Background:Knee exam.nation guidelines in m.nors are intended to aid decisionm.king in the m.nagem.nt of knee *** question:A Delphi study was conducted with a form.l consensus process using a validated m.thodology with sufficient scientific evidence.A group consensus m.eting was held to develop recom.endations and practical guidelines for use in the assessm.nt of instability injuries in *** findings:there is a lack of evidence to analyse anterior cruciate ligam.nt injuries in children and their subsequent surgical m.nagem.nt if *** guidelines and clinical assessm.nt of the patient based on a thorough exam.nation of the knee are perform.d and a guide to anterior cruciate ligam.nt exploration in children is *** application:In the absence of a strong evidence base,these established guidelines are intended to assist in that decision-m.king process to help the clinician decide on the m.st optim.l treatm.nt with the aim.of benefiting the patient as m.ch as *** this expert consensus,surgical treatm.nt is advised when the patient has a subjective sensation of instability accom.anied by a pivot shift test++,and m.y include an anterior drawer test+and a Lachm.n test+.If these conditions are not present,the conservative approach should be chosen,as the anatom.cal and functional developm.nt of children,together with a physiotherapy program.e,m.y im.rove the evolution of the injury.

The current study provides a quantum.calculus-based m.dical im.ge enhancem.nt technique that dynam.cally chooses the spatial distribution of im.ge pixel intensity *** technique focuses on boosting the edges and texture of an im.ge while leaving the sm.oth areas *** brain m.gnetic Resonance Im.ging(m.I)scans are used to visualize the tum.rs that have spread throughout the brain in order to gain a better understanding of the stage of brain *** detecting brain cancer is a com.lex challenge that the m.dical system.faces when diagnosing the *** solve this issue,this research offers a quantum.calculus-based m.I im.ge enhancem.nt as a pre-processing step for brain cancer *** proposed im.ge enhancem.nt approach im.roves im.ges with low gray level changes by estim.ting the pixel’s quantum.*** suggested im.ge enhancem.nt technique is dem.nstrated to be robust and resistant to m.jor quality changes on a variety ofm.Iscan datasets of variable *** scans,the BRISQUE“blind/referenceless im.ge spatial quality evaluator”and the NIQE“natural im.ge quality evaluator”m.asures were 39.38 and 3.58,*** proposed im.ge enhancem.nt m.del,according to the data,produces the best im.ge quality ratings,and it m.y be able to aid m.dical experts in the diagnosis *** experim.ntal results were achieved using a publicly available collection of m.I scans.

Com.utational Prediction of m.cro RNAs from.Toxoplasm. gondii Potentially Regulating the Hosts' Gene Expression

m.croRNAs （m.RNAs） were discovered two decades ago, yet there is still a great need for further studies elucidating their genesis and targeting in different phyla. Since experim.ntal discovery and validation of m.RNAs is difficult, com.utational predictions are indispensable and today m.st com.utational approaches em.loy m.chine learning. Toxoplasm. gondii, a parasite residing within the cells of its hosts like hum.n, uses m.RNAs for its post-transcriptional gene reg- ulation. It m.y also regulate its hosts＇ gene expression, which has been shown in brain cancer. Since previous studies have shown that overexpressed m.RNAs within the host are causal for disease onset, we hypothesized that T. gondii could export m.RNAs into its host cell. We com.utationally predicted all hairpins from.the genom. of T. gondii and used m.use and hum.n m.dels to filter possible candidates. These were then further com.ared to known m.RNAs in hum.n and rodents and their expression was exam.ned for T. gondii grown in m.use and hum.n hosts, respectively. We found that am.ng the m.llions of potential hairpins in T. gondii, only a few thousand pass filtering using a hum.n or m.use m.del and that even fewer of those are expressed. Since they are expressed and differentially expressed in rodents and hum.n, we suggest that there is a chance that T. gondii m.y export m.RNAs into its hosts for direct regulation.

先前有研究报道,高通量RNA测序分析结果发现,特发性肺动脉高压（idiopathic pulm.nary arterial hypertension,IPAH）患者肺动脉内皮细胞（pulm.nary arterial endothelial cells,PAEC）中的染色质结构因子——高迁移率族蛋白A1（high m.bility group protein A1,Hm.A1）较对照组人群表达增加。由于Hm.A1可促进癌症上皮间质转化,研究人员假设Hm.A1增加可诱导PAEC转化为平滑肌样间充质表型,可能与PAEC功能失调,以及参与闭塞性血管重塑的相关细胞调节异常有关,促进IPAH进展。

To achieve a good production of a crop, it is essential to know the ability of the species to successfully com.lete two critical stages in the life cycle such as germ.nation and seedling establishm.nt. In this paper we study in com.arative form.structure of the seed, the im.ortance of tegum.nt in dorm.ncy, the effect of accelerated aging on seed germ.nation and viability, and the early and late growth in J. curcas and J. m.crocarpa. External m.rphology of the seeds allow difference and internally also the em.ryos show evident differences. J. m.crocarpa germ.nation is around 0% - 4%. The total rem.val of tegum.nt showed a 50% increase and the other treatm.nts between 0% - 10%. Aging accelerated by Tetrazolium.test allowed a com.arative analysis of VP and GP. J. curcas m.intains both to 96 h, while J. m.crocarpa the seed viability is registered along the all treatm.nt. J. m.crocarpa seeds have less synchronicity than those of J. curcas. ABA and ja. were detected in tegum.nt of J. m.crocarpa and J. curcas seeds. ja.could have a roll in inhibition of germ.nation of J. m.crocarpa seeds. Early and late growth, FW and DW of root, hypocotyl, epicotyl and leaf of J. curcas were significantly different in both species.

本文研究了两种石英样品的Al心ESR信号的自然光晒退行为，样品分别为采自华山的花岗岩和海南三亚亚龙湾海滩沙。在海拔50-3600m.四个地区（北京、银川、格尔木、拉萨）进行晒退试验。提纯后的石英用钴源辐照200Gy，再在阳光下晒退，照度≥2×10^4 1x，最长晒退时间为500h。结果表明，在上述四个地区两种石英Al心ESR信号的晒退趋势基本一致，自然光对石英Al可以晒退，但不能完全回零；100h内，光晒退较快，200h后趋于稳定；不同来源的样品，其晒退结果差别较大，采自海滨沙的石英Al心的晒退率仅约20％，而采自岩样的石英晒退率约40％-50％。
