It is true and sooth as far as Abraham.Linkan’s definition of dem.cracy being im.lausible in a vast global dem.cratic system. The definition of dem.cracy of Abraham.linkan is certainly palatable and practically realizable in those ancient tim.s for states, then existed were sm.ller and nanoscopic and people could directly participate and realize the collective decisions (Abraham.Linkan defam.tion―of the people, by the people, and for the people). In m.dern dem.cracies, the Abraham.Linkan’s defam.tion was fast losing its relevance and people were groping in the dark. The citizens were challenging in the system.on its essentials/prerequisites the state in m.dern tim.s not only shirking its responsibility but also getting insulated. It was/is at this juncture the dawn of ICT on the horizon m.de people redeem.nuances of participatory dem.cracy developm.nt rhythm.of true dem.cratic ideals ICT’s initiation in good governance heralded a new phase of participatory dem.cracy developm.nt attended to the glorious of direct dem.cracy. The em.rgency of the ICT filled the vacuum.existed between govt. and citizens. It also narrowed down the gap between citizens and govt by holding out their responsibility in term. of developm.nt governance in veritably transparent m.nner. ICT, in other words, the net-work of inform.tion, are accessible to all decision-m.kers and also felicitated in decision-m.kers to have a direct access to the existing situation and there by strengthening the decision-m.king process. ICT by its inner strength restored the dem.cratic strength to the citizenry. Thus, the m.in properties of ICT, such as transfrancy, participation, rule of low, efficiency and effectiveness, etc. propped up the governing entity get entrenched in good governance. Co-rich Nd-Fe-B nanocom.osite ribbons with Tb substituted have been fabricated by single roller m.lt spinning technique of Nd4-xTbxFe83.5Co5Cu0.5Nb1B6 (x = 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1) alloys in an argon (Ar) atm.sphere at a circum.erential speed of 40 m.s. According to the differential scanning calorim.ter (DSC) traces the nanocom.osite sam.les have been annealed at different tem.eratures like 675°C, 687°C, 700°C, 712°C and 725°C for 10 m.n. Crystallization behavior was studied by X-ray diffraction in which it was found that the XRD patterns are characterized by broad diffused pattern which dem.nstrate the am.rphous state of m.terials. The ribbon sam.les were also characterized by vibration sam.le m.gnetom.ter (VSm. and m.oum.;ssbauer spectroscopy at as-cast and annealed condition. Co-rich and Tb substitution has significantly enhanced the value of coercivity (Hc) and m.xim.m.energy product (BH)m.x. Highest value of Hc and (BH)m.x has been obtained as 2.36 kOe and 6.11 m.Oe for the sam.le annealed at 700°C for 10 m.n with higher concentration of Tb. The m.H hysteresis loops show extrem.ly soft natures which do not possess any area. We have found reduced rem.nent ratio (m./m.) up to 0.49 at optim.l annealing tem.erature 700°C. However, with the annealing of the sam.les in the above m.ntioned tem.erature, evolution of large coercivity was observed due to the form.tion of exchange couple hard and soft nanocrystal com.osites. We have investigated the variation of Curie tem.erature (Tc) with annealing tem.erature of the m.lt spun ribbon sam.les. m.ssbauer spectroscopy was carried out to study the hyperfine param.ters such as hyperfine field, hyperfine field distribution for full width half m.xim.m.(FWHm. and isom.r shift of Fe species of these two phases.

血压是一种常见病,其死亡率和发病率都很高。高血压可能起源于儿童时期,除非经过特别的检查,否则难以被发现。全球化不但改变了生活方式,也让青少年暴露于更多的致病风险因素中(除了遗传因素),如缺乏体育锻炼、肥胖、非健康膳食、学业压力。早期诊断是控制、有效治疗高血压并预防并发症的重要手段。2014年1-6月,研究者进行了一项横断面描述性研究。根据纳入和排除标准,将锡尔赫特大都市的1000名12~16岁学龄儿童纳入研究。入选标准为锡尔赫特市所有12~16岁的学龄儿童,不包括12岁以下或16岁以上以及有任何系统性疾病的学龄儿童。研究表明,锡尔赫特市学龄儿童高血压患病率为0.70%,肥胖、高血压家族史、膳食习惯、缺乏体育锻炼与高血压显著相关。

Biom.ss in the form.of nutshell, hay of catkin, wheat straw and linseed residue in particles have been pyrolyzed in laboratory scale fixed bed reactor which yielded liquid oil, solid char and gas. The variation of oil yield for different biom.ss feedstock with reactor bed tem.erature and feed size is presented in this paper. A m.xim.m.liquid yield of 55 wt% of dry feedstock is obtained at an optim.m.tem.erature of 500 °C for a feed size of 300-600 μm.with a running tim. of 55 m.n for nutshell as the feedstock while the m.nim.m.liquid oil yield is found to be 30 wt% of feedstock at an optim.m.tem.erature of 400 °C for a feed size of 2.36 m. with a running tim. of 65 m.n for linseed residue as the feedstock. A com.arison on the product yields is highlighted in this study. The pyrolysis liquid products are characterized and com.ared for som. of the fuel properties like HHV (higher heating value), viscosity, density and specific gravity.
