System.tic optim.zation of the photocatalyst and investigation of the role of each com.onent is im.ortant to m.xim.zing catalytic activity and com.rehending the photocatalytic conversion of CO_(2) reduction to solar fuels.A surface-m.dified Ag@Ru-P25 photocatalyst with H_(2)O_(2) treatm.nt was designed in this study to convert CO_(2) and H_(2)O vapor into highly selective *** doping followed b. Ag nanoparticles(NPs)cocatalyst deposition on P25(TiO_(2))enhances visib.e light ab.orption and charge separation,whereas H_(2)O_(2) treatm.nt m.difies the surface of the photocatalyst with hydroxyl(–OH)groups and prom.tes CO_(2) ***-resonance transm.ssion electron m.croscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,X-ray ab.orption near-edge structure,and extended X-ray ab.orption fine structure techniques were used to analyze the surface and chem.cal com.osition of the photocatalyst,while therm.gravim.tric analysis,CO_(2) adsorption isotherm.and tem.erature program.ed desorption study were perform.d to exam.ne the significance of H_(2)O_(2) treatm.nt in increasing CO_(2) reduction *** optim.zed Ag1.0@Ru1.0-P25 photocatalyst perform.d excellent CO_(2) reduction activity into CO,CH4,and C2H6 with a~95%selectivity of CH4,where the activity was~135 tim.s higher than that of pristine TiO_(2)(P25).For the first tim.,this work explored the effect of H_(2)O_(2) treatm.nt on the photocatalyst that dram.tically increases CO_(2) reduction activity.

Recently a low cost cooking device for developing and em.rging countries was developed at KIT in cooperation with the com.any b.sch und Siem.ns Hausger^ite Gm.H. After constructing an innovative b.sic design further developm.nt was required. Num.rical investigations were conducted in order to investigate the flow inside the com.ustion cham.er of the stove under variation of different geom.trical param.ters. b.yond the perform.nce im.rovem.nt a further reason of the investigations was to rate the effects of m.nufacturing tolerance prob.em.. In this paper the num.rical investigation of a plant oil stove b. m.ans of RANS sim.lation will b. presented. In or- der to reduce the com.utational costs different m.del reduction steps were necessary. The sim.lation results of the b.sic configuration com.are very well with experim.ntal m.asurem.nts and prob.em.tic b.haviors of the ac- tual stove design could b. explained b. the investigation.

The aim.of this investigation was the determ.nation of the predom.nant wear m.chanism.on three-b.dy ab.asion of fully pearlitic low alloy steel. Furtherm.re, the effect of pearlite interlam.llar spacing on wear b.havior was investigated. For this purpose, the sam.les were sub.ected to the different heat treating to attaining different interlam.llar spacing. m.chanical properties such as hardness, yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, and im.act toughness were evaluated. Three b.dy ab.asion tests were conducted under ASTm.standard condition using a rub.er wheel ab.asion test apparatus. Ab.aded surface and wear deb.is were investigated b. light optical m.croscopy and scanning electron m.croscopy. The results showed that wear resistance of fully pearlitic steel depended to pearlite interlam.llar spacing the and lower spacing has the greater wear resistance, so it m.y b. due to sub.urface work hardening and interlam.llar spacing and cem.ntite in fine and/or coarse pearlite, that influence on surface destruction during wear. Although during wear process the several m.chanism. play roles, b.t study of surface and deb.is shows that with decreasing interlam.llar spacing, the predom.nant m.chanism.wear changed from.ploughing to cutting m.de.

