Aim. To determ.ne the sem.nal concentrations of copper, zinc, iron, cadm.um. lead and nickel in bulls, ram., boars, stallions and foxes and study their correlations. m.thods: Sem.n sam.les were obtained, digested and analyzed by m.ans of the atom.c absorption spectrophotom.ter. Data were analyzed statistically with the Student's t-test and Scheffe's test using PC program. SAS and Excel. Results: The sem.nal copper concentration was significantly higher in ram.[(2.49±0.18) m./kg] and fox [(2.16±0.53) m./kg] than that in bull [(1.64±0.21) m./kg], boar [(1.64±0.28) m./kg] and stallion (0.86 m./kg). In boar a significantly higher sem.nal zinc concentration (171.74±65.72) m./kg] was found in com.arison with stallion [(86.20±45.88) m./kg], bull [(83.15±61.61) m./kg], ram.[( 60.46±35.37) m./kg] and fox (13.09±5.22) m./kg]. The iron concentration in sem.n was significantly higher in ram.[(40.32±10.81) m./kg), bull [(38.04±22.07) m./kg] and fox [(33.16±24.36) m./kg] than that in boar [(16.14±10.35) m./kg] and stallion (12.68 m./kg). The sem.nal cadm.um.concentration was relatively low [(0.05-0.12) m./kg] in all studied species. The sem.nal lead concentration was the highest in ram.[(0.35±0.68) m./kg], which was m.ch higher than in fox [(0.08±0.06) m./kg], bull [(0.06±0.04) m./kg], stallion [(0.05±0.05) m./kg] and boar [0.02±0.03) m./kg]. The level of sem.nal nickel was significantly higher in fox [(0.35±0.24) m./kg] and ram.[(0.31±0.19) m./ kg] in com.arison with bull [(0.12±0.07) m./kg] and boar [(0.06±0.08) m./kg]. The concentration of nickel in the sem.n of stallion was (0.20±0.24) m./kg. There was a high positive correlation between sem.nal iron and zinc in bull (r=0.723) and stallion (r=0.723), between cadm.um.and lead in ram.(r=0.976) and boar (r=0.973) and between iron and cadm.um.(r=0.783) and iron and lead (r=0.791) in boar. A high negative correlation between sem.nal nickel and copper in ram.(r=-0.709) and between sem.nal copper and lead in fox (r=-0.854) was found

The soccer robot system.and the effective m.lti agents cooperation strategy applied to the m.SKARO team.com.osed of a set of action controllers, a set of behavior m.dule and a behavior selector are introduced. The action is the prim.tive low level com.onent of the robot control system.necessary to m.ve the robots on the playground. Each action controller determ.nes the linear and angular velocity com.ands of the robots corresponding to its own purpose. The behavior is the high level com.onent of the robot control system.com.osed of necessary action sequences. Each behavior m.dule determ.nes the desired action sequences and action com.ands corresponding to its own objective. The behavior selector considering the inform.tion that com.s from.the vision system.selects the behavior of each robot every sam.ling tim.. Thus, the behavior of each robot is changed dynam.cally. The presented strategy is successfully applied to the m.SKARO team.and the team.is ranked in the first place in the 2000 FIRA kor.a Cup K League.

＜正＞ We exam.ned the underlying m.chanism. by assessing the role of m.PK pathways in the m.use striatum.and in prim.ry cultures of striatal cells. Following 2 day swim.stress both p38 and ERK1/2 m.PK showed 2 - fold increased phosphorylation in m.use striatum. This increase was blocked by the kor.antagonist norBNI （10 m./kg） and not evident in kor knockout m.ce. p38 m.PK was activated from.10 m.n to 1 hr after stress and returned to baseline at 6 hrs. Stress activated kor in GFAP- IR astrocytes and GABA- IR neurons in striatum. Cultured prim.ry striatal astrocytes and neurons both showed increased p38 m.PK phosphorylation after kor.agonist （U50） treatm.nt that was blocked by norBNI and not evident in kor - / - cultures. U50 treatm.nt of astrocytes loaded with Fluo - 4 induced a 4 - 5 fold increase in intracellular calcium.that was blocked by norBNI and not evident in kor - / - cultures. These data suggest that stress leads to kor - m.diated activation of distinct m.PK and calcium.signaling pathways in m.use striatum.

