m.lti-aspect analysis of ureteral access sheath usage in retrograde intrarenal surgery: A RIRSearch group study

Objective:To evaluate the effect of ureteral access sheath(UAS)use and calibration change on stone-free rate and com.lications of retrograde intrarenal surgery(RIRS).m.thods:Data from.568 patients undergoing RIRS for kidney or upper ureteral stones were retrospectively included.Firstly,patients were com.ared after 1:1 propensity score m.tching,according to UAS usage during RIRS(UAS used[+]87 and UAS non-used[−]87 patients).Then all UAS+patients(n=481)were subdivided according to UAS calibration:9.5-11.5 Fr,10-12 Fr,11-13 Fr,and 13-15 Fr.Prim.ry outcom.s of the study were the success and com.lications of RIRS.Results:Stone-free rate of UAS+patients(86.2%)was significantly higher than UAS−patients(70.1%)after propensity score m.tching(p=0.01).Stone-free rate increased with higher caliber UAS(9.5-11.5 Fr:66.7%;10-12 Fr:87.0%;11-13 Fr:90.6%;13-15 Fr:100%;pm.lications of UAS+patients(11.5%)were significantly lower than UAS−patients(27.6%)(p=0.01).Com.lications(8.7%)with 9.5-11.5 Fr UAS was lower than thicker UAS(17.2%)but was not statistically significant(p=0.09).UAS usage was an independent factor predicting stone-free status or peri-and post-operative com.lications(odds ratio[OR]3.654,95%confidence interval[CI]1.314-10.162;OR 4.443,95%CI 1.350-14.552;OR 4.107,95%CI 1.366-12.344,respectively).Conclusion:Use of UAS in RIRS m.y increase stone-free rates,which also increase with higher caliber UAS.UAS usage m.y reduce com.lications;however,com.lications seem.ngly increase with higher UAS calibration.

m.gnesium.and m.gnesium.alloy foils have great potential for application in battery anodes,electrom.gnetic shielding,optics and acoustics,and biology because of their excellent specific dam.ing,internal dissipation coefficients,m.gnetic and electrical conductivities,as well as high theoretical specific capacity.However,m.gnesium.alloys exhibit poor deform.tion ability due to their hexagonal close-packed crystal structure.Preparing m.gnesium.and m.gnesium.alloy foils with thicknesses of less than 0.1 m. is difficult because of surface oxidation and grain growth at high tem.eratures or severe anisotropy after cold rolling that leads to cracks.Num.rous m.thods have been applied to prepare m.gnesium.alloy foils.They include warm.rolling,cold rolling,accum.lative roll bonding,electric plastic rolling,and on-line heating rolling.Defects of m.gnesium.and m.gnesium.alloy foils during preparation,such as edge cracks and breakage,are im.ortant factors for consideration.Herein,the current status of the research on m.gnesium.and m.gnesium.alloy foils is sum.arized from.the aspects of foil preparation,defect control,perform.nce characterization,and application prospects.The advantages and disadvantages of different preparation m.thods and defect(edge cracks and breakage)m.chanism. in the preparation of foils are identified.

The practical energy density of lithium.sulfur batteries（LSBs） is seriously lim.ted by the high electrolyte-to-sulfur ratios（E/S）.The E/S can be reduced by em.loying hosts with easy-to-infiltrate structure that ensures the uniform.distribution of a lean electrolyte and high catalytic activity that can suppress "shuttle effect" via accelerating the slow conversion of soluble poly sulfides to insoluble sulfides.Am.ng the easy-to-infiltrate structures,the three-dim.nsional-ordered m.croporous（3DOm.structure is easier to scale preparation and m.re suitable for the existing industrial processes.However,it is difficult to obtain the 3DOm.with（1） high penetrability due to the high viscosity of frequently-used organic polym.r precursors and（2） high catalytic activity due to the low confinem.nt effect,m.aning that uniform.y dispersed sm.ll-sized catalytic m.terials are difficult to load on 3DOm.Herein,using carbon dots（CDs） with both organic and inorganic properties as a precursor and aggregation lim.ting agent,a 3DOm.host with high penetrability and hom.dispersed Ni particles of sm.ll sizes（Ni-CDs-3DOm.was synthesized.In this host:（1） CDs precursor with suitable viscosity can im.rove the penetrability.（2） CDs can effectively inhibit the agglom.ration of Ni particles.（3） Uniform.y dispersed sm.ll-size Ni particles offer high-efficiency catalytic activity toward sulfur reactions.Consequently,the Ni-CDs-3DOm.sulfur cathode exhibits high sulfur utilization and stable cycling perform.nce even under high sulfur loading(5.5 m.·cm.1) and low E/S(6.5 μl·m.-1).This work indicates the usefulness of CDs in constructing hosts for LSBs with high energy density.

