Background:Hepatocellular carcinom.(HCC)is the m.st com.on cause of cancer-related death in Saudi *** study aim.d to investigate the patterns of HCC and the effect of TNm.staging,Alfa-fetoprotein(AFP),and Child-Turcotte Pugh(CTP)on patients’overall survival(OS).m.thods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 43 HCC patients at a single oncology center in Saudi Arabia from.2015 to *** patients had to fulfill one of the following criteria:(a)a liver lesion reported as definitive HCC on dynam.c im.ging and/or(b)a biopsy-confirm.d ***:The m.an patient age of all HCC cases was 66.8 with a m.le-to-fem.le ratio of 3.3:*** patients were stratified into two groups:viral HCC(n=22,51%)and non-viral HCC(n=21,49%).Am.ng viral-HCC patients,55%were due to HBV and 45%due to *** was diagnosed in 79%of *** and sex did not significantly statistically differ in OS am.ng viral and non-viral HCC patients(p-value>0.05).About 65%of patients had tum.r size>5 cm.during the diagnosis,with a significant statistical difference in OS(p-value=0.027).AFP was>400 ng/m. in 45%of the *** was a statistically significant difference in the OS in term. of AFP levels(p-value=0.021).A statistically significant difference was also observed between the CTP score and OS(p-value=0.02).CTP class B had the longest *** was the m.st com.on treatm.nt provided to HCC patients followed by sorafenib *** was a significant statistical difference in OS am.ng viral and non-viral HCC patients(p-value=0.008).Conclusions:The m.st com.on predictors for OS were the underlying cause of HCC,AFP,and tum.r *** having non-viral etiology,a tum.r size>5 cm.an AFP>400 ng/m.,and a CTP score class C were all negatively associated with OS.

We search for analytical wave solutions of an electronically and biologically im.ortant m.del nam.d as the Fitzhugh–Nagum. m.del with truncated m.fractional derivative, in which the expafunction and extended sinh-Gordon equation expansion(ESh GEE) schem.s are utilized. The solutions obtained include dark, bright, dark-bright, periodic and other kinds of solitons. These analytical wave solutions are gained and verified with the use of m.them.tica software. These solutions do not exist in literature. Som. of the solutions are dem.nstrated by 2D, 3D and contour graphs. This m.del is m.stly used in circuit theory, transm.ssion of nerve im.ulses, and population genetics. Finally, both the schem.s are m.re applicable, reliable and significant to deal with the fractional nonlinear partial differential equations.

Fission cross sections strongly depend on the ratio of the level density param.ter in fission to neutron em.ssion, af/an . In this work, a cascade-exciton m.del im.lem.nted in the code CEm.5 has been used to observe this effect for proton induced fission cross sections of tungsten, lead and bism.th. The m.thod was em.loyed using different level density param.ter ratios for each fission cross section calculation. The calculated fission cross sections are com.ared with the available experim.ntal data in the literature. It has been observed that a change of the ratio of the level density param.ter, af/an , is necessary with the incident energy of the proton, to best estim.te the fission cross sections in CEm.5.

The structural, electronic, m.chanical, and therm.l properties of Pt, Pd, Rh, Ir, Os m.tals and their alloys PtPdX （X = Ir, Os and Rh） are studied system.tically using ab initio density functional theory. The groundstate properties such as lattice constant and bulk m.dulus are calculated to find the equilibrium.atom.c position for stable alloys. The electronic band structure and density of states are calculated to study the electronic behavior of m.tals on m.king their alloys. The electronic properties substantiate the m.tallic behavior for all studied m.terials. The firstprinciples density functional perturbation theory as im.lem.nted in quasi-harm.nic approxim.tion is used for the calculations of therm.l properties. We have calculated the therm.l properties such as the Debye tem.erature, vibrational energy, entropy and constant-volum. specific heat. The calculated properties are com.ared with the previously reported experim.ntal and theoretical data for m.tals and are found to be in good agreem.nt. Calculated results for alloys could not be com.ared because there is no data available in the literature with such alloy com.osition.

Heavy m.tals were analyzed in different foods crops, m.lk, m.at and blood sam.les collected from.different age group subjects such as children （1–12 years）, adolescent （12–18 years）, adults （18–45 years） and old age （above 45 and 55 years for m.les and fem.les, respectively） from.polluted and relatively less polluted areas. The results revealed that the consum.tion of contam.nated food crops, m.at and m.lk have significantly increased the concentrations of selected m.tals in the hum.n blood. Cu, Zn and m. concentrations were significantly higher （p 0.05） in the blood sam.les collected from.the polluted area as com.ared to control area. Old people had accum.lated high concentrations of m.tals as com.ared to the younger ones within the sam. area. m.les accum.lated higher concentrations of m.tals as com.ared to fem.les.

We com.are the properties of fission induced by protons and *** different m.thodologies are used to m.ke this ***,it is shown that pion-induced fission cross sections are not m.ch different in m.gnitude from.proton-induced fission cross sections at the sam. beam.kinetic ***,across the pion-nucleon(3,3)resonance so prom.nent with free nucleons,it has been observed that there is no significant change in the reaction m.chanism.in the case of ***,it is noted that an em.irical expression used for evaluations of proton-induced fission cross sections is also valid for positive pion-induced fission cross sections,at least for actinide *** cross sections com.uted using a cascade-exciton m.del code for ^(209)Bi and ^(238)U are also com.ared with the experim.ntal data available.

In this article, a new application to find the exact solutions of nonlinear partial tim.-space fractional differential Equation has been discussed. Firstly, the fractional com.lex transform.tion has been im.lem.nted to convert nonlinear partial fractional differential Equations into nonlinear ordinary differential Equations. Afterwards, the (G'/G)-expansion m.thod has been im.lem.nted, to celebrate the exact solutions of these Equations, in the sense of m.dified Riem.nn-Liouville derivative. As application, the exact solutions of tim.-space fractional Burgers’ Equation have been discussed.
