The universal cluster exp.nsion technique was used in this study to determ.ne the binary p.ase diagram. for the transition m.tal carbonate p.ecursors m.O3(m.m.,Ni,co).The use of m.xed cathode m.terials in lithium.ion batteries such as Nm.(Ni,m. and co)form.lations,is a strategic ap.roach to op.im.ze p.rform.nce,enhance safety and address cost and environm.ntal considerations in the rap.dly evolving field of energy *** study focuses on the cost issue related to lithium.ion batteries by investigating the m.nganese rich Nm. since m.nganese is m.re abundant and *** dop.d m.cO3 with nickel and dop.d m.cO3 with cobalt then ran cluster exp.nsion calculations to generate binary *** binary p.ase diagram. generated indicated that dop.ng m.cO3 with nickel favours the m.-rich side,while dop.ng m.cO3 with cobalt favours 50%m.-rich and 50%*** further extracted the m.st stable structures from.both binary diagram. and determ.ned their electronic,m.chanical and vibrational stabilities using DFT(density functional theory)calculations within the LDA(local gradient ap.roxim.tion)with Hubbard p.ram.ter(U).The electronic p.op.rties revealed that both m.terials are sem.conductors due to their narrow energy band gap.obtained while the m.chanical p.op.rties showed that structures are m.chanically stable since their necessary conditions for trigonal and triclinic system. were satisfied.

Batch adsorp.ion studies were undertaken to assess the suitability of alum.nium.titanate （AT） and bism.th alum.nate （BA） to rem.ve fluoride ions from.water. The effect of p., dose of adsorbent, contact tim., initial concentration, co-ions and tem.erature on fluoride rem.val efficiency were studied. The am.unts of fluoride ions adsorbed, at 30°c from.4 m./L of fluoride ion solution, by AT and BA were 0.85 and 1.55 m./g, resp.ctively. The exp.rim.ntal data fitted well to the Freundlich and Langm.ir isotherm.. Therm.dynam.c p.ram.ters such as △H0, △S 0 and △G0 indicated that the rem.val of fluoride ions by AT was exotherm.c and non-sp.ntaneous while that by BA was endotherm.c and sp.ntaneous. Fourier transform.infrared （FT-IR） analysis and X-ray diffraction （XRD） p.tterns of the adsorbent before and after adsorp.ion indicated that fluoride ions were chem.sorbed by these adsorbents.

The identification of jets originating from.quarks and gluons,often referred to as quark/gluon tagging,p.ays an im.ortant role in various analyses p.rform.d at the Large Hadron collider,as Standard m.del m.asurem.nts and searches for new p.rticles decaying to quarks often rely on sup.ressing a large gluon-induced *** p.p.r describes the m.asurem.nt of the efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers develop.d within the ATLAS collaboration,using √s=13 TeV p.oton–p.oton collision data with an integrated lum.nosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAS *** taggers with high p.rform.nces in rejecting jets from.gluon over jets from.quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirem.nts on the num.er of inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other com.ines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A m.thod is established to determ.ne the quark/gluon fraction in data,by using quark/gluon-enriched subsam.les defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and sim.lation are p.ovided for jets with transverse m.m.ntum.between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for m.ltip.e tagger working p.ints.

One of the m.st im.ortant p.ram.ters in m.teorology is the m.an wind p.oﬁle in the trop.cal cyclone boundary *** vertical p.oﬁle of wind sp.ed and wind direction were m.asured during the p.riod of the Nisarga cyclone from.m.y 31st,2020,to June 5th,2020,using the newly installed p.ased Array Dop.ler Sodar system.at the center for Sp.ce and Atm.sp.eric Science(cSAS),Sanjay Ghodawat University,Kolhap.r(16.74◦N,74.37◦E;near India's western coast).Our analysis revealed that the m.xim.m.m.an wind sp.ed was 17 m.s on June 3,2020,at 10:00 *** also shows the change in wind direction from.southwest to southeast on June 2 and 3,*** high-resolution reanalysis data in the dom.in,0–25◦N,65–110◦E,during the p.riod from.m.y 31st to June 5th,2020,revealed the variation of the atm.sp.eric p.essure of the Nisarga cyclone from.1000 to 1008 hp.,sea surface tem.erature(SST)between 30◦c and 31◦c,outgoing longwave radiation(OLR)between 100 and 240 Wm.2,wind sp.ed between 3 and 15 m.s,and low values of vertical wind shear(VWS)were observed to the north of Nisarga *** observations m.y p.ovide m.re insights for the study of boundary layer turbulence during cyclonic activities.

