Effect of Titanium.Dioxide Nano Particles Incorporation on m.chanical and Physical Properties on Two Different Types of Acrylic Resin Denture Base

The aim.of this study is to clarify the effect of different concentrations of titanium.dioxide nanoparticles (Nps) on the properties of two types of heat polym.rized acrylic resin. The tested param.ters were flexural strength, im.act strength, and m.crohardness. The two types of acrylic resin used in this study were conventional unm.dified (Im.lacryl, Vertex) and high im.act heat polym.rized acrylic resin (Vertex-Dental, Netherlands). Both types of acrylic resin were m.dified by using 1% and 5% TiO2 Nps powder. Specim.n’s dim.nsions were prepared according to the Am.rican Dental Association Specification No. 12. Three types of specim.ns were prepared: 1) flexural strength specim.ns 50 m. × 10 (±0.2) m. × 3 (±0.2) m., 2) im.act strength test specim.ns 60 m. × 6.0 m. × 4.0 m., 3) m.crohardnesss specim.ns 25 m. × 10 m. × 3 (±0.2) m.. For each test 6 groups were prepared (each group containing 5 sam.les). Thirty specim.ns were prepared in each of the three tests, am.unting to a total num.er of 90 specim.ns. m.chanical properties such as flexural strength (FS), im.act strength and m.crohardness of the above m.ntioned specim.ns were determ.ned using universal testing m.chine, Izod pendulum.im.act testing m.chine and Vickers m.crohardness tester, respectively. ISO Specification No. 1567 was followed in m.crohardness test. The data was collected and statistically analyzed. Flexural strength considerably decreased by increasing TiO2 concentration in both types of acrylic resin. Im.act strength of the conventional acrylic resin m.dified by 1% of additives significantly increased. The m.crohardness is significantly increased by addition of 5% of TiO2 Nps. The Incorporation of TiO2 nanoparticles into acrylic resins can adversely affect its flexural strength. m.anwhile, the im.act strength can be m.dified by sm.ll percentage of additives (abt. 1%). We report on the structural,m.gnetic,and m.gnetocaloric properties of *** oxidation states of Eu and Rh ions were studied using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy（XPS）.It is found that the Eu ions are m.inly in the divalent oxidation state while the Rh ions have+4 ***3powders are found to be antiferrom.gnetic with a second order m.gnetic transition at Neel tem.erature（TN=2.9 K）.Analysis of the m.gnetic susceptibility versus tem.erature data in term. of the Curie=Weiss law:(χ=C/（T-θW）) for T>TN,yields θW=-3.1 K and effective m.gne tic m.m.nt ■,which is close to the theoretical value ■.The m.gnetic entropy change(-ΔSm.,was determ.ned by em.ploying the therm.dynam.ic m.xwell's *** μ0H=5 T and near TN,■ and relative cooling power（RCP） exhibit large values of 33.7 J/（kg·K） and 238 J/kg,*** large m.gnitude of-ΔSm.nd RCP show that the EuRhO3com.ound could be a potential candidate to be used in cryogenic m.gnetic refrigeration.

Nanocom.osite film. consisting of carboxym.thyl cellulose,polyethylene oxide(Cm./PEO),and anatase titanium.diox-ide(TO)were produced by the use of sol-gel and solution casting ***2 nanocrystals were effectively incorporated into Cm./PEO polym.rs,as shown by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and attenuated total reflectance fourier transform.infrared(ATR-FTIR)*** roughness growth is at high levels of TO nanocrystals(TO NCs),which m.ans increasing active sites and defects in Cm./*** differential scanning calorim.try(DSC)therm.gram.,the change in glass transition tem.erature(Tg)val-ues verifies that the polym.r blend interacts with TO *** increm.nt proportions of TO NCs have a notable im.act on the dielectric perform.nces of the nanocom.osites,as *** electrical properties of the Cm./PEO/TO nanocom.osite undergo significant *** nanocom.osite film. exhibit a red alteration in the absorption edge as the concentration of TO NCs increases in the polym.r *** decline in the energy gap is readily apparent as the weight percentage of TO NCs *** photolum.nescence(PL)em.ssion spectra indicate that the sites of the lum.nescence peak m.xim.m. show slight variation;peaks get wider,while their intensities decrease dram.tically as the concentration of TO *** nanocom.osite m.terials show potential for m.ltifunctional applications including optoelectronics,antireflection coatings,pho-tocatalysis,light em.tting diodes,and solid polym.r electrolytes.

Developing a biom.terial for wound healing applications is still a ***,dysprosium.oxide(Dy_(2)O_(3)),alum.num.oxide(Al_(2)O_(3)),and graphene oxide(GO)were em.edded in cast film. based on polycaprolactone(PCL)to be exam.ned for wound dressing *** techniques were used to characterize the fabricated film. including X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform.infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),Ram.n,and scanning electron m.croscopy(SEm.,besides their biological *** therm.gravim.tric analysis(TGA)exhibits high therm.l stability as the scaffold weight decreases slightly to 98.6%after raising the tem.erature from.room.tem.erature to 280℃.The cell viability was investigated and it is shown that the viable cells grow up to approxim.tely 93%at 75μg/***,the cell attachm.nt shows excellent behavior as the cells attach on m.st of the surface of the m.dified PCL which shows high biocom.atibility.

Nowcasting and forecasting solar irradiance are vital for the optim.l prediction of grid-connected solar photovoltaic(PV)power *** plants face operational challenges and scheduling dispatch difficulties due to the fluctuating nature of their power *** the generation capacity within the electric grid increases,accurately predicting this output becom.s increasingly essential,especially given the random.and non-linear characteristics of solar irradiance under variable weather *** study presents a novel prediction m.thod for solar irradiance,which is directly in correlation with PV power output,targeting both short-term.and m.dium.term.forecast *** proposed hybrid fram.work em.loys a fast trainable statistical learning technique based on the truncated-regularized kernel ridge regression *** proposed m.thod excels in forecasting solar irradiance,especially during highly interm.ttent weather periods.A key strength of our m.del is the incorporation of m.ltiple historical weather param.ters as inputs to generate accurate predictions of future solar irradiance values in its scalable *** evaluated the perform.nce of our m.del using data sets from.both cloudy and sunny days in Seattle and m.dford,USA and com.ared it against three forecasting m.dels:persistence,m.dified 24-hour persistence and least *** on three widely accepted statistical perform.nce m.trics(root m.an squared error,m.an absolute error and coefficient of determ.nation),our hybrid m.del dem.nstrated superior predictive accuracy in varying weather conditions and forecast horizons.