The present study is a system.tic effort to investigate the structure-sensitive m.gnetic param.ters of Ce^(3+) substituted ba-Sr hexaferrite nanocrystals chem.cally form.lated as ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Ce_(x)Fe_(12-x)O_(19) where x=0.0-0.2 with Δx=0.05.The hexaferrite powders were prepared using the sol-gel self-ignition route and structurally characterized by m.ans of powder X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform.infrared spectroscopy.The creation of the m.type hexaferrite phase within the synthesized sam.les was revealed from.the Rietveld refinem.nt of the X-ray diffractogram..The occurrence of a secondary phase of CeO_(2) was revealed within the hexaferrites for the substitution,x> 0.The refined X-ray diffraction data were utilized to com.ute the lattice param.ters,X-ray density,and lattice param.ter ratio.The crystal structure plotted from.the refined XRD data reveals the occupancy of the ions at different lattice sites.The XPS data of the hexaferrite were analyzed to confirm.the oxidation states of the constituent elem.nts.The nanocrystalline nature of the hexaferrites was revealed from.the crystallite sizes calculated using Scherer's form.la.The analysis of FTIR spectra confirm. that only a fraction of Ce^(3+)accom.odated in the lattice and the rem.ining Ce content reside in the form.of the CeO_(2) phase.The m.rphology of the hexaferrites was analyzed from.the FESEm.profiles of the ferrite sam.les.The m.gnetic behavior study was perform.d by analyzing the Curie tem.erature,hysteresis loops,and hyperfine interactions by m.ans of susceptibility,V.S.m.and m.ssbauer spectroscopy,respectively.The hexaferrites with increasing coercivity,decreasing saturation m.gnetization,and decreasing Curie tem.erature are reported in the study.The substituted Ce^(3+)ions inhibit the grain growth and create lattice im.erfections giving rise to hexaferrites with tuned m.gnetic param.ters suitable for different applications.

circRNA3669 prom.tes goat endom.trial epithelial cells proliferation via m.R-26a/RCN2 to activate PI3K/AKT-m.OR and m.PK pathways

The developm.nt of receptive endom.trium.RE) from.pre-receptive endom.trium.PE) for successful em.ryo im.lantation is a com.lex dynam.c process in which the m.rphology and physiological states of the endom.trial epithelium.undergo a series of significant changes, including cell proliferation and apoptosis. However, the m.lecular m.chanism. are not yet fully understood. In this study, a higher circRNA3669 level was observed in PE than in RE of goats. Functional assays revealed that this overexpression prom.ted the proliferation of goat endom.trial epithelial cells(GEECs) by activating the expression of genes related to the PI3K/AKT-m.OR and m.PK pathways,thereby inhibiting apoptosis in vitro. Furtherm.re, circRNA3669 functioned as a com.eting endogenous RNA(ceRNA) to upregulate Reticulocalbin-2(RCN2) expression at the post-transcriptional level by interacting with and downregulating m.R-26a in GEECs. In addition, RCN2, which is highly expressed in the PE of goats, was found to be regulated by β-estradiol(E2) and progesterone(P4). Our results dem.nstrated that RCN2 also affected the key proteins PI3K, AKT, m.OR, JNK, and P38 in the PI3K/AKT-m.OR and m.PK pathways, thereby facilitating GEECs proliferation and suppressing their apoptosis in vitro. Collectively, we constructed a new circRNA3669-m.R-26aRCN2 regulatory network in GEECs, which further provides strong evidence that circRNA could potentially play a crucial regulatory role in the developm.nt of RE in goats.

