Introduction: Work e.vironm.nts cre.te.the.basis for arduous nursing work. This is what le. us to re.e.rch the.factors of arduousne.s in the.e.e.cise.of the.he.lth profe.sion in North Be.in, through this study. m.thods: This is a cross-se.tional and de.criptive.study which focuse. on he.lth profe.sionals in the.he.lth zone. of Parakou-N’dali and Tchaourou. The.sam.ling was an e.haustive.ce.sus. All he.lth worke.s who had give. the.r fre. and inform.d conse.t we.e.include.. The.data was colle.te. using a que.tionnaire. The.variable. studie. we.e.the.factors of arduous work and socio-profe.sional characte.istics. The.data colle.te. was proce.se. and analyze. with the.e.i info 7.***.0.1 software. Re.ults: A total of 692 we.e.surve.e., the.participation rate.was 85.11% and the.se. ratio (m.F) e.ual to 0.7. The.ave.age.age.was 38 ye.rs old. Nurse. m.de.up 32.66% of the.sam.le. The. we.e.86.42% subje.t to night work and 82.66% to alte.nating work. Ove.all, 70.23% worke. m.re.than 40 hours pe. we.k. Be.we.n 78.12% and 96.46% of non-spe.ialist doctors, nurse., m.dwive. and biom.dical analysis te.hnicians we.e.re.uire. to work night shifts. Nurse., m.dwive., radiology and laboratory te.hnicians we.e.be.we.n 89.53% and 97.35%, organize. in alte.nating work. In the.sam.le. 55.20% com.laine. about the.insufficie.t num.e. of work m.te.ials, 26.29% handle. harm.ul che.0}cal substance.. Am.ng those.surve.e., 58.14% had be.n attacke.. Plants play an e.se.tial role.in m.tte. and e.e.gy transform.tions and are.ke. m.sse.ge.s in the.carbon and e.e.gy cycle. Ne. prim.ry productivity (NPP) re.le.ts the.capability of plants to transform.solar e.e.gy into photosynthe.is. It is ve.y se.sible.for factors affe.ting on ve.e.ation variability such as clim.te. soils, plant characte.istics and hum.n activitie.. So, it can be.use. as an indicator of actual and pote.tial tre.d of ve.e.ation. In this study we.use. the.actual NPP which was de.ive. from.m.DIS to asse.s the.re.ponse.of NPP to clim.te.variable. in Gadarif State. from.2000 to 2010. Introduction: Living and working conditions are.incre.singly conducive.to a se.e.tary life.tyle. m.ny adm.nistrative.worke.s are.e.pose. daily to long hours of work in a prolonge. sitting position, which can favour the.onse. of diabe.e.. The.aim.of the.study was to de.e.m.ne.the.pre.ale.ce.and factors associate. with diabe.e. am.ng worke.s at a town hall in Be.in in 2019. m.thods: This was a de.criptive.cross-se.tional study conducte. from.De.e.0}e. 2018 to January 2019. e.haustive.re.ruitm.nt was carrie. out. Data we.e.colle.te. during a face.to-face.inte.vie., using a standardize. que.tionnaire.including socio-profe.sional factors, be.avioral factors, anthropom.tric m.asure.0}nts, and blood glucose. Fre.ue.cie. we.e.calculate.. Fre.ue.cie. we.e.com.are. using the.chi-square.and Fishe. te.ts. The.significance.thre.hold was 5%. Re.ults: A total of 85 worke.s we.e.include.. The.r m.an age.was 41.55 ± 9.82 ye.rs, with a se. ratio of 6.1. = The.pre.ale.ce.of diabe.e. was e.tim.te. at 8.2% [95% CI: 3.38 - 16.23%] and 3 of the.worke.s kne. the. had diabe.e.. A fam.ly history of diabe.e. was associate. with diabe.e. (p = 0.032). Occupationally, 10.77% of pe.m.ne.t e.0}loye.s had diabe.e., com.are. with 0.0% of non-pe.m.ne.t e.0}loye.s;12.50% of e.0}loye.s with at le.st 10 ye.rs’ se.iority had diabe.e., com.are. with 7.25% of those.with le.s se.iority;19.05% of e.0}loye.s who spe.t at le.st 6 hours a day sitting at work had diabe.e., com.are. with 4.69% of those.who spe.t le.s tim. sitting. Conclusion: Pre.e.ting chronic dise.se.in the.workplace.is part of prom.ting worke.s’ he.lth, and m.st take.into account occupational factors such as prolonge. sitting.
