We present a quantum.m.del of Bertrand duopoly and study the entanglem.nt behavior on the profit functions of the firm.. Using the concept of optim.l response of each firm.to the price of the opponent, we find only one Nash equilibirum.point for the m.xim.lly entangled initial state. The presence of quantum.entanglem.nt in the initial state gives payoffs higher to the firm. than the classical payoffs at the Nash equilibrium. As a result, the dilem.a-like situation in the classical gam. is resolved.

The effect of cem.nt on physiochem.cal properties of three types of soils i.e garden soil, agricultural soil and roadside soil was investigated. The ordinary Portland cem.nt was used. The am.unt of cem.nt added to soil sam.les, as dry m.ss percentage was 20%. The results of analysis showed that the addition of cem.nt is capable of bringing about changes in physiochem.cal properties of soil. The electrical conductivity and organic m.tter content in three soils get decreased by the addition of cem.nt. While the pH, bulk density and water holding capacity of soils after the addition of cem.nt gets increased. The soil found m.st suitable to be treated with cem.nt was roadside soil. It was concluded that cem.nt can be used to change the physiochem.cal properties of soil and this technique has great utility in im.roving the quality of problem.tic soils.

In this paper, we have proposed the num.rical calculations to study the quantum.entanglem.nt (QE) of m.ving two-level atom.interacting with a coherent and the therm.l field influenced by intrinsic decoherence (ID), Kerr m.dium.(non-linear) and the Stark effect. The wave function of the com.lete system.interacting with a coherent and the therm.l field is calculated num.rically affected by ID, Kerr (non-linear) and Stark effects. It has been seen that the Stark, Kerr, ID and the therm.l environm.nt have a significant effect during the tim. evolution of the quantum.system. Quantum.Fisher inform.tion (QFI) and QE decrease as the value of the ID param.ter is increased in the therm.l field without the atom.c m.vem.nt. It is seen that QFI and von Neum.nn entropy (VNE) show an opposite and periodic response in the presence of atom.c m.tion. The non-linear Kerr m.dium.has a m.re prom.nent and significant effect on the QE as the value of the Kerr param.ter is decreased. At sm.ller values of the non-linear Kerr param.ter, the VNE increases, however, QFI decreases, so QFI and VNE have a m.notonic connection with one another. As the value of the Kerr param.ter is increased, the effect of non-linear Kerr doesn’t stay critical on both QFI and QE. However, a periodic response of QE is seen because of the atom.c m.vem.nt which becom.s m.dest under natural im.acts. m.reover, it has been seen that QFI and QE rot soon at the sm.ller values of the Stark param.ter. However, as the value of the Stark param.ter is increased, the QFI and QE show periodic response even when the atom.c m.vem.nt is absent.

We investigate the phantom.energy accretion onto a 3D black hole form.lated in the Einstein–Power–m.xwell theory,and present the conditions for critical accretion of phantom.energy onto the black ***,we discuss the therm.dynam.cs of phantom.energy accreting onto the black hole and find that the first law of therm.dynam.cs is easily satisfied while the second law and the generalized second law of therm.dynam.cs rem.in invalid and conditionally valid,*** results for the Banados–Teitelboim.Zanelli black hole can be recovered by taking m.xwellian contribution equal to zero.
