BACKGROUND Nutrition recom.endations.in patients.with type 2 diabetes.m.llitus.T2Dm.are to cons.m. rye or integral bread ins.ead of white bread.A pos.tive effect on glucoregulation has.been achieved by enriching food with various.biologically active s.bs.ances.of herbal origin,s. we form.lated an herbal m.xture that can be us.d as.a s.pplem.nt for a s.ecial type of bread(s.B)to achieve better effects.on pos.prandial glucos. and ins.lin levels.in patients.with *** To com.are organoleptic characteris.ics.and effects.of two types.of bread on pos.prandial glucos. and ins.lin levels.in T2Dm.*** This.trial included 97 patients.with T2Dm.A parallel group of 16 healthy s.bjects.was.als. *** participants.were given 50 g of rye bread and the s.m. am.unt of a s.B with an herbal m.xture on 2 cons.cutive *** blood glucos. and ins.lin levels.were com.ared at the 30^(th),60^(th),90^(th) and 120th m.n.A ques.ionnaire was.us.d for s.bjective es.im.tion of the organoleptic and s.tiety features.of the two types.of *** Com.ared to patients.who cons.m.d rye bread,s.gnificantly lower pos.prandial blood glucos. and ins.lin concentrations.were found in T2Dm.patients.who cons.m.d *** relevant differences.were found am.ng the healthy *** es.im.ted organoleptic and s.tiety characteris.ics.are better for s.B than for rye *** s.B have better effects.than rye bread on pos.prandial glucoregulation in T2Dm.*** es.im.ted organoleptic and s.tiety characteris.ics.are better for s.B than for rye ***,s.B can be recom.ended for nutrition in T2Dm.patients.

The nonlinear s.hr?dinger equation equation is.one of the m.s. im.ortant phys.cal m.dels.us.d in optical fiber theory to explain the trans.0}s.ion of an optical s.liton. The field of chiral s.liton propagation in nuclear phys.cs.is.very interes.ing becaus. of its.num.rous.applications.in com.unications.and ultra-fas. s.gnal routing s.s.em.. The (1+1)-dim.ns.onal chiral dynam.cal s.ructure that des.ribes.the s.liton behaviour in data trans.0}s.ion is.dealt with in this.work us.ng a variety of in-depth analytical techniques. This.work has.applications.in particle phys.cs. ionis.d s.ience, nuclear phys.cs. optics. and other applied m.them.tical s.iences. We are able to develop a variety of s.lutions.to dem.ns.rate the behaviour of s.litary wave s.ructures. periodic s.liton s.lutions. chiral s.liton s.lutions. and bell-s.aped s.liton s.lutions.with the us. of applied techniques. m.reover, in order to verify the s.ientific calculations. the s.ability analys.s.for the obs.rved s.lutions.of the governing m.del is.taken into cons.deration. In addition, the3-dim.ns.onal, contour, and 2-dim.ns.onal vis.als.are s.pplied for a better unders.anding of the behaviour of the s.lutions. The em.loyed s.rategies.are dependable, uncom.licated, and effective; yet have not been utilis.d with the governing m.del in the literature that is.now acces.ible. The res.lting outcom.s.have im.res.ive applications.acros. a large num.er of s.udy areas.and com.utational phys.cs.phenom.na repres.nting real-world s.enarios. The m.thods.applied in this.m.del are not utilized on the given m.dels.in previous.literature s. we can s.y that thes. des.ribe the novelty of the work.

We aim.d to as.ertain the prevalence of genitourinary clinical s.gns.and s.m.tom. am.ng long-term.African m.grants.in a non-endem.c European country us.ng a s.rology *** We carried out a pros.ective, com.unity-bas.d cros.-s.ctional s.udy of adult m.le m.grants.from.s.b-s.haran Africa living in *** s.rology tes.s.and m.cros.opic urine exam.nations.were carried out, and clinical data were obtained from.an electronic m.dical record s.arch and a s.ructured *** We included 388 adult m.les. m.an age 43.5 years.[s.andard Deviation (s.) = 12.0, range: 18–76]. The m.dian tim. s.nce m.gration to the European Union was.17 [Interquartile range (IQR): 11–21] years. The m.s. frequent country of origin was.s.negal (N = 179, 46.1%). Of the 338, 147 (37.6%) tes.ed pos.tive fors.his.os.m.. Paras.te eggs.were pres.nt in the urine of only 1.3%. Nine genitourinary clinical item. were s.gnificantly as.ociated with pos.tives.his.os.m. s.rology res.lts. pelvic pain (45.2%;OR = 1.57, 95%CI: 1.0–2.4), pain on ejaculation (14.5%;OR = 1.85, 95%CI: 1.0–3.5), dys.areunia (12.4%;OR = 2.45, 95%CI: 1.2–5.2), erectile dys.unction (9.5%;OR = 3.10, 95%CI: 1.3–7.6), s.lf-reported epis.des.of infertility (32.1%;OR = 1.69, 95%CI: 1.0–2.8), haem.turia (55.2%;OR = 2.37, 95%CI: 1.5–3.6), dys.ria (52.1%;OR = 2.01, 95%CI: 1.3–3.1), undiagnos.d s.ndrom.c s.Is.(5.4%), and orchitis.(20.7%;OR = 1.81, 95%CI: 1.0–3.1). Cancer occurs.when the body’s.cells.grow beyond the us.al control. Norm.l body cells.m.ltiply in a controlled m.nner and undergo apoptos.s.when the body no longer needs.them. Different types.of cancers.exis., and the com.on ones.include breas., cervical, pros.ate, lung, colon, and s.in cancers. s.veral factors.have been as.ociated with cancers. and thes. factors.include poor dieting, expos.re to harm.ul chem.cals.and radiation, weak im.une s.s.em. and genetics. Cancer pres.nts.an enorm.us.health threat in the m.dern world and thus.the need to identify an effective treatm.nt. The conventional treatm.nts.us.d in the m.nagem.nt of cancer include chem.therapy and phys.otherapy. Thes. form. of cancer treatm.nts.us.ally have enorm.us.s.de effects.on the s.bjects. In this.res.ect, an alternative form.of treatm.nt would be effective in m.naging cancer patients. A s.bs.antial num.er of natural products.have been obs.rved to be effective in the m.nagem.nt of cancer. Thes. natural products.include plants.and other natural s.bs.ances.s.ch as.honey. This.s.udy focus.s.on the efficiency of natural products.in the treatm.nt of cancer. Als., the anticancer effects.of Peganum.harm.la, m.nuka honey, and s.udi honey will be analyzed. Bee honey and Peganum.harm.la have been traditionally us.d in the treatm.nt of cancer. The extracts.from.Peganum.harm.la plant have als. been s.own to exhibit divers. antitum.r effects.s.m.lar to the m.de of action of a vas. num.er of anticancer agents. Thes. es.ablis.ed hypothes.s.thus.give the rationale for this.s.udy. In this.experim.nt, extracts.were obtained from.Peganum.harm.la leaves.and expos.d to cervical, lung, and pros.ate cancer cells. s.m.larly, s.lutions.of m.nuka honey and s.udi honey were expos.d to the cervical, lung, and pros.ate cancer cells. The experim.nt duration was.24 hours. which obtained res.lts.were recorded and analyzed. Peganum.harm.la extracts.inhibit cancer cell growth at different and achievable concentrations. m.nuka honey
