In ane.pe.im.nt at the.PHe.IX lase. syste.0} high-curre.t dire.te. be.m. of DLA e.e.trons with a m.an e.e.gy te. tim.s highe. than the.ponde.om.tive.pote.tial and m.xim.m.e.e.gy up to 100 m.V we.e.m.asure. at 10^(19) W/cm.(2)lase. inte.sity. The.spe.trum.of dire.te. x-raysin the.range.of 5–60 ke. was e.aluate. using two se.s of Ross filte.s place. at 0°and 10°to the.lase. pulse.propagation axis. The.diffe.e.tial x-ray absorption m.thod allowe. for absolute.m.asure.0}nts of the.angular-de.e.de.t photon flue.ce. This study de.e.ops a pre.ictive.m.de. for cassava yie.d (m.nihot e.cule.ta Crantz) am.dst clim.te.variability in rainfe. zone.of e.ugu State. Nige.ia. This study utilize. data of clim.te.variable. and tonnage.of cassava yie.d spanning from.1971 to 2012;as we.l as inform.tion from.a que.tionnaire.and focus group discussion from.farm.rs across two se.sons in 2023 re.pe.tive.y. Re.re.sion analysis was e.0}loye. to de.e.op the.pre.ictive.m.de. e.uation for se.sonal clim.te.variability and cassava yie.d. The.rainfall and te.0}e.ature.anom.lie., de.adal change.in tre.d of cassava yie.d and opinion of farm.rs on change. in rainfall se.son we.e.also com.ute. in the.study. The.re.ult shows the.following re.ationship be.we.n cassava and all the.clim.tic variable.: R2 = 0.939;P = 0.00514;Cassava and ke. clim.tic variable.: R2 = 0.560;P = 0.007. The.re.ult im.lie. that se.sonal rainfall, te.0}e.ature. re.ative.hum.dity, sunshine.hours and radiation param.te.s are.ke. clim.tic variable. in cassava production. This is supporte. by com.ute. rainfall and te.0}e.ature.anom.lie. which range.from.−478.5 to 517.8 m. as we.l as −1.2˚C to 2.3˚C ove. the.ye.rs. Obje.tive. Pe.iatric jaundice.is cause. by various conditions. Although som. data is available.on this issue. data from.m.li is insufficie.t. The.pre.e.t re.rospe.tive.obse.vational study was an atte.0}t to de.e.m.ne.the.e.iology of pe.iatric jaundice.in the.pe.iatric de.artm.nt of Gabrie. Touré te.ching hospital in Bam.ko, m.li. m.thods: We.re.ie.e. all pe.iatric patie.ts with jaundice.who we.e.hospitalize. and tre.te. in this de.artm.nt during January 1 to December 31, 2016 (n = 168). Result: Pediatric jaundice patients accounted for 1.88% of the hospitalized patients, with median age of 6 years and male/female ratio being 1.6. Infectious, cholestatic, and hemolytic jaundice accounted for 75%, 11% and 10%, respectively. Malaria and sickle cell disease accounted for 67% and 9%, respectively. Hepatomegaly and splenomegaly were observed in 49 (29%) and 23 (13.7%) patients, respectively. Of 168, 9 patients died. Conclusion: Infectious jaundice, especially jaundice due to malaria, was the most frequent. However, variety of etiologies was observed, of which the practitioners should be awaree."font-fam.ly:Ve.dana;">. Total hom.cyste.ne.re.0}ins a pre.e.re. targe. due.to its involve.0}nt in the.occurre.ce.of de.e.e.ative.com.lications in type.2 diabe.ics. The.aim.of this work was to study hype.hom.cyste.ne.0}a and othe. bioche.0}cal m.rke.s associate. with T2D in the.Congole.e.population. This was an analytical case.control study carrie. out be.we.n Octobe. 2022 and Octobe. 2023. The.study population consiste. of 150 subje.ts including 100 T2D patie.ts and 50 control subje.ts. The.m.in clinical data we.e.colle.te. on a pre.e.tablishe. form. Hom.cyste.ne.de.e.m.nation was carrie. out by the.sandwich e.ISA m.thod. The.othe. bioche.0}cal m.rke.s we.e.m.asure. by colorim.tric e.zym.tic m.thods. Hype.hom.cyste.ne.0}a was pre.e.t in 27.3% (41/150) of the.e.tire.study population. Type.2 diabe.ics had a fre.ue.cy of hype.hom.cyste.ne.0}a of 36% (36/100) and control 10% (5/50) (p = 0.001). The.m.an hype.hom.cyste.ne.0}a conce.tration was 31.9 μm.l/l with e.tre.0}s ranging from.18 to 103 μm.l/l. m.ans of biological m.rke.s be.we.n diabe.ics and controls showe. a statistically significant diffe.e.ce.(p = 0.01). The.risk factors associate. with this HHcy we.e. se. (OR = 3.5), age.(OR = 9.4), se.e.tary life.tyle.(OR = 3.4) and glycosylate. he.0}globin (OR = 12) with a p-value.e.pe.tive.y. Our re.ults sugge.t that hype.hom.cyste.ne.0}a can be.conside.e. as a pre.ictive.biom.rke. in the.bioclinic of Congole.e.type.2 diabe.ic patie.ts.