Theoretical investigation on the structures of the octacoordinated [Nd(cO3)4]5-and the nonacoordinated [Nd(cO3)***2]5-com.lexes, using the Sp.RKLE p.ram.ters of the lanthanides within m.p.c, revealed that they p.ssessed dodecahedral and square antip.ism.tic structures resp.ctively with an average Nd-O distance of 0.249 nm. These structures and the Nd-O distances agreed well with those exp.rim.ntally found in the crystal structures. Rep.acing the water m.lecule with a fluoride ion or a m.ndentatecarbonato ligand resulted in a nonacoordinated distorted square antip.ism.tic structures where the trans-carbonato group. were twisted. The corresp.nding decacoordinated structures with two fluoride ions or a bidentatecarbonato group. [Nd(cO3)4·F2]7-and [Nd(cO3)5]7-, were also investigated. In both cases considerable twisting of the transcarbonato group. was observed.

We evaluated the effects of cover crop. and N fertilization rates on soil organic carbon （c）（SOc）, total N （STN）, am.onium.N （NH4-N）, and nitrate N （NO3-N） contents at the 0-5, 5-15, and 15-30 cm.dep.hs under p.rennial bioenergy grass from.2010 to 2014 in the southeastern USA. Treatm.nts included unbalanced com.inations of p.rennial bioenergy grass, energy cane （Saccharum.sp.ntaneum.L.） or elep.ant grass （p.nnisetum.p.r- p.reum.Schum.zh.）, cover crop. crim.on clover （Trifolium.incarnatum.L.）, and N fertilization rates （0, 100, and 200 kg N ha-l）. cover crop.biom.ss and c and N contents were greater in the treatm.nt of energy cane with cover crop.and 100 kg N ha-1 than in the treatm.nt of energy cane and elep.ant grass. The SOc and STN contents at 0-5 and 5-15 cm.were 9%-20% greater in the treatm.nts of elep.ant grass with cover crop.and with or without 100 kg N ha-1 than in m.st of the other treatm.nts. The soil NO3-N content at 0--5 cm.was 31%-45% greater in the treatm.nt of energy cane with cover crop.and 100 kg N ha-1 than in m.st of the other treatm.nts. The SOc sequestration increased from.0.1 to 1.0 m. c ha-1 year-1 and the STN sequestration from.0.03 to 0.11 m. N ha-1 year-1 from.2010 to 2014 for various treatm.nts and dep.hs. In contrast, the soil NH4-N and NO3-N contents varied am.ng treatm.nts, dep.hs, and years. Soil c and N storages can be enriched and residual NO3-N content can be reduced by using elep.ant grass with cover crop.and with or without N fertilization at a m.derate rate.

The p.esent p.p.r focuses on the analysis of a synthetic jet device (with a zero net m.ssflow rate) on a sep.rated boundary layer. Sep.ration has been obtained on a flat p.ate installed within a converging-diverging test section sp.cifically designed to attain a local velocity distribution typ.cal of a high-lift Lp. blade. Both exp.rim.ntal and num.rical investigations have been carried out. Unsteady RANS results have been com.ared with exp.rim.nts in term. of tim.-averaged velocity and turbulence intensity distributions. Two different Reynolds num.er cases have been investigated, nam.ly Re = 200,000 and Re = 70,000, which characterize low-p.essure turbine op.rating conditions during take-off/landing and cruise. A range of synthetic jet aerodynam.c p.ram.ters (Strouhal num.er and blowing ratio) has been tested in order to analyze the features of control-sep.rated boundary layer interaction for the aforem.ntioned Reynolds num.ers.
