While academ.cs and university adm.nistrators often criticize ranking.,leag.e tables have becom. im.ortant tools for student decision-m.king.especially in the Chinese sector.Yet,research has not fully explored how students in China have eng.g.d with both g.obal and local ranking.,as m.st studies have focused on one setting.or the other.Likewise,researchers have not tested students’knowledg. of ranking.,despite the intense focus on these actors by universities.Using.a survey of over 900 students from.Chinese universities,the author explored how knowledg. of ranking. varies in different student populations.Throug. m.ltivariate analysis,it is found that students from.elite institutions and those with educated parents were m.re attuned to university ranking. in g.neral.However,when testing.students’knowledg. of ranking.,elite university students perform.d better in knowing.their dom.stic ranking.but worse when g.essing.their g.obal ranking.while associations to parental education disappeared.This study,the first of its kind in term. of testing.student knowledg.,illustrates that the im.act from.university ranking. are m.tig.ted by local and individual characteristics.

Along.with laser-indirect(X-ray)-drive and m.g.etic-drive targ.t concepts,laser direct drive is a viable approach to achieving.ig.ition and g.in with inertial confinem.nt fusion.In the United States,a national prog.am.has been established to dem.nstrate and understand the physics of laser direct drive.The prog.am.utilizes the Om.g. Laser Facility to conduct im.losion and coupling.physics at the nom.nally 30-kJ scale and lasereplasm. interaction and coupling.physics at the m. scale at the National Ig.ition Facility.This article will discuss the m.tivation and challeng.s for laser direct drive and the broad-based prog.am.presently underway in the United States.

Org.nisation, Pm. 1, m.nai NSW 2234, AustraliaA new calculation m.thod has been devised to estim.te the m.ss of and drag.deposit in the m.use B16F10 m.lanom. lung.m.tastases and applied to biodistribu-tion studies with 5 different kinds of radiolabelled com.ounds. The m.thod was capable to dissociate drug.contents in the tum.ur from.the am.unt of tum.ur m.ss. Sig.ificantly hig. radioactivity accum.lation in the tum.ur was observed with three tum.ur-specific radiotracers, 123I-N-（2-diethylam.noethyl） - 2 - iodobenzam.de （BZA2）, 67g. （g.llium.citrate） and 18F- fluorodeoxyg.ucose （FDg. （all Ps ＜ 0.05, vs control lung.）, whilst no sig.ificant difference was seen between the tum.ur and controls when a tum.ur non - specific tracer, 64Cu （cupric chloride）, was tested （all Ps ＞ 0.05）. 目的探讨澳大利亚新西兰食品标准的营养素度量体系的潜在性,通过与其他既定的标准比较以支持限制面向儿童的"非健康食品"广告。方法将两周内悉尼三个电视频道中每日早6点至晚9点的食品广告分为通过和未通过营养素度量标准。关于能量、饱和脂肪、钠、糖、蛋白质、膳食纤维和水果,蔬菜,坚果和豆制品含量的营养素信息来源于食品标签、公司网站和制造商。分析结果与基于鉴定核心和非核心食品组标准和面向儿童自发食品行业规范的营销标准进行比较。结果与标准的基础确定和设置在自愿行业行为守则为向儿童推销公司的标准进行比较。结果在116个唯一的食品广告中,61%的未通过营养素度量标准的广告被确认为非健康食品。而在通过营养素度量标准的广告中,64%被认为是促进了核心食物,然而未通过营养素度量标准广告中的93%被认为促进了非核心的食物。在食品杂货的生产商公司行动计划范围内的63%符合营养素度量标准的广告通过了营养素度量法。只有一个快餐广告通过了快餐公司标准和营养素度量法。结论澳大利亚新西兰食品标准的营养素度量体系为产品的全面健康提供了一个独立的评估,并且在规范澳大利亚面向儿童的食品营销形成营养标准具有潜在可行性。目前的自主自我监管准则对于覆盖所有食品广告是宽松和失败的。

AIm. To show a new paradig.0}of sim.ltaneously testing.whether breast cancer therapies im.act other causes of death. m.THODS: m..14 allocated 667 postm.nopausal wom.n to 5 years of tam.xifen 20 m./daily ± 2 years of octreotide 90 m., g.ven by depot intram.scular injections m.nthly. Event-free survival was the prim.ry endpoint of m..14; at m.dian 7.9 years, the tam.xifen+octreotide and tam.xifen arm. had sim.lar event-free survival(P = 0.62). Overall survival was a secondary endpoint, and the two trial arm. also had sim.lar overall survival(P = 0.86). We used the m.dian 9.8 years follow-up to exam.ne by intention-to-treat, the m.ltivariate tim.-to-breast cancer-specific(Br Ca) and other cause(OC) m.rtality with log.norm.l survival analysis adjusted by treatm.nt and stratification factors. We tested whether baseline factors including.Insulin-like g.owth factor 1(Ig.1), Ig. binding.protein-3, C-peptide, body m.ss index, and 25-OH vitam.n D were associated with(1) all cause m.rtality, and if so; and(2) cause-specific m.rtality. We also fit step-wise forward cause-specific adjusted m.dels.RESULTS: The analyses were perform.d on 329 patients allocated tam.xifen and 329 allocated tam.xifen+octreotide. The m.dian ag. of m..14 patients was 60.1 years: 447(82%) m.lig.ancies, 31 other causes of death; 9(5.3%) patients with unknown cause of death were excluded from.com.eting.risk assessm.nts. BrC a and OC deaths were not sig.ificantly different by treatm.nt arm.P = 0.40): tam.xifen patients experienced 50 BrC a and 32 OC deaths, while tam.xifen + octreotide patients experienced 56 Br Ca and 23 OC deaths. Proportionately m.re deaths(P = 0.004) were from.BrC a for patientsm.ared to 54% for those ≥ 70 years of ag.. AIm.To evaluate whether intra-procedural conebeam.com.uted tom.g.aphy(CBCT)perform.d during.m.dified balloon-occluded retrog.ade transvenous obliteration(m. RTO)can accurately determ.ne technical success of com.lete variceal obliteration.m.THODS:From.June 2012 to Decem.er 2014,15 patients who received CBCT during.m.BRTO for treatm.nt of portal hypertensive g.stric variceal bleeding.were retrospectively evaluated.Three-dim.nsional(3D)CBCT im.g.s were perform.d and evaluated prior to the end of the procedure,and these were further analyzed and com.ared to the pre-procedure contrast-enhanced com.uted tom.g.aphy to determ.ne the technical success of m.BRTO including.Com.lete occlusion/obliteration of:(1)g.strorenal shunt(g.S);(2)g.stric varices;and(3)afferent feeding.veins.Post-m. RTO contrast-enhanced CT was used to confirm.the accuracy and diag.ostic value of CBCT within 2-3 d.RESULTS:Intra-procedural 3D-CBCT im.g.s were 100% accurate in determ.ning.the technical success of m.BRTO in all 15 cases.CBCT dem.nstrated com.lete occlusion/obliteration of g.S,g.stric varices,collaterals and afferent feeding.veins during.m.BRTO,which was confirm.d with post-m.BRTO CT.Two patients showed incom.lete obliteration of g.stric varices and feeding.veins on CBCT,which therefore required additional g.lfoam.injections to com.lete the procedure.No patient required additional procedures or other interventions during.their follow-up period(684 ± 279 d).CONCLUSION:CBCT during.m. RTO appears to accurately and im.ediately determ.ne the technical success of m. RTO.This m.y im.rove the technical and clinical success/outcom. of m.BRTO and reduce additional procedure tim. in the future.
