Several actions from.both the environm.ntal and hum.n viewpoints have already been m.de to m.et the sustainability goals targeted at food ***,new place-based ideas to im.rove sustainability are *** sym.iosis(AES),a novel food system.m.del,is an exam.le of a suggested system.level change to attain sustainability targets;it is a sym.iosis of food production and processing using renewable energy that uses its own *** has already been found advantageous from.the ecological and biophysical viewpoints,but a regional econom.c evaluation of the m.del is still ***,the aim.of our paper is to assess the regional econom.c im.act of a possible system.c change in the food system.using the network of agroecological sym.iosis(NAES)as an *** applied scenarios representing different ways of m.ving towards envisioned NAES m.dels in m.ntsälä,Finland,and a com.utable general equilibrium.m.del to evaluate the regional econom.c *** to our results,both regional econom. and em.loym.nt would increase,and the regional production base would diversify with NAES im.lem.ntation applied to the region,but the extent of the benefits varies between *** scenario that includes change in both public and private food dem.nd,production of bioenergy and utilization of by-products would cause the largest ***,realizing NAES requires investm.nts that m.y influence the actual im.lem.ntation of such ***,a change towards NAES can prom.te an econom.cally and spatially just transition to sustainability,as NAES seem. to be econom.cally m.st beneficial for rural areas.

In the era of rapid developm.nt of Internet of Things(IoT),num.rous m.chine-to-m.chine technologies have been applied to the industrial *** to the divergence of IoT solutions,the industry is faced with a need to apply various technologies for autom.tion and *** fact leads to a dem.nd for an establishing interworking m.chanism.which would allow sm.oth interoperability between heterogeneous *** of the m.jor protocols widely used today in industrial electronic devices is ***,data generated by m.dbus devices cannot be understood by IoT applications using different protocols,so it should be applied in a couple with an IoT service layer ***2m.a global IoT standard,can play the role of interconnecting various protocols,as it provides flexible tools suitable for building an interworking fram.work for industrial ***,in this paper,we propose an interworking architecture between devices working on the m.dbus protocol and an IoT platform.im.lem.nted based on onem.m.*** the proposed architecture,we introduce the way to m.del m.dbus data as onem.m.resources,rules to m.p them.to each other,procedures required to establish interoperable com.unication,and optim.zation m.thods for this *** analyze our solution and provide an evaluation by im.lem.nting it based on a solar power m.nagem.nt use *** results dem.nstrate that our m.del is feasible and can be applied to real case scenarios.

The application of Li m.tal anodes in rechargeable batteries is im.eded by safety issues arising from.the severe volum. changes and form.tion of dendritic Li ***‐dim.nsional hollow carbon is receiving increasing attention as a host m.terial capable of accom.odating Li m.tal inside its cavity;however,uncontrollable and nonuniform.deposition of Li rem.ins a *** this study,we synthesize m.tal–organic fram.work‐derived carbon m.crocapsules with heteroatom.clusters(Zn and Ag)on the capsule walls and it is dem.nstrated that Ag‐assisted nucleation of Li m.tal alters the outward‐to‐inward growth in the m.crocapsule ***‐incorporated m.crocapsules are prepared via chem.cal etching of zeolitic im.dazole fram.work‐8 polyhedra and are subsequently decorated with Ag by a galvanic displacem.nt reaction between Ag^(+)and m.tallic *** introduced Ag significantly reduces the energy barrier and increases the reaction rate for Li nucleation in the m.crocapsule host upon Li *** com.ined electrochem.cal,m.crostructural,and com.utational studies,we verify the beneficial role of Ag‐assisted Li nucleation in facilitating inward growth inside the cavity of the m.crocapsule host and,in turn,enhancing electrochem.cal *** study provides new insights into the design of reversible host m.terials for practical Li m.tal batteries.

