A series of six pyrazoles was synthesized by m.chael-type addition reaction. The m.lecules 5-am.no-1-aryl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile (3a-f) were synthesized from.(ethoxym.thylene)m.lo-nonitrile (1) and fluorinated and non-fluorinated aryl hydrazines (2a-f) using ethanol and fluorinated ethanol as solvents at reflux. An excellent regio-selectivity was found when pyrazole derivatives were form.d as an exclusive product. No other regioisom.r or uncyclised hydrazide was observed. Their structures were confirm.d by spectroscopy data (1H, 13C, 19F, COSY (correlation spectroscopy), HSQC (heteronuclear single-quantum.correlation spectroscopy) and Hm.C (heteronuclear m.ltiple-bond correlation spectroscopy);m. (m.ss-spectrom.try). The yields ranged from.good to excellent (47% - 93%) under m.ld reaction conditions. It would indicate a high selectivity in the one-step work procedure. These products (3a-f) and derivatives have a potential academ.c and industrial use as key interm.diates, in special, for application in crop protection.

季铵基团改性硅油,又称季铵硅油,近年来被作为柔软剂应用在纺织行业中。最近,迈图高新材料公司开发和推出了一款全新的持久型亲水季铵硅油——m.gnasoft SilQ。就m.gnasoft SilQ在棉织物吸附过程的动力学做了深入研究。先将m.gnasoft SilQ用荧光标记,再用UV/VIS(紫外可见光谱)和ATR-IR(傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱)等表征手段,对在不同温度和不同浓度下m.gnasoft SilQ在棉织物上的吸附动力学进行了研究,并在此基础上建立了吸附模型。此外,借助荧光显微镜、EDX(X光能谱)、拉曼电镜等仪器,对m.gnasoft SilQ在棉织物表面以及横截面的分布做了分析。最后,对m.gnasoft SilQ被阴离子洗涤剂洗涤时的解吸附过程的动力学做了研究。

Adult neurogenesis persists after birth in the subventricular zone, with new neurons m.grating to the granule cell layer and glom.rular layers of the olfactory bulb, where they integrate into existing circuitry as inhibitory interneurons. The generation of these new neurons in the olfactory bulb supports both structural and functional plasticity, aiding in circuit rem.deling triggered by m.m.ry and learning processes. However, the presence of these neurons, coupled with the cellular diversity within the olfactory bulb, presents an ongoing challenge in understanding its network organization and function. m.reover,the continuous integration of new neurons in the olfactory bulb plays a pivotal role in regulating olfactory inform.tion processing. This adaptive process responds to changes in epithelial com.osition and contributes to the form.tion of olfactory m.m.ries by m.dulating cellular connectivity within the olfactory bulb and interacting intricately with higher-order brain regions. The role of adult neurogenesis in olfactory bulb functions rem.ins a topic of debate. Nevertheless, the functionality of the olfactory bulb is intricately linked to the organization of granule cells around m.tral and tufted cells. This organizational pattern significantly im.acts output, network behavior, and synaptic plasticity, which are crucial for olfactory perception and m.m.ry. Additionally, this organization is further shaped by axon term.nals originating from.cortical and subcortical regions. Despite the crucial role of olfactory bulb in brain functions and behaviors related to olfaction, these com.lex and highly interconnected processes have not been com.rehensively studied as a whole. Therefore, this m.nuscript aim. to discuss our current understanding and explore how neural plasticity and olfactory neurogenesis contribute to enhancing the adaptability of the olfactory system. 背景急性肺损伤及急性呼吸窘迫综合征引起的急性低氧性呼吸衰竭是导致各个年龄段高死亡率及发病率的危重病。一氧化氮（nitric oxide，NO）吸入能否改善氧合作用仍有争议。本文就各随机临床试验（random.zed clinical trials, RCTs）的荟萃及序贯分析作此综述。文献来自对CENTRAL、m.dline、Em.ase以及联网CENTRAL, m.dline, Em.ase 以及联网Science, LILACS, the Chinese Biom.dical Literature数据库（更新至2010年1月31日）。同时查阅了参考文献，联系了作者及专家并跟踪了最新研究。两位研究员独立比较了各项RCTs实验中NO吸入治疗与对照组间的实验方法、干预方式、结果、偏倚因素以及相反意见。入选各双盲类型及语种的研究。回顾性研究参考循证医学。在讨论部分解决不一致的结果。初级转归指标为整体死亡率。有亚组及敏感度分析评估NO吸入治疗对于儿童及成人的临床及生理学转归09作用。使用实验方法学评估偏倚因素。使用试验性序列分析评估随机误差。结果研究包括了14项RCTs，共计1303例患者。其中10项偏倚风险较高。iNO在整体死亡率的改善中无显著性统计差异（40.2％vs 38．6％）[相对危险度（relativerisks，RR）1．06，95％可信区间（confidence interval，CI）为0．93-1．22，I^2=0]，一些亚组及灵敏度分析则显示较强劲的结果。有限的数据显示iNO在改善通气时间、有助脱机、减少ICU及住院时间方面并无优势。我们发现iNO在改善第一个24小时的氧合、减少吸入氧浓度方面有统计学差异[平均差（m.an difference，m.）15．91，95％CI为8．25-23．56，I^2=25％]。然而，iNO是增加成人肾损伤的危险因素（RR1．59，95％CI1．17-2．16；I^2=0），但不增加出血风险及形成高铁血红蛋白症和二氧化氮的风险。结论不推荐使用iNO治疗急性缺氧性呼吸衰竭。iNO能暂时改善氧合但不能降低死亡率并有可能对人体有害。

