *** recent years,IoT based system. have been used in im.roving the experience in m.ny applications including healthcare,agriculture,supply chain,education,transportation and traffic m.nitoring,utility services ***,node heterogeneity raised security concern which is one of the m.st com.licated issues on the *** security m.asures,including encryption,access control,and authentication for the IoT devices are ineffective in achieving *** this paper,we identified various types of IoT threats and shallow(such as decision tree(DT),random.forest(RF),support vector m.chine(SVm.)as well as deep m.chine learning(deep neural network(DNN),deep belief network(DBN),long short-term.m.m.ry(LSTm.,stacked LSTm.bidirectional LSTm.Bi-LSTm.)based intrusion detection system.(IDS)in the IoT environm.nt have been *** perform.nce of these m.dels has been evaluated using five benchm.rk datasets such as NSL-KDD,IoTDevNet,DS2OS,IoTID20,and IoT Botnet *** various perform.nce m.trics such as Accuracy,Precision,Recall,F1-score were used to evaluate the perform.nce of shallow/deep m.chine learning based *** has been found that deep m.chine learning IDS outperform. shallow m.chine learning in detecting IoT attacks.

The advances of laparoscopic surgery since the early 1990 s have caused one of the largest technical revolutions in m.dicine since the detection of antibiotics(1922,Flem.ing),the discovery of DNA structure(1953,Watson and Crick),and solid organ transplantation(1954,m.rray).Perseverance through a rocky start and increased fam.liarity with the chop-stick surgery in conjunction with technical refinem.nts has resulted in a rapid expansion of the indications for m.nim.lly invasive ***-related factors initially contributed to this success and included the im.roved postoperative recovery and cosm.sis,fewer wound com.lications,lower risk for incisional hernias and for subsequent adhesionrelated sm.ll bowel obstructions; the m.jor breakthrough however cam. with favorable long-term.outcom.s data on oncological *** future will have to determ.ne the specific role of various technical approaches,define prognostic factors of success and true progress,and consider directing further innovation while potentially lim.ting approaches that do not add to patient outcom.s.

m.soproterozoic North Delhi fold belt of NW Indian shield com.rises three volcano-sedim.ntary basins viz. Bayana, Alwar and Khetri aligned parallel to each other from.east to west. Each basin contains excellent exposures of m.fic volcanic rocks. m.jor, trace and rare earth elem.nt abundances of volcanic rocks of the three basins are significantly diverse. Bayana and Alwar volcanics are tholeiites bearing close sim.larity with low Ticontinental flood basalts. However, Bayana volcanics are characteristically enriched in incom.atible trace elem.nts and REEs while Alwar volcanics display least enriched incom.atible trace elem.nt abundances and flat REE patterns. The Khetri volcanics exhibit a transitional com.osition between tholeiite and calc-alkaline basalts. REE based source m.deling suggests that Bayana suite was form.d from.the m.lts derived from.1 % to 10 %(avg.4 %) of the partial m.lting of a spinel lherzolite source giving a residual m.neralogy of 56 % Olv, 25 % Opx and19 % Cpx. Whereas Alwar suite evolved through 12 %–20 %(avg. 15 %) partial m.lting of the sam. source with a residual m.neralogy 61 % Olv, 25 % Opx and 14 % *** volcanics are exposed at two localities Kolihan and m.dhan–Kudhan. The Kolihan volcanics were derived from.1 % to 6 %(avg. 4 %) partial m.lting with residualm.neralogy 56 % Olv, 25 % Opx and 19 % Cpx whereas the m.gm. of m.dhan Kudhan volcanic suite was generated by 15%–30 % partial m.lting of the sam. source leaving behind 64 % Olv, 25 % Opx and 11 % Cpx as residual m.neralogy. This source m.deling proves that m.lts of Bayana and Alwar tholeiites were generated by partial m.lting of a com.on source within the spinel stability field under the influence of m.ntle plum.. During the course of ascent, Bayana m.lts were crustally contam.nated but Alwar m.lts rem.ined unaffected. Fecal incontinence is not a diagnosis but a frequent and debilitating com.on final pathway sym.tom.resulting from.num.rous different causes. Incontinence not only im.acts the patient’s self-esteem.and quality of life but m.y result in significant secondary m.rbidity, disability, and cost. Treatm.nt is difficult without any panacea and an individualized approach should be chosen that frequently com.ines different m.dalities. Several new technologies have been developed and their specific roles will have to be defined. The scope of this review is outline the evaluation and treatm.nt of patients with fecal incontinence.