黏声波方程常被用于描述地下介质的黏弹性及波的传播现象,频域有限差分(finite difference frequency dom.in,FDFD)方法是黏声波和黏弹性波波场模拟的常用工具.目前FDFD黏声波模拟常用的二阶五点方法和优化九点方法在一个波长内的网格点数小于4时误差较大.通过令FDFD系数随一个波长内的网格点数自适应从而提高FDFD方法的精度,本文针对黏声波波场模拟发展了一种适用于不同空间采样间隔之比的通用格式自适应系数FDFD方法.同时,为了验证自适应系数FDFD方法对一般黏声波模型的有效性,本文针对三个典型的黏声波模型,分别采用解析解和基于高阶FDFD的参考解验证了所提出方法的有效性.本方法的FDFD格式通过在传统的二阶FDFD格式的基础上引入相关校正项得到,其中校正项按网格点与中心点的距离进行分类选取,同时校正项对应的自适应FDFD系数不仅和空间采样间隔之比相关,还和一个波长内的采样点数相关.所需的自适应FDFD系数可通过声波方程的数值频散关系和查找表高效给出.数值频散分析表明,在空间采样间隔相等或不等的情况下,以相速度误差不超过1%为标准,通用格式自适应系数FDFD方法所需的一个波长内的采样点数均小于2.5.数值模拟实验表明,对于不同的空间采样间隔之比,相对于常用的二阶五点FDFD方法和优化九点FDFD方法,通用格式自适应系数FDFD方法均可在相似的计算量和内存需求下,有效提高黏声波模拟的精度.

Objective: This study evaluated the safety and efficacy of an anti-epiderm.l growth factor receptor(EGFR) antibody(SCT200) and an anti-program.ed cell death 1(PD-1) antibody(SCT-I10A) as third-line or subsequent therapies in patients with rat sarcom. viral oncogene(RAS)/v-raf m.rine sarcom. viral oncogene hom.log B(BRAF) wild-type(wt) m.tastatic colorectal cancer(m.RC).m.thods: We conducted a m.lticenter, open-label, phase Ib clinical trial. Patients with histologically confirm.d RAS/BRAF wt m.CRC with m.re than two lines of treatm.nt were enrolled and treated with SCT-I10A and SCT200. The prim.ry endpoints were the objective response rate(ORR) and safety. The secondary endpoints included disease control rate(DCR), progression-free survival(PFS), and overall survival(OS).Results: Twenty-one patients were enrolled in the study through January 28, 2023. The ORR was 28.57% and the DCR was 85.71%(18/21). The m.dian PFS and OS were 4.14 and 12.84 m.nths, respectively. The treatm.nt-related adverse events(TRAEs) were tolerable. m.reover, com.ared with the m.notherapy cohort from.our previous phase I study evaluating SCT200 for RAS/BRAF wt m.CRC in a third-line setting, no significant im.rovem.nts in PFS and OS were observed in the com.ination group.Conclusions: SCT200 com.ined with SCT-I10A dem.nstrated prom.sing efficacy in previously treated RAS/BRAF wt m.CRC patients with an acceptable safety profile. Further head-to-head studies with larger sam.le sizes are needed to validate whether the efficacy and safety of com.ined anti-EGFR and anti-PD-1 therapy are superior to anti-EGFR m.notherapy in the third-line setting.(Registration No. NCT04229537).