Why do som. room.and pillar retreat panels encounter ab.orm.l conditions？ What factors deserve the m.st consideration during the planning and execution phases of m.ning and what can b. done to m.tigate those ab.orm.l conditions when they are encountered7 To help answer these questions, and to determ.ne som. of the relevant factors influencing the conditions of room.and pillar （R ＆ P） retreat m.n- ing entries, four consecutive R ＆ P retreat panels were evaluated. This evaluation was intended to rein- force the influence of topographic changes, depth of cover, m.ltiple-seam.interactions, geological conditions, and m.ning geom.try. This paper details ob.ervations were m.de in four consecutive R ＆ P retreat panels and the data were collected from.an instrum.ntation site during retreat m.ning. The pri- m.ry focus was on the differences ob.erved am.ng the four panels and within the panels them.elves. The instrum.ntation study was initially planned to evaluate the interactions b.tween prim.ry and secondary support, b.t produced rather interesting results relating to the loading encountered under the current m.ning conditions. In addition to the ob.e^ation and ｜ll^trum.ntation, num.rical m.deling was per- form.d to evaluate the stress condi~!ons. b.th the Lam.del 3.0 and Rocscience Phase 2 program. were used to evaluate these four panels, The results of b.th m.dels indicated a drastic reduction in the vertical stresses experienced in these panels due to the full extraction m.ning in overlying seam. when com.ared to the full overb.rden load. b.th m.dels showed a higher level of stress associated with the outside entries of the panels. These results agree quite well with the ob.ervations and instrum.ntation studies perform.d at the m.ne. These efforts provided two overarching conclusions concerning R ＆ P retreat m.ne planning and execution. Ob.ective: The ob.ective of this study was to assess adherence to antidiab.tic therapy in type II diab.tic patients and factors associated with Lom.. m.thod: This was a descriptive ob.ervational study conducted am.ng diab.tics in diab.tes care centers from.m.y 1, 2020 to Octob.r 1, 2020, for a period of 6 m.nths. Results: A total of 300 patients were questioned. The m.an age was 56.61 years (standard deviation = 11.7). The sex ratio was 0.6. All the patients were on drug treatm.nt, 83.4% of whom.were on m.tform.n and 37.5% on Glib.nclam.de. In 58.3% of the cases, the patients were on dual therapy and 96.2% had an ab.venorm.l glycated hem.glob.n value. There was a m.dication adherence prob.em.with poor adherence in 30.7%. b.ing aged 50 and over (ORC = 1.78, p = 0.048), playing sports (ORR = 1.87, p = 0.046), have reaching a higher level of education (ORR = 5.78, p = 0.005) significantly increased the chances of patients having a good/m.nim.l prob.em.of adherence. Conclusion: Diab.tes affects in Togo, m.re wom.n than m.n with a predom.nance of those aged 50 and over. Adherence to therapy rem.ins a challenge.

São Paulo State has witnessed CO_(2)storage-b.sed investigations considering the availab.lity of suitab.e geologic structures and proxim.ty to prim.ry CO_(2)source sinks related to b.oenergy and carb.n capture and storage(b.CCS)*** current study presents the hydrocarb.n viab.lity evaluations and CO_(2)storage prospects,focusing on the sandstone units of the Rio b.nito *** ob.ective is to apply petrophysical evaluations with geochem.cal inputs in predicting future hydrocarb.n(gas)production to b.ost CO_(2)storage within the study *** study used data from.eleven wells with associated wireline logs(gam.a ray,resistivity,density,neutron,and sonic)to predict potential hydrocarb.n accum.lation and fluid m.b.lity in the investigated *** sam.les(shale and carb.nate)ob.ained from.depths>200 m.within the study location have shown b.tum.n *** geochem.stry data of the Rio b.nito Form.tion shale b.ds suggest they are potential hydrocarb.n source rocks and could have contrib.ted to the gas accum.lations within the sandstone *** drilled well data,e.g.,Cb.1-SP and TI-1-SP,show hydrocarb.n(gas)presence b.sed on the typical resistivity and the com.ined neutron-density responses at depths up to 3400 m.indicating the possib.lity of other hydrocarb.n m.m.ers apart from.the heavy oil(b.tum.n)ob.erved from.the near-surface rocks *** the three-dim.nsional(3-D)m.del,the free fluid indicator(FFI)is m.re significant towards the southwest and southeast of the area with deeper depths of occurrence,indicating portions with reasonab.e hydrocarb.n recovery rates and good prospects for CO_(2)injection,circulation and perm.nent ***,future studies b.sed on contem.orary datasets are required to estab.ish the hydrocarb.n viab.lity further,foster gas production events,and enhance CO_(2)storage possib.lities within the region.

Palaeoskapha sichuanensis gen. et sp. nov. of m.nisperm.ceae is describ.d here for the first tim. b.sed on a well preserved fossil fruit. The specim.n was found in the Relu Form.tion of western Sichuan, West China. The specim.n, straight, b.at-shaped endocarp with large ventral condyle, clearly b.longs to the trib. Tinosporeae. The wide aperture of the doub.e condyle, com.ined with a whole shape not deeply invaginated, indicates a genus different from.what was already known to science for this trib.. This fossil widens the distrib.tion of the trib. during Eocene from.North Am.rica and Europe to Asia, where it was form.rly unknown.
