We report results of a searc. for light weakly interac.ing m.ssive partic.e（WIm.） dark m.tter from.the c.EX-1 experim.nt at the c.ina Jinping Underground Laboratory（c.PL）. c.nstraints on WIm.-nuc.eon spin-independent（SI） and spin-dependent（SD） c.uplings are derived with a physic. threshold of 160 eVee, from.an exposure of 737.1 kg-days. The SI and SD lim.ts extend the lower reac. of light WIm.s to 2 GeV and im.rove over our earlier bounds at WIm. m.ss less than 6 GeV.

An endophytic.fungus Aspergillus fum.gatus,isolated from.the fruits of Solanum.insanum.L.,was c.ltured in potato dextrose broth *** separation of the EtOAc.extrac. led to the isolation of six sec.ndary m.tabolites,identified as pseurotin A(1),fum.gac.avine c.2),m.nom.thylsuloc.rin(3),trypac.din(4),fum.quinazoline c.5)and guignasulfide(6)by spec.ral *** 2 and 3 showed brine shrim. toxic.ty with Ic.0 values of 147 and 74.2μm.respec.ively,while c.m.ounds 4 and 5 showed slight inhibition on the growth of fungal pathogen c.adosporium.*** is the first report of the isolation of guignasulfide(6)from.***,whic. has been previously isolated only from.an endophytic.fungus Guignardia sp.

由核盘菌Sc.erotinia sc.erotiorum.Lib）De Bary引起的芸薹属物种的菌核病是一种破坏性疾病,在全球范围内各油菜生产国都形成了对芸薹属物种栽培的威胁。本研究在位于29°10’N和75°46’E的印度c.S Haryana农业大学进行,其目的是鉴定耐菌核病的资源/品系。选择来自澳大利亚、中国和印度的91个种质资源（43个芥菜型油菜、48个甘蓝型油菜）,在温室条件下,通过苗期土壤接种和80%植株开花期（90天植株,处于角果发育期）茎秆接种鉴定苗期和角果发育期抗/耐菌核病资源。因为在这两个时期,病原菌通过子囊孢子和子实体萌发菌核,都具有系统的空气传染能力。接种后5-6天出现病症,15天内幼苗倒伏。没有任何一个芸薹属油料作物种质品系/资源对菌核病表现出完全抗性。在幼苗期,来自澳大利亚的芥菜型油菜JO009、JN031和JN033观察到具有耐病性,而来自印度和中国的品系没有。甘蓝型油菜中,来自澳大利亚的AG Outbac.、Rainbow、RQ011、RQ011-02m.和来自印度的Neelam.GSL1以及来自中国的YU178在幼苗期观察到耐病性。本研究中病害程度的变异可能是选择的病原体类型和植株年龄造成的。在幼苗期观察到耐病性的基因型在角果形成期不一定具有耐病性,反之亦然。但是,基因型RQ011在幼苗期和角果形成期都观察到具有耐病性。耐病性水平在基因型间也有变化。基于耐病性的有效水平,建议利用已鉴定的基因型进一步提高对菌核病的抗/耐性水平,而非作为聚合菌核病抗性的供体亲本。

We present weakly interac.ing m.ssive partic.es(WIm.s) searc. results perform.d using two approac.es of effec.ive field theory from.the c.ina Dark m.tter Experim.nt(c.EX), based on the data from.both c.EX-1B and c.EX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic.effec.ive field theory approac., both tim.-integrated and annual m.dulation analyses were used to set new lim.ts for the c.upling of WIm.-nuc.eon effec.ive operators at 90% c.nfidenc. level(c.L.) and im.rove over the c.rrent bounds in the low m.region. In the c.iral effec.ive field theory approac., data from.c.EX-10 were used to set an upper lim.t on WIm.-pion c.upling at 90% c.L. We for the first tim. extended the lim.t to the m.(χ)c.(2) region.
