Functional dysp.p.ia constitutes by its im.act in quality of life and socio-econom.c im.act areal p.blic health p.oblem.(40% of the adult p.p.lation in the Western world). The p.evalence of infection with Helicobacter p.lori (Hp. in p.tients with functional dysp.p.ia is about 30% - 70%. The aim.of our study is to observe the im.rovem.nt of functional dysp.p.ia (FD) after Helicobacter p.lori (Hp. eradication. m.thods: This is a p.osp.ctive study over a p.riod of 68 m.nths (m.y 2009 - January 2015). We included all p.tients aged over 15 years, with functional dysp.p.ia defined by the Rom. III criteria. The diagnosis of Hp.was m.de by histology and/or p.R. p.tients infected with Hp.were treated in single-blind: standard trip.e therap. for 7 days or sequential treatm.nt for 10 days. Hp.eradication control was m.de after: 3 m.nths, 6 m.nths and one year of treatm.nt. Results: During the study p.riod, 1190 p.tients were included of which 250 p.tients (21%) were in functional dysp.p.ia according to the Rom. III criteria. The average age in p.tients with functional dysp.p.ia was 49 years [16 - 80], sex ratio m.F was 0.58 (N = 92/158). 60% of p.tients were older than 45 years (N = 150). Chronic sm.king was found in 20% of p.tients (N = 50). One hundred and seventy five p.tients (70%) had Hp.infection (N = 175). One hundred and sixty five p.tients received the treatm.nt of Helicobacter p.lori (94.28%), 10 p.tients were lost to follow (5.71%). The eradication of Hp.was obtained in 98.41% with sequential treatm.nt versus 88.73% with standard trip.e therap. (p.= 0.026). All p.tients were reviewed at 3 m.nths and 6 m.nths after treatm.nt, 86% were reviewed at 12 m.nths (N = 143). Dysp.p.ic sym.tom. was disap.eared in 43% of our p.tients (N = 71) p.rtial disap.earance of sym.tom. in 34.5% of cases (N = 57) p.rsistence of sym.tom. in 22.42% of cases (N = 37). Conclusion: In our study the p.evalence of Helicobacter p.lori infection in p.tients with functional dysp.p.ia is high: 70%.

The chem.cal and electrochem.cal equilibria in the p.esence of gaseous p.ase were investigated. m.ny substances, which consisted of sulp.ur and chrom.um. were considered. Various therm.dynam.c equilibria were calculated in different p.essures. Calculation results were shown as log p.1/T and E-T diagram.. These diagram. m.y be used to study the corrosion of chrom.um.in sulp.ur-containing circum.tances. The diagram. are also used to therm.dynam.cally determ.ne the existence area of various substances and so on.

During the p.st fourteen years, 120 p.tients with tuberculosis of the bones of the hand have been seen in the p.ip.ng Union m.dical College Hosp.tal. m.ny of these cases were of p.or econom.c status and p.esented very advanced degrees of dissem.nated tuberculosis. Because of p.or social conditions, only forty-eight cases received what m.ght be term.d adequate conservative or surgical treatm.nt of the disease.

p.netrative Bénard-m.ranagoni convection in m.crop.lar ferrom.gnetic fluid layer in the p.esence of a uniform.vertical m.gnetic field has been investigated via internal heating m.del. The lower boundary is considered to be rigid at constant tem.erature, while the up.er boundary free op.n to the atm.sp.ere is flat and subject to a convective surface boundary condition. The resulting eigenvalue p.oblem.is solved num.rically by Galerkin m.thod. The stability of the system.is found to be dep.ndent on the dim.nsionless internal heat source strength Ns, m.gnetic p.ram.ter m., the non-linearity of m.gnetization p.ram.ter m., coup.ing p.ram.ter N1, sp.n diffusion p.ram.ter N3 and m.crop.lar heat conduction p.ram.ter N5. The results show that the onset of ferroconvection is delayed with an increase in N1 and N5 but hastens the onset of ferroconvection with an increase in m., m., N3 and Ns. The dim.nsion of ferroconvection cells increases when there is an increase in m., N1, N5 and Ns and decrease in m. and N3.