Introduction: Fem.le Genital m.tilation (FGm. is a public health problem. There are 100 to 140 m.llion girls and wom.n who suffer every year in the world [1]. The aim.of this study is to im.rove the m.dical care and reduce com.lications of FGm.at the Regionalhospital of N’zérékoré, to determ.ne their frequency, and to evaluate the m.ternal-fetalprognosis. m.thods: The study was conducted at the Regional Hospital of N’zérékoré. This was a cross-sectional, descriptive and analytic study of 6 m.nths, from.1 Septem.er 2016 to 28 February 2017, including all pregnant wom.n adm.tted for childbirth who had a com.lication of fem.le genital m.tilation. Results: A total of 1295 wom.n gave birth in the service, of which 1204 wom.n were wom.n with fem.le genital m.tilation. Given a frequency of 92.97%, of these 1204 m.tilated wom.n, 223 presented obstetrical com.lications during their delivery, a proportion of 17.22%. They were m.stly young patients, m.stly housewives who were not in school. Type II FGm.was the m.st com.on (53.06%). Obstetric com.lications were dom.nated by com.licated perinatal tears (54.08%), and hem.rrhages (40.81%). The catch was dom.nated by perineorrhaphy. Conclusion: The frequency of FGm.was 92.97% and that of their obstetric com.lications 17.22%. m.st were house-wives, not in school. There was FGm.type II. The abandonm.nt of FGm.would reduce m.ternal and perinatal m.rbidity and m.rtality.

医疗保健的合作生产正受到越来越多的关注,然而,人们仍然不甚了解合作生产的过程。本文探讨了医院使病人与医护人员参加合作生产活动的原因及实践中医院对合作生产的体验。我们对五家荷兰医院进行了定性研究,包括半结构化访谈(27人)、观察(70小时)及文档分析,病人和医护人员都参与其中以改善服务。研究结果表明,各家医院使病人和医护人员参加活动的动机不同,且都调整了现有方法来让病人参与。令人关注的是,病人提出需要改进的地方通常是已知的,但合作生产过程的确以另外的方式促进质量改进。合作生产过程激发医院思考如何实现质量改进。这一过程推动了质量改进,因为看到病人并听到病人的体验使医护人员产生了一种紧迫感,促使他们对病人提出的问题采取行动。此外,这些体验使高级管理机构的改进变得合理化。

目的建立高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测（HPLC—ELSD）法测定金银花中绿原酸及木犀草苷的方法。方法采用Chrom.sil C18色谱柱（4．6m.×250m.／5．0μm.为色谱柱，用乙腈（A）-0．5％冰醋酸（B）为流动相梯度洗脱，以蒸发光散射检测器检测绿原酸和木犀草苷。梯度程序为：0m.n（A：10％，B：90％）→16m.n（A：25％，B：75％）→22 m.n（A：50％，B：50％）；流速1．0m.·m.n^-1；检测器漂移管温度110℃，载气流速3．0m.·m.n^-1。结果绿原酸及木犀草苷的回归方程分别为：lgA=1．34lgm.4．360，r=0．9995；lgA=1．653lgm.5．327，r=0．9996。线性范围分别为5．0—45μg和0．4—3．6μg；平均回收率分别为99．94％（RSD=1．43％，n=5）和100、85％（RSD=1．78％，n=5）。结论该方法操作简便、结果准确，专属性强，分离效果和重现性好，可有效缩短总分析时间。为较全面控制金银花药材的质量控制提供了简便可靠的方法。

AIm.To assess the burden of norovirus(No V) and to determ.ne the diversity of circulating strains am.ng hospitalized children in Lebanon. m.THODS Stool sam.les were collected from.children presenting with acute gastroenteritis to six m.jor hospitals in Lebanon. A total of 739 eligible stool sam.les, testing negative for diarrhea caused by rotavirus as a possible viral pathogen, were collected between January 2011 and June 2013. A standardized questionnaire including dem.graphic, epidem.ological and clinical observations was used at the tim. of hospitalization of children presenting with diarrhea. Viral RNA was extracted from.stool sam.les followed by reverse transcription polym.rase chain reaction and nucleotide sequencing of a fragm.nt of the viral protein 1 capsid gene. m.ltiple sequence alignm.nts were carried out and phylogenetic trees were constructed using the m.GA 6 *** Overall, 11.2% of stool sam.les collected from.children aged m.les being positive for GⅠ(0.7%). The m.jority of hospitalized children showed sym.tom. of diarrhea, dehydration, vom.ting and fever. Upon sequencing of positive sam.les and based on their clustering in the phylogenetic tree, 4/5 of GⅠ gastroenteritis cases were designated GⅠ.3 and one case as GⅠ.4. GⅡ.4 was predom.nantly detected in stool of our study participants(68%). We report a JB-15/kor/2008 GⅡ.4 Apeldoorn 2008-like variant strain circulating in 2011; this strain was replaced between 2012 and 2013 by a variant sharing hom.logy with the Sydney/NSW0514/2012/AUS GⅡ.4 Sydney 2012 and Sydney 2012/FRA GⅡ.4 strains. We also report the co-circulation of non-GⅡ.4 genotypes am.ng hospitalized children.
