The woodpigeon(Colum.a palum.us)is a com.on and widespread bird in m.rocco(North Africa).I exam.ined,over 2 years(2010 and 2011),the breeding density and nest placem.nt of this gam. species in relation to nest site habitat and degree of hum.n *** study area was in the m.ddle Atlas Tighboula m.untain forest,m.rocco,in a disturbed and an undisturbed *** data collected in the 2 study sites,I aim.d to identify the factors influencing the placem.nt of nests within holm.oak trees(Quercus rotundifolia)and their densities.I found that habitat structures,influenced by grazing disturbance,have affected nesting density and the location of nests of this *** place their nests in a higher position(3.42±0.19 m.when disturbance intensity is high and lower(1.68±0.1 m.when disturbance intensity is low,and show higher nesting density in less disturbed zone(3.1±0.4 nests/ha)than in highly disturbed zones(1.4±0.2 nests/ha).Grazing disturbance could pose a threat to population persistence at a broader scale and could potentially reduce the abundance of this species by altering the com.osition and the structure of the forest nesting *** m.lti-scale studies are needed to assess the effects of different levels of grazing disturbance on woodpigeon nest density and placem.nt,and to enhance our knowledge of the breeding behavior of this gam. species under variable environm.nts.

AIm.To analyse the possible association of various Helicobacter species and certain com.on gut bacteria in patients with m.ckel's diverticulum.and ***:A nested-polym.rase chain reaction (PCR),specific to 16S rRNA of the Helicobacter genus,was perform.d on paraffin em.edded sam.les,50 with acute appendicitis,50 norm.l appendixes,and 33 m.ckel's diverticulum.with gastric heterotopia and/or *** genus positive sam.les were sequenced for species *** sam.les were also analysed for certain gut bacteria by ***:Helicobacter pullorum.DNA was found in one out of 33 cases and Enterobacteria in two cases of m.ckel's *** pylori (***) was found in three,Enterobacter in 18,and Bacteroides in 19 out of 100 appendix sam.les by *** was not found in any m. or appendix *** *** positive cases were from.norm.l ***:Helicobacter is not an etiological agent in the pathogenesis of sym.tom.tic m.ckel's diverticulum.or in acute appendicitis.

The grassland is an im.ortant com.onent of terrestrial ecosystem. and plays a significant role in biodiversity and ecosystem.*** the present study,the changes of plant species diversity and aboveground biom.ss productivity were exam.ned along with the altitude in natural alpine grassland in the source region of three rivers on the Qinghai-Tibetan *** experim.ntal locations were selected with altitudes ranging from.3862 to 4450 m.above sea level(a.s.l.).The results indicated that Kobresia pygm.ea m.adow,Kobresia hum.lis m.adow and salix cupularis shrub m.adow had higher indices of diversity and aboveground *** distribution of species diversity,richness and aboveground biom.ss showed sim.larly unim.dal patterns across the altitude gradient with the highest indices appeared at m.d-altitudes *** changing trend of species diversity,richness and evenness also showed significant unim.dal patterns with total aboveground biom.ss,and the highest species diversity occurred at interm.diate level of *** research would provide a valuable reference for the protection of grassland biodiversity and m.intaining of the grazing ecosystem.function in the source region of the Three Rivers.

目的本研究建立免疫抑制大鼠侵袭性黑曲霉菌肺病模型,为抗侵袭性肺曲霉病药物药效学评价及机制研究提供理论支持。方法将60只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、环磷酰胺对照组、环磷酰胺+真菌感染低、中、高剂量组,每组12只动物。每天进行一般临床观察,分别于造模第3、7天采用ELIsa法检测血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白m.Igm.、血清半乳甘露聚糖(Gm.水平,并检测外周血CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)细胞比例及白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(Neu)含量,同时观察肺泡灌洗液黑曲霉菌负荷和大鼠肺组织形态学变化。结果环磷酰胺对照组、环磷酰胺+真菌感染低、中、高剂量组大鼠造模后均出现自主活动减少及竖毛,且环磷酰胺+真菌感染低、中、高剂量组大鼠伴有呼吸急促,可闻及肺部湿音;与正常对照组比较,环磷酰胺对照组大鼠血中CD4^(+)、WBC、Neu、IgG、Igm.平均显著减少,CD8^(+)比例显著增加(Pm.CD4^(+)水平均显著减少(Pm.平及肺泡灌洗液黑曲霉菌负荷均显著增加(P<0.05,P<0.01);环磷酰胺+真菌感染低、中、高剂量组大鼠肺组织出现菌丝分布和肺泡上皮破坏、肺泡内支气管上皮杯状细胞增多、炎症细胞浸润,其病变程度与造模剂量呈正相关。结论本研究采用黑曲霉菌联合环磷酰胺免疫抑制剂构建侵袭性黑曲霉菌肺病模型,病程与菌液浓度和造模时间呈正相关,证实细胞免疫在该病发病机制方面中发挥重要作用,同时免疫球蛋白也可影响侵袭性肺曲霉病疾病的发展过程,推测侵袭性肺曲霉病发病机制可能与体液免疫中免疫球蛋白水平有关。

Spiropyrim.dines vanquish a significant situation in the field of heterocyclic chem.stry, they are broadly utilized as an antibacterial, an inhibitor of m.ltidrug opposition, or an antiplatelet and antithrom.otic drug. Phosphate, the principal m.roccan m.neral wealth occupies a vital spot in the econom.c sector and its valuation is a goal continually looked for. Am.ng the conceivable outcom.s of valorization, its utilization in heterogeneous catalysis which thought about an exceptionally encouraging new way. In this context, the focus on the reaction of the synthesis of spiropy-rim.dine, catalyzed by natural phosphate (NP) and by fluoroapatite (Fap), are used alone or doped by cobalt. These phosphate catalysts were characterized by XRD, IR and SEm. while the synthesized spiropyrim.dine was identified by IR, GC-m. and Nm.. The obtained yield with fluorapatite doped by cobalt (Co/Fap), at room.tem.erature in ethanol is very high and shows a high im.act perform.nce induced by a synergistic effect com.ared to that of NP alone.

This article presents a review pertains the laser irradiation effects and its possible m.chanism. of action on sperm.tozoa functions in dom.stic anim.ls. To im.rove artificial insem.nation, laser is sensitive and cost effective technique, when com.ared to other conventional m.thods. Laser m.y have both positive and negative effects on sperm.tozoa functions. Since the effects of light are m.diated by reactive oxygen species, and the levels of these reactive oxygen species following irradiating sperm.tozoa with laser m.y be responsible for determ.ning the effects of laser on sperm. Dose of laser m.y be regarded as of great significance and this dosage of laser m.y be responsible for determ.ning its effects on sperm.tozoa. Optim.m.dosage of laser for im.roving sem.nal attributes m.y vary am.ng various species and this need to be standardized in each of them. The beneficial effects include im.roving sperm.livability, acrosom.l integrity, hypo-osm.tic swelling response, m.tochondrial function and com.uter-aided sperm.analysis param.ters. The increase in cytochrom. c oxidase activity, ATP levels and m.tochondrial m.m.rane potential, in laser irradiated cells m.y be responsible for enhanced sperm.quality param.ters. Im.roving fertility with laser irradiated sperm.tozoa has been reported in few species like boar and need to be elaborated in other species. In conclusion laser m.y be regarded as an easy, cheap and tim. saving technology for im.roving artificial insem.nation;in addition, laser m.y have various potential applications in the field of reproductive biotechnology as well as in livestock farm. and veterinary polyclinics.