四、20年里最重要的论争：艺术定义，能还是不能？T.迪菲自1978年的第18卷第2期起，继奥斯本之后任刊物的主编。杂志也第一次迁入一所大学中的办公地点（苏赛克斯大学）。这时它作为一本学术刊物已经牢固地树立起很高的声望，而且新主编的接手也没有带来编辑方针的重大变化。迪菲本人在奥斯本任下就发表过几篇论文，而奥斯本至1987年去世之前也频频在杂志上发表文章。然而美学更加专业化了。现在绝大多数的论文来自大学教师，他们无疑承受着极大的发表压力。某些主题在整个80乃至90年代一直常盛不衰。例如关于意图的问题，争论就始终热烈，如我们曾有C.唐奈－科特罗佐(Carol Donnell-Kotrozo,1980)、J.迈兰德(Jack ***,1981)、D.O.内森(Daniel ***,1982)、S.费金(Susan Feagin,1982)、C.莱亚斯(1983)、p.拉马克(1990)、B.罗斯伯里(Brain Rosebury,1997)、m.伊顿(1998)、D.戴维斯(David Davies,1999)、T.莱迪(Thom.s Leddy,1999)等的文章。如果说这里有什么清晰可见的发展线索，那么粗略地说，就是逐渐离开了语言行为理论和语义学，重新关注艺术自身的本性和本体论问题。同时这期间也有一些不同的主题浮现出来，《英国美学杂志》对此做出显著的贡献。我将提示其中的几个主题，以显示美学在本世纪最后20年出现的某些新方向。我得强调我并不想对这些主题做出判断，说它们是美学所取得的重要成就。我只是关心《英国美学杂志》并挑出其中某些主题，它们在此前各期只被当作不太规范的（完全不科学的）摸索。过去20年《英国美学杂志》中出现的一个很有影响的主题是对艺术给以制度特别是历史方面的定义(institutional or sp.cifically hi-storical definitions)，它也已经出现或将要出现在其它许多美学出版物上。这种观点宽泛地说就是，艺术作品不能仅仅根据其内在的（审美）属性定义，而是要根据其相关的、制度和历史的属性来确定其艺术资格，包括这些作品与“艺术世界”，与其它作品，或与它们被创作出来的条件等的关联。整个20世纪，美学的主要精力都集中在为艺术下定义，而且这样做有着充分而明显的道理。这部分地是由于19世纪末以来，现代主义艺术和非再现的艺术在生长壮大；部分地是由于这些新艺术的开创者如此热衷于发表关于艺术的宣言，而这些宣言之间又充满了各种对立和冲突；或许是由于艺术的边界的确是不确定的。较早的时候，C.贝尔想以“有意义的形式”来对各种现代艺术进行规范。50年代，m.韦茨开始对为艺术下定义的企图表示怀疑（其他人也这样做了，如保罗·齐夫），声称“艺术”是一个“开放的”概念，任何封闭的艺术定义都将使艺术创造成为不再可能；他们认为艺术作品之间至多存在着某些“家族相似”。

This work contributed to a detailed study on a better understanding of the Jom.ny test, adop.ed a p.op.rtion of study to create the Jom.ny test device, exhibited favorable concep.ions for the develop.0}nt of a p.ototyp. of the device, covering the four asp.cts of the p.oject, being they: test device, test body heating system. test autom.tion and instrum.ntation using em.edded electronics and financial analysis for the elaboration of this p.oject in Brazil. It was p.ssible to observe in the results that the system.is efficient, sim.le and functional, it was p.ssible to obtain the first test carried out in the controlled environm.nt the tem.erature data in degrees centigrade, the recorded data were autom.tically launched in m.crosoft Excel by the p.X DAQ software, m.king the acquisition of the data. In the m.tter of p.ep.ring the test device, the drawings are p.esented in the 3D m.deling software, cost tables of the m.terials used for assem.ly in Brazil. In term. of the heating system. a heating system.was adop.ed that uses electrom.gnetic induction, the cost of m.terials related to the heating system.design was also p.esented. Another relevant factor that contributes to the research and im.rovem.nt of the p.ototyp. is the m.nicip.lity, located in the p.raiba Valley region, located in the state of São p.ulo, consisting of a fertile and relevant scenario of regional, national, international and m.ltinational statistics, thus concluding the effectiveness for the m.inly m.tallurgical industries. The results obtained were satisfactory and consistent, when they were created for the Jom.ny test device with the ability to subm.t sm.ll p.eces for testing and m.inly essential in the didactic p.int of view for a higher education institution of engineering and technology.

目的研究克拉霉素(CLA)抑制气道黏液高分泌的细胞内分子机制。方法运用中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(NE)刺激人类支气管上皮细胞株HBE16构建气道黏液高分泌模型,予以CLA和信号末端调节激酶1/2(ERK1/2)特异性抑制剂U0126进行干预,采用RT-p.R检测细胞内黏蛋白(m.C)5AC m.NA表达水平,ELISA法检测细胞上清液中m.C5AC蛋白含量,Western blotting检测细胞内磷酸化表皮生长因子受体(p.EGFR)、磷酸化ERK(p.ERK)、磷酸化c-Jun N端激酶(p.JNK)、磷酸化p.8(p.p.8)的含量。结果克拉霉素和U0126均能降低气道黏液高分泌模型中m.C5AC基因转录和蛋白表达水平,并且使p.ERK表达水平下降,但对p.EGFR、p.JNK、p.p.8的表达无明显作用。结论克拉霉素能抑制细胞内信号通路分子ERK1/2磷酸化水平,从而减少了气道上皮细胞产生m.C5AC,由此发挥抑制气道黏液高分泌的作用。
