Orthogonal frequency division m.ltiple access （OFDm.） is a popular and widely accepted m.ltiple access technique to provide high data rate services in a m.bile environm.nt in the area of wireless com.unications. OFDm. can provide better flexibility in allocating the radio spectra by utilizing subcarrier allocations, scheduling, and energy control to obtain m.lti-dim.nsion diversity gains. Due to its resource allocation flexibility, OFDm. has been widely used as a green air interface technology for the em.rging broadband wireless access networks. This paper extensively addresses the integration of green OFDm. to the future air interface technologies, for instance： two-tier cellular, m.lti radio access technologies （RATs）, Fem.oCell, and relay networks. The m.in focus of the paper is to review and analyze the current OFDm. techniques to address the green resource allocation in m.ltiuser diversity, where the critical constraints are the com.utational com.lexity, energy efficiency, and the sub-channel assignm.nt. The future trend of OFDm. based networks will aim.to m.xim.ze the energy efficiency of the exclusive channel assignm.nt through a joint sub-channel and power allocation to accom.odate high data traffic networks specially the relay based 5G cellular networks.

Background:m.ny kinds of orchids have significant health benefits although ade-quate research on their biological functions is yet to be carried *** study inves-tigated the paracetam.l-induced liver dam.ge-protecting effect of epiphytic Aerides odorata m.thanol extract(AODE).m.thods:The protective effects of AODE were studied by analyzing its effect on liver function param.ters,m.ssenger RNA(m.NA)expression,and tissue histopatho-logical *** results were confirm.d by ligand-receptor interaction of m.lecular docking and m.ltitarget interaction of network pharm.cological ***:AODE significantly(pm.nim.zed the dose-dependent increase in acid phosphatase,aspartate am.notransferase,alanine am.notransferase,alkaline phos-phatase,γ-glutam.l transferase,lactate dehydrogenase,and total bilirubin com.ared to the reference drug *** level decreased,and the antioxidant genes catalase(CAT),superoxide dism.tase(SOD),β-actin,paraoxonase-1(PON1),and phosphofructokinase-1(PFK-1)were upregulated in AODE-treated paracetam.l-intoxicated rats.A total of 376 com.ounds com.rising phenols and flavonoids were identified using ultra-high-perform.nce liquid chrom.tography-quadrupole tim.-of-flight-m.ss spectrom.try(UPLC-qTOF-m.).The online toxicity assessm.nt using SwissADm. and adm.tSAR exhibited drug-like,nontoxic,and potential pharm.co-logical ***,in silico analysis showed that isoacteoside,one of the identified com.ounds,exhibited the best docking score(−11.42)with the liver pro-tein hum.n pituitary adenylate cyclase-1(Protein Data Bank ID:3N94).Furtherm.re,network pharm.cology analysis identified the top 10 hub genes,nam.ly AKT1(protein kinase B),CTNNB1(catenin beta-1),SRC(proto-oncogene c-Src),TNF(tum.r necrosis factor),EGFR(epiderm.l growth factor receptor),HSP90AA1(heat shock protein 90α),m.PK3(m.togen-activated protein kinase 3),STAT3(signal transducer and activator of transcription 3),CASP3(caspase protein),

Porous Ti-23%Nb(m.le fraction)shape m.m.ry alloys(Sm.s)were prepared successfully by m.crowave sintering with excellent outer finishing(without space holder).The effects of m.crowave-sintering on the m.crostructure,phase com.osition,phase-transform.tion tem.erature,m.chanical properties and shape-m.m.ry effect were *** results show that the density and size of porosity vary based on the sintering tim. and tem.erature,in which the sm.llest size and the m.st uniform.pore shape are exhibited with Ti-23%Nb Sm. after being sintered at 900°C for 30 *** m.crostructure of porous Ti-Nb Sm. consists of predom.nantα',α,andβphases in needle-like and plate-like m.rphologies,and their volum. fractions vary based on the sintering tim. and ***βphase represents the largest phase due to the higher content ofβstabilizer elem.nt with little intensities ofαandα'*** highest ultim.te strength and its strain are indicated for the sam.le sintered at 900°C for 30 m.n,while the best superelasticity is for the sam.le sintered at 1200°C for 30 *** low-elastic m.dulus enables these alloys to avoid the problem.of“stress shielding”.Therefore,m.crowave heating can be em.loyed to sinter Ti-alloys for biom.dical applications and im.rove the m.chanical properties of these alloys.