Background:Gastric cancer(GC)rem.ins a global health burden and is often characterized by heterogeneous m.lecular profiles and resistance to conventional *** phosphoinositide 3-kinase and PI3K and Janus kinase(JAK)signal transducer and activator of transcription(JAK-STAT)pathways play pivotal roles in GC progression,m.king them.attractive targets for therapeutic ***:This study applied a com.utational and m.lecular dynam.cs sim.lation approach to identify and characterize SBL-JP-0004 as a potential dual inhibitor of JAK2 and PI3KCD *** and SNU-5 GC cells were used for in vitro ***:SBL-JP-0004 exhibited a robust binding affinity for JAK2 and PI3KCD kinases,as evidenced by m.lecular docking scores and m.lecular dynam.cs *** interactions and Gibbs binding free energy estim.tes confirm.d stable and favorable interactions with target ***-JP-0004 displayed an half-m.xim.l inhibitory concentration(IC_(50))value of 118.9 nm.against JAK2 kinase and 200.9 nm.against PI3KCD ***-JP-0004 exhibited potent inhibition of cell proliferation in KATOIII and SNU-5 cells,with half-m.xim.l growth inhibitory concentration(GI50)values of 250.8 and 516.3 nm.respectively.A significant elevation in the early phase apoptosis(28.53%in KATOIII cells and 26.85%in SNU-5 cells)and late phase apoptosis(17.37%in KATOIII cells and 10.05%in SNU-5 cells)were observed with SBL-JP-0004 treatm.nt com.ared to 2.1%and 2.83%in their respective ***:The results highlight SBL-JP-0004 as a prom.sing dual inhibitor targeting JAK2 and PI3KCD kinases for treating GC and warrant further preclinical and clinical investigations to validate its utility in clinical settings.

The KLOE experim.nt at the φ-factory DAФPNE has m.asured the pion form.factor in the range between 0.1 〈 m.π^2 〈 0.85 GeV^2 using events taken at √s = 1 GeV with a photon em.tted at large polar angles in the initial state. This m.asurem.nt extends the m.π^2 region covered by KLOE ISR m.asurem.nts of the pion form.factor down to the two pion production threshold. The value obtained in this m.asurem.nt of the dipion contribution to the m.on anom.lous m.gnetic m.m.nt of △αμ^ππ= （478.5±2-0stat±4.8syst±2.9theo）·10^-10 further confirm. the discrepancy between the Standard m.del evaluation for αμ and the experim.ntal value m.asured by the （g-2） collaboration at BNL.

This study exam.nes the nonlinear behaviors of a clam.ed-clam.ed porous pipe m.de of a functionally graded m.terial(FGm. that conveys fluids and is equipped with a retaining clip, focusing on prim.ry resonance and subcritical dynam.cs. The nonlinear governing equations for the FGm.pipe are derived by the extended Ham.lton's principle, and subsequently discretized through the application of the Galerkin *** direct m.thod of m.lti-scales is then used to solve the derived equations. A thorough analysis of various param.ters, including the clip stiffness, the power-law index, the porosity, and the clip location, is conducted to gain a com.rehensive understanding of the system.s nonlinear dynam.cs. Through the analysis of the first natural frequency, the study highlights the influence of the flow velocity and the clip stiffness, while the com.arisons with m.tallic pipes em.hasize the role of FGm.com.osition. The exam.nation of the forced response curves reveals saddle-node bifurcations and their dependence on param.ters such as the detuning param.ter and the power-law index, offering valuable insights into the system.s nonlinear resonant behavior. Furtherm.re, the frequency-response curves illustrate the hardening nonlinearities influenced by factors such as the porosity and the clip stiffness, revealing nuanced effects on the system.response and resonance characteristics. This com.rehensive analysis enhances the understanding of nonlinear behaviors in FGm.porous pipes with a retaining clip, providing key insights for practical engineering applications in system.design and optim.zation.
