In this paper. the com.lex var.able function m.thod is used to obtain the hyper.ingular.integr.l equations for.the inter.ction between str.ight and cur.ed cr.cks pr.blem.in plane elasticity. The cur.ed length coor.inate m.thod and suitable quadr.tur. r.le ar. used to solve the integr.ls for.the unknown function, which ar. later.used to evaluate the str.ss intensity factor. SIF. Objectives: To challenge the expir. dates of low concentr.tion high pur.ty m.cotoxins standar.s. Liter.tur. r.view: Aflatoxins (AFs) and Ochr.toxin A (OTA) ar. per.istent m.cotoxins with adver.e effects on hum.ns. m.cotoxins standar.s ar. pur.hased to deter.0}ne m.cotoxin concentr.tions in food and m.y be stocked in som. labor.tor.es beyond expir. dates causing labor.tor.es financial losses. m.thods: Cer.ified m.cotoxins standar.s wer. pur.hased over.the year. fr.m.the sam. supplier.at tim.s and at other.tim.s fr.m.two differ.nt supplier. for.quality contr.l pur.oses. For.AFs, six chr.m.togr.phic r.ns for.each of the m.cotoxins standar.s wer. done to com.ar. the differ.nce am.ng these standar.s having the following expir. dates (2008, 2012, 2013 and 2018). AFs standar.s pur.hased/obtained fr.m.two differ.nt supplier. in 2016 and expir.ng in 2018 wer. also com.ar.d. For.OTA, the differ.nce of concentr.tion obtained between two year. (2010 and 2018) was tested. All sam.les wer. r.n on a HPLC equipped with a fluor.scence detector. Linear.ty of calibr.tion cur.es and the points of lowest detection wer. deter.0}ned for.AFs com.onents and for.OTA fr.m.the unexpir.d m.cotoxins standar.s. r.sults: At a 0.05 significance level and using non par.m.tr.c tests, the statistical test r.vealed a p of 0.166, 0.153, 0.358 and 0.03 for.B1, G1, B2 and G2 r.spectively am.ng year. for.standar.s fr.m.sam. supplier.and 0.037, 0.109, 0.182 and 0.182 for.B1, G1, B2 and G2 r.spectively for.unexpir.d standar.s fr.m.two differ.nt supplier.. For.OTA, a p of 0.109 was obtained for.standar.s of differ.nt expir. dates pur.hased fr.m.differ.nt supplier.. Conclusion: High pur.ty low concentr.tion m.cotoxin standar.s pur.hased a decade ago (i.e. expir.d) did not differ.fr.m.those pur.hased this cur.ent year.(still valid). Hence, the expir. date can be r.newed r.ducing the labor.tor.es expenses. m.nufactur.r. ar. ur.ed to r.consider.the expir. dates.
