Polarized electron.beam.production.via laser wakefield acceleration.in.pre-polarized plasm. is in.estigated by particlein.cell sim.lation.. The evolution.of the electron.beam.polarization.is studied based on.the Thom.s±Bargm.n.±m.chel±Telegdi equation.for the tran.verse an. lon.itudin.l self-in.ection. an. the depolarization.process is foun. to be in.luen.ed by the in.ection.schem.s. In.the case of tran.verse self-in.ection. as foun. typically in.the bubble regim., the spin.precession.of the accelerated electron. is m.in.y in.luen.ed by the wakefield. However, in.the case of lon.itudin.l in.ection.in.the quasi-1D regim. (for exam.le, F. Y. Li et al., Phys. Rev. Lett. 110, 135002 (2013)), the direction.of electron.spin.oscillates in.the laser field. Sin.e the electron. m.ve aroun. the laser axis, the n.t in.luen.e of the laser field is n.arly zero an. the con.ribution.of the wakefield can.be ign.red. Fin.lly, an.ultra-short electron.beam.with polarization.of 99%can.be obtain.d usin. lon.itudin.l self-in.ection.

The curren. study was perform.d to evaluate the liver fun.tion.status as well as m.lecular characterization.of the recovered worm. in.rats experim.n.ally in.ected with F. hepatica. Sixteen.m.le Wister rats aged 30 days were ran.om.y allocated in.o two groups (n.= 8). The first group was in.ected orally with 15 viable en.ysted m.tacercaria of F. hepatica per an.m.l. The other group was kept n.n.in.ected (con.rol group). At zero tim. (before in.ection., the 2n., 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th an. 14th weeks post-in.ection.(WPI), blood an. serum.sam.les were collected via pun.ture of retro-orbital plexus of vein. from.each rat. Serum.en.ym. level (AST an. ALT) an. total protein.were m.asured, an. the serum.protein.profile was carried out usin. agarose gel electrophoresis. Durin. the period of the experim.n., serum.ALT an. AST activities an. serum.total globulin. sign.fican.ly in.reased while serum.total protein. an. album.n.m.rkedly decreased in.the in.ected group. On.the 14th WPI, the data of the electropherogram.showed that globulin.fraction. (α1-, β- an. γ-globulin. levels were sign.fican.ly in.reased while α2-globulin.was m.rkedly decreased in.the in.ected group. The m.lecular an.lysis con.irm.d the am.lification.of the ITS1, ITS2 an. n.I gen.s of F. hepatica recovered from.the in.ected liver of rats with am.licon.sizes of 630, 510 an. 560 bp, respectively. Sequen.in. of the am.lified ITS gen. resulted in.the determ.n.tion.of 3 strain. (PP108836, PP108837, an. PP108838). Also, an.lysis of the ITS2 gen. resulted in.obtain.n. 3 isolates un.er the accession.n.m.ers (PP109065, PP109066, an. PP109067). In.con.lusion. fasciolosis in.the rat m.del is suitable for routin. experim.n.al in.ection. an. caused a pron.un.ed liver dysfun.tion.with dischargin. of the Fasciola eggs in.the faeces an. the developm.n. of adult stages in.the bile ducts.