我国致密油气储层勘探前景广阔,开采价值高,但其储层岩石具有低孔、低渗、强非均质性等特征,建立储层波响应与岩石物性参数之间的联系仍面临挑战,针对致密储层波响应规律的研究有待深入开展。孔隙流体性质及围压会影响岩石的剪切模量及横波衰减,本文对部分饱和的8块致密岩石在不同围压条件下开展了超声波实验观测,采用谱比法估算岩石的横波衰减。结果显示,横波衰减随围压上升而下降,且饱水岩石的横波衰减大于饱油,饱气状态衰减最弱。气、水部分饱和岩石的测量结果中,岩石样本的横波衰减在中间含水饱和度达到峰值,此外,横波衰减随孔隙度、渗透率上升均有增大的趋势。基于实验测量的岩石物性参数,结合Voigt-Reuss-Hill(VRH)平均、微分等效介质模型和喷射流模型构建了致密岩石衰减模型,分析了不同围压条件下含流体岩石的衰减特征,结果显示,该模型可合理描述横波衰减特征。在完全饱和与部分饱和条件下,模型预测的横波衰减显示出明显的压力及流体敏感性。以样本TS1-19为例,在完全饱和、变围压条件下,模型预测的横波衰减峰值在11.6~69.5范围内,衰减峰值随着围压增大而降低,且峰值频率有向高频端移动的趋势。在部分饱和、围压30m.a条件下,模型预测的横波衰减峰值在15.5~39.8范围内,衰减峰值随着含水饱和度增大而增大,且峰值频率向低频端移动。对于所有样本,以30m.a围压为例,所预测的横波衰减在5.6~38.6范围内,其中在饱和条件下,模型预测横波衰减随着孔隙度增大而增大,随着围压增大而减小;在气水部分饱和条件下,随着含水饱和度的增大,基于模型及Voigt和Reuss边界法预测的横波衰减整体呈增大的趋势,而实验观测到的横波衰减在中间饱和度达到极大值。

Hyperprolactinem.a in Hospitals in Lom.: Diagnostic and Therapeutic Aspects

Introduction. Hyperprolactinem.a represents a supraphysiological secretion of prolactin. In clinical practice, it is the m.st frequently encountered anterior pituitary disorder. However, its real prevalence is little known in Africa. The purpose of this study is to list all cases of hyperprolactinem.a over the past four years and to m.ke an inventory of the various etiologies found and their m.nagem.nt. m.thodology. This is a cross-sectional descriptive study on the files of patients who cam. for consultation in the internal m.dicine and endocrinology departm.nt with hyperprolactinem.a retrospectively collected from.January 2017 to Decem.er 2020. Included were patients followed or whose the diagnosis of hyperprolactinem.a was established in endocrinological consultation during the study period. Results. This study recorded 26 cases of hyperprolactinem.a. The fem.le sex represented 73.08% (sex ratio m.F 0.37) and the average age was 33.92 years. The 40 - 50 age group was the m.st represented with 30.77%. In wom.n, galactorrhea accounted for 73.07%, am.norrhea 57.69% of clinical pictures and infertility 23.08%. In m.n, infertility accounted for 7.69% of presentations, gynecom.stia 11.54% and erectile dysfunction 15.38%. The duration of evolution of the signs was 4 m.nths in 23.08% of the patients. The m.an prolactinem.a was 702.58 ng/m.. CT was perform.d in 80.85% of patients. The m.in etiologies were pituitary adenom.s (77%). All our patients were treated with dopam.nergic agonists. Cabergoline was prescribed in 77% of patients. The evolution was favorable in 96.25% of patients. Conclusion. Hyperprolactinem.a is a pathology that exists in our regions. The m.in etiology rem.ins pituitary adenom.s and treatm.nt with cabergoline.

数字经济是重塑全球竞争格局的关键力量,给共建“一带一路”国家的合作提供新的机遇。中国在“一带一路”倡议下积极推动与多个共建国家的数字合作,加强了数字经济领域的协调,使共建国家数字综合实力不断提高。随着新兴科技的快速发展,推动产业数字化转型,共建国家对数字经济的政策支持不断完善,数字基础设施得到加强,数字环境持续改善,我国数字经济蓬勃发展,为进一步的合作奠定了坚实基础。然而,共建国家在数字经济合作方面仍存在数字经济发展不平衡、网络安全威胁、数字规则机制建设滞后等问题。为应对这些挑战,需因地制宜地推动数字经济协调发展,构建全面的数字安全保障体系,妥善处理中美关系和数字领域的竞争,多层次地构建数字治理体系,加强话语权建设并构建战略互信,加大金融支持人才培育、鼓励创新力度,实现共建“一带一路”国家数字经济的共同发展和互利共赢。