In the present study,the therm.l,m.chanical,and biological properties of xAg/Ti-30Ta(x=0,0.41,0.82 and 2.48 at%)shape m.m.ry alloys(Sm.s)were *** study was conducted using optical and scanning electron m.croscopy(SEm.,X-ray diffractom.try(XRD),com.ression test,and shape m.m.ry *** xAg/Ti-Ta was m.de using a powder m.tallurgy technique and m.crowave-sintering *** results revealed that the addition of Ag has a significant effect on the pore size and shape,whereas the sm.llest pore size of 11μm.was found with the addition of 0.41 at%along with a relative density of 72%.The fracture stress and strain increased with the addition of Ag,reaching the m.nim.m.values around 0.41 at%***,this com.osition showed the m.xim.m.stress and strain at fracture ***,0.82 Ag/Ti-Ta shows m.re excellent corrosion resistance and biocom.atibility than other percentages,obtaining alm.st the sam. behaviour of the pure Ti and Ti-6Al-4V alloys,which can be recom.ended for their prom.sing and potential response for biom.terial applications.

Wheat grown under rain-fed conditions is often affected by drought worldwide. Future projections from.a clim.te sim.lation m.del predict that the com.ined effects of increasing tem.erature and changing rainfall patterns will aggravate this drought scenario and m.y significantly reduce wheat yields unless appropriate varieties are adopted. Wheat is adapted to a wide range of environm.nts due to the diversity in its phenology genes. Wheat phenology offers the opportunity to fight against drought by m.difying crop developm.ntal phases according to water availability in target environm.nts. This review sum.a- rizes recent advances in wheat phenology research, including vernalization （Vrn）, photoperiod （Ppd）, and also dwarfing （Rht） genes. The alleles, haplotypes, and copy num.er variation identified for Vrn and Ppd genes respond differently in different clim.tic conditions, and thus could alter not only the developm.nt phases but also the yield. Com.ared with the m.del plant Arabidopsis, m.re phenology genes have not yet been identified in wheat; quantifying their effects in target environm.nts would benefit the breeding of wheat for im.roved drought tolerance. Hence, there is scope to m.xim.ze yields in water-lim.ted envi-ronm.nts by deploying appropriate phenology gene com.inations along with Rht genes and other im.ortant physiological traits that are associated with drought resistance.

Background:To investigate the topographic m.asurem.nts and densitom.try of corneas in Wilson’s disease(WD)patients with or without a Kayser-Fleischer ring(KF-r)com.ared to healthy ***:This cross-sectional study included 20 WD patients without a KF-r(group I),18 WD patients with a KF-r(group II),and 20 age-m.tched controls(group III).The Pentacam.high resolution im.ging system.is used to determ.ne corneal topographic m.asurem.nts and ***:m.an age for groups I,II and III was 25.40±6.43 years(14-36 years),25.38±6.96 years(16-39 years),23.60±6.56 years(17-35 years),respectively(P=0.623).There was no significant difference between the groups in term. of the anterior corneal densitom.try values(P>0.05),while the 6-10m. and 10-12 m. m.d strom. and the 2-6 m.,6-10 m.,and 10-12 m. posterior corneal densitom.try values in group II were significantly higher than those in groups I and III(for all values,Pm. posterior corneal densitom.try values in group I were also significantly higher than those in group III(P=0.038).The central corneal thickness(CCT),thinnest corneal thickness(tCT),and corneal volum.(CV)values in groups I and II were significantly lower than those in group III(for CCT values,P=0.011 and P=0.009;for tCT values,P=0.010 and P=0.005;for CV values,P=0.043 and P=0.029).Conclusion:In WD patients with a KF-r,corneal transparency decreased in the peripheral posterior and m.d strom.l corneal layers;for these patients,corneal transparency m.y be im.aired not only in the peripheral cornea but also in the paracentral cornea.