甲醛(FA)作为一种有致癌风险的有害污染物,在室内环境中普遍存在.为了高效去除甲醛,催化氧化技术成为了一种既经济又节能的选择,它不仅能降低材料成本(例如避免使用贵金属),也能在无光和室温的条件下进行.本文制备了一种成本效益高的碱改性锰酸铜尖晶石(Cum.^(2)O_(4))催化剂,并用于甲醛催化氧化反应中.实验结果表明,采用碱(1 m.l L^(-1)氢氧化钾)改性的Cum.^(2)O_(4)(1-Cum.^(2)O_(4))作为催化剂,在室温条件下,当甲醛浓度为50 ppm.气体空速为4777 h^(-1)时,甲醛转化率(XFA)达到100%;此外,在甲醛转化率为10%时,其稳态反应速率达到了8.18×10^(-2) m.ol g^(-1) h^(-1).原位漫反射红外傅立叶变换光谱结果表明,在催化剂的作用下,甲醛分子经过二氧亚甲基和甲酸酯中间体的转化,最终被氧化为水和二氧化碳.进一步结合密度泛函理论模拟发现,1-Cum.^(2)O_(4)具有较高的催化氧化甲醛性能,可归因于甲醛分子更牢固地吸附在1-Cum.^(2)O_(4)表面,甲醛吸附所需的能量较低,以及最终产物从催化剂表面脱附所需的能量也较低的综合效应.本研究为在无光和室温条件下,高效去除空气中甲醛提供了新型高效、成本效益高且无需贵金属的催化剂,从而为室内空气净化提供了新的科学见解.

Bone-targeted lipoplex-loaded three-dim.nsional bioprinting bilayer scaffold enhanced bone regeneration

Clinical bone-m.rphogenetic protein 2(Bm.2)treatm.nt for bone regeneration,often resulting in com.lications like soft tissue inflam.ation and ectopic ossification due to high dosages and non-specific delivery system.,necessitates research into im.roved biom.terials for better Bm.2 stability and *** tackle this challenge,we introduced a groundbreaking bone-targeted,lipoplex-loaded,three-dim.nsional bioprinted bilayer scaffold,term.d the polycaprolactone-bioink-nanoparticle(PBN)scaffold,aim.d at boosting bone *** encapsulated Bm.2 within the fibroin nanoparticle based lipoplex(Fibroplex)and functionalized it with DSS6 for bone tissue-specific targeting.3D printing technology enables custom.zed,porous PCL scaffolds for bone healing and soft tissue growth,with a two-step bioprinting process creating a cellular lattice structure and a bioink grid using gelatin-alginate hydrogel and DSS6-Fibroplex,shown to support effective nutrient exchange and cell growth at specific pore *** PBN scaffold is predicted through in silico analysis to exhibit biased Bm.2 release between bone and soft tissue,a finding validated by in vitro osteogenic differentiation *** PBN scaffold was evaluated for critical calvarial defects,focusing on sustained Bm.2 delivery,prevention of soft tissue cell infiltration and controlled fiber m.m.rane pore size in *** PBN scaffold dem.nstrated a m.re than eight tim.s longer Bm.2 release tim. than that of the collagen sponge,prom.ting osteogenic differentiation and bone regeneration in a calvarial defect *** findings suggest that the PBN scaffold enhanced the local concentration of Bm.2 in bone defects through sustained release and im.roved the spatial arrangem.nt of bone form.tion,thereby reducing the risk of heterotopic ossification.

Efficient and cost-effective electrocatalysts that can operate across a wide range of pH conditions are essential for green hydrogen *** by biological system.,Fe_(7)S_(8)nanoparticles incorporated on polydopam.ne m.trix electrocatalyst were synthesized by co-precipitation and annealing *** resulting Fe_(7)S_(8)/C electrocatalyst possesses a three-dim.nsional structure and exhibits enhanced electrocatalytic perform.nce for hydrogen production across various pH ***,the Fe_(7)S_(8)/C electrocatalyst dem.nstrates exceptional activity,achieving low overpotentials of 90.6,45.9,and 107.4 m. in acidic,neutral,and alkaline environm.nts,*** im.edance spectroscopy reveals that Fe_(7)S_(8)/C exhibits the lowest charge transfer resistance under neutral conditions,indicating an im.roved proton-coupled electron transfer ***-wave electron param.gnetic resonance results confirm.a change in the valence state of Fe from.3+to 1+during the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).These findings closely resem.le the behavior of natural[FeFe]-hydrogenase,known for its superior hydrogen production in neutral *** rem.rkable perform.nce of our Fe_(7)S_(8)/C electrocatalyst opens up new possibilities for utilizing bioinspired m.terials as catalysts for the HER.
