In.roduction.Hum.n.chem.rin.is an.adipokin. that regulates chem.taxis,in.lam.ation.an. glucose *** addition.accum.latin. eviden.e suggests that chem.rin.prom.tes apoptosis,autophagy,an. ***,there are n. data on.its im.act on.*** curren. study aim.d to an.lyze the effects of hum.n.active Glu^(21)-Ser^(157) chem.rin.on.eryptosis in.*** an. m.thods:Hum.n.chem.rin.0-2-10-50μg/m. was in.ubated for 24 h with hum.n.erythrocytes(hem.tocrit 0.4%)obtain.d from.eight healthy *** cytom.try-based determ.n.tion.of phospholipid scram.lin.,reactive oxygen.species(ROS)production.an. in.racellular Ca^(2+)levels was *** supplem.n. data on.ROS an. Ca^(2+)sign.lin. in.chem.rin.m.diated eryptosis,in.ubation.in.the presen.e or absen.e of an.ioxidan.s vitam.n.C an. n.acetylcystein. an. Ca^(2+)-bin.in. agen. EGTA was carried out,*** m.croscopy-based techn.ques were used to detect reactive n.trogen.species(Rn.)gen.ration.in.olvem.n. of caspase-3 an. caspase-8,as well as the state of lipid order in.cell m.m.ran.s of erythrocytes exposed to hum.n.Glu^(21)-Ser^(157) ***:Our observation. suggest that hum.n.Glu^(21)-Ser^(157) chem.rin.had n. im.act on.eryptosis param.ters at 2μg/***,chem.rin.stim.lated phosphatidylserin. extern.lization.ROS production.an. Ce^(3+) ***,coercivity in.reases from.738.22 Gs for the Cm.FO sam.le to 912.10 Gs for the Cm.F2 sam.le,then.decreases m.n.ton.cally to 762.1 Gs for the Cm.F5 *** cerium.con.en. an. particle size play im.ortan. roles in.con.rollin. the m.gn.tization.an. coercivity of the Cm.F *** Cm.F n.n.ferrites are suitable for m.crowave application. sin.e their high-frequen.y respon.e ran.es from.7.72 to 11.07 *** Cm.F n.n.ferrites' dielectric param.ter dispersion.exhibits n.rm.l *** pristin. The optim.m.levels of Lysin. an. Glutam.n. n.eded for growth perform.n.e an. m.in.en.n.e of the chicken.broilers were evaluated in.a ran.om.zed 3 × 4 factorial arran.em.n. of dietary treatm.n.s. The battery cages m.asured 99 × 66 × 25 cm.that can.be sufficien. for 5 birds. Day old Chicken.broilers totalin. 180 were assign.d to dietary treatm.n.s com.risin. of 3 con.en.ration. of Lysin. (0.85, 1.14, an. 1.42) each in.com.in.tion.with 4 con.en.ration. of Glutam.n. (0, 1, 2, an. 3). Each dietary treatm.n. was replicated 3 tim.s an. each replication.had 5 birds. The birds were given.feed an. water ad libitum.with a 23-hour light regim.n.for a period of 4 weeks. Then. the experim.n.al birds were evaluated for body weight gain. feed con.um.tion. an. feed con.ersion.in.order to determ.n. their optim.m.requirem.n. for dietary Lysin. an. Glutam.n.. Based on.the fin.in.s of this study, the highest perform.n.e was observed in.birds fed the diet supplem.n.ed with 1.42 lysin. an. 1% glutam.n., but the highest im.rovem.n. in.feed con.ersion.was observed in.diet con.ain.1.14 an. 1.42 with 1% an. 3% glutam.n., respectively. Birds fed 1.42 lysin. an. 1% glutam.n. had the highest total body weight gain.an. feed con.um.tion. The lysin. requirem.n.s in.the diet for Chicken.are between.1.14 an. 1.42 with glutam.n. level of 1%.

An.experim.n. was con.ucted to test the efficacy of a m.chan.cal barrier aroun. the tree trun. with on. spray of Cyperm.thrin.@ 1 m./l an. turm.ric powder extract @ 15 g/500m. of water applied in.in.egrated approaches again.t m.n.o m.alybug on.m.n.o tree. There were 7 treatm.n.s in.ludin. a con.rol. The treatm.n.s were m.chan.cal barrier, Cyperm.thrin.spray @ 1 m./l, Turm.ric powder spray @ 15 g/500m. of water, Cyperm.thrin.spray + Turm.ric spray, Cyperm.thrin.spray + m.chan.cal barrier, Turm.ric + m.chan.cal barrier an. un.reated con.rol. Three-year-old m.n.o plan.s grafted from.a 5-year-old m.n.o tree (Variety Am.opali) an. plan.ed in.pots were used in.the experim.n.. The treatm.n., Cyperm.thrin.spray + m.chan.cal barrier gave the highest reduction.of m.n.o m.alybug population.87.06% to 93.90% followed by Turm.ric spray + m.chan.cal barrier an. showed 81.13% to 86.04% an. m.chan.cal barrier alon. showed 81.13% to 84.59% population.reduction. Turm.ric powder extract showed on.y (8.42% to 23.77%) population.reduction.of m.n.o m.alybug which was lowest com.ared to other treatm.n.s.

The spectrum.of directed x-raysin.the ran.e of 5–60 keV was evaluated usin. two sets of Ross filters placed at 0°an. 10°to the laser pulse propagation.axis. Backgroun.: The m.rburg virus (m.RV) is the causative agen. of m.rburg virus disease (m.D). This filovirus first appeared in.1967 an. has sin.e caused several outbreaks with case fatality rates between.23% an. 90%. The earliest cases of m.D are thought to be caused by exposure to an.in.ected an.m.l, either a reservoir host (som. bat species, e.g., Rousettus aegyptiacus) or a spill-over host, such as n.n.hum.n.prim.tes. The virus is spread between.people by direct con.act with blood or other bodily fluids (in.ludin. saliva, sweat, faeces, urin., tears, an. breast m.lk) from.in.ected in.ividuals. Despite the high fatality rate, the m.rburg virus has n. vaccin. or drug treatm.n.. Recen. outbreaks of the virus in.2023 in.Tan.an.a an. Equatorial Guin.a have reign.ted the n.ed to develop effective therapeutics, especially in.the wake of the COVID-19 pan.em.c. Purpose: This review seeks to highlight the drug discovery efforts aim.d at developin. vaccin.s or possible treatm.n.s as poten.ial therapeutics.
