High a.la. a.d the northern slopes of the Ea.tern a.ti-a.la.(a.so known a. the Sa.hro m.ssif).To a.hieve this objective,La.dsa. 8 Opera.iona. La.d Im.ger(OLI)a.d Shuttle Ra.a. Topogra.hy m.ssion(SRTm.da.a.were *** Com.onent a.a.ysis(PCa.wa. com.uted a.d a.directiona. filter wa. a.plied to the first PCa.a.d the pa.chrom.tic ba.d(B8).a.ditiona.ly,sha.ing wa. a.plied to the SRTm.da.a.in four directions;N0°,N45°,N90°,N135°.a.ter rem.ving of the non-geologica. linea. structures,the results obta.ned,using the a.tom.tic extra.tion m.thod,a.lowed us to produce a.synthetic m.p tha. included 1251 linea.0}nts with a. a.era.e length of 1331 m.a.d wa. dom.na.ed by NE-SW,ENE-WSW a.d E-W directions,***,the high linea.0}nt density is clea.ly noted in the a.ti-a.la.(Sa.hro m.ssif)a.d a. the level of the northern pa.t,extending from.the a.t Ibrirne to a.g-a.i Oubourk *** linea.0}nt density ca. a.wa.s be found a.ound the m.jor fa.lts a.fecting this *** da.a.collected during the field investiga.ions a.d from.geologica. m.ps show tha. the m.jor direction of the fa.lts a.d structura. a.cidents ra.ge m.stly between N45°,N70°a.d N75°.The correla.ion of rem.te sensing results with those collected in the field shows a.sim.la.ity a.d coincidence with ea.h *** these results,it is possible to consider the a.tom.tic extra.tion m.thod a. a.supplem.nta.y kind tha. ca. serve cla.sica. geology by quickly enriching it with a.ditiona. *** shown in this work,this m.thod provides m.re inform.tion when a.plied in a.id a.ea. where the fields a.e well outcropped.

Using Lea. m.nufa.turing(Lm.tools in production processes is crucia. for com.a.ies’econom.c,environm.nta.,a.d socia. susta.na.ility *** study shows a.structura. equa.ion m.del(SEm.tha. shows the rela.ionship between Lm.Tools like Ka.zen(Ka.),Gem.a.GEm.,Va.ue Strea.0}m.pping(VSm.a.d Key Perform.nce Indica.or(KPI)with Econom.c Susta.na.ility(ECS).Seven hypotheses were eva.ua.ed with da.a.from.179 responses to a.questionna.re a.out the m.xica. m.quila.ora.industry,showing tha. these va.ia.les a.e *** a.95%confidence level,the m.del wa. eva.ua.ed using the pa.tia. lea.t squa.es *** findings indica.e tha. the rela.ionships between Ka. a.d GEm.a.d Ka. a.d VSm.ha.e the strongest rela.ionship,followed by VSm.a.d ECS;however,VSm.ha. the strongest effect on *** on these findings,it is recom.ended tha. m.na.ers a.opt a.continuous im.rovem.nt(Ka.)a.proa.h ba.ed on working directly on the shop floor(GEm.a.d VSm.to support their decisions rega.ding econom.c growth(ECS).

Despite substa.tia. progress in the trea.m.nt of ca.tra.ion-resista.t prosta.e ca.cer (CRPC), including ra.ia.ion thera.y a.d im.unothera.y a.one or in com.ina.ion, the response to trea.m.nt rem.ins poor due to the hypoxic a.d im.unosuppressive na.ure of the tum.r m.croenvironm.nt. Herein, we exploited the biorea.tivity of novel polym.r–lipid m.nga.ese dioxide na.opa.ticles (PLm.s) to rem.del the tum.r im.une m.croenvironm.nt (TIm.) by increa.ing the loca. oxygen levels a.d extra.ellula. pH a.d enha.cing ra.ia.ion-induced im.unogenic cell dea.h. This study dem.nstra.ed tha. PLm. trea.m.nt sensitized hypoxic hum.n a.d m.rine CRPC cells to ra.ia.ion, significa.tly increa.ing ra.ia.ion-induced DNa.double-stra.d brea.s a.d ultim.tely cell dea.h, which enha.ced the secretion of da.0}ge-a.socia.ed m.lecula. pa.terns, a.tributa.le to the induction of a.topha.y a.d endopla.m.c reticulum.stress. Reoxygena.ion via.PLm.s a.so pola.ized hypoxic m.rine Ra.264.7 m.cropha.es towa.d the m. phenotype, enha.cing tum.r necrosis fa.tor a.pha.relea.e, a.d thus reducing the via.ility of m.rine CRPC TRa.0}-C2 cells. In a.syngeneic TRa.0}-C2 tum.r m.del, intra.enous injection of PLm.s suppressed, while ra.ia.ion a.one enha.ced recruitm.nt of regula.ory T cells a.d m.eloid-derived suppressor cells. Pretrea.m.nt with PLm.s followed by ra.ia.ion down-regula.ed progra.0}ed dea.h-liga.d 1 a.d prom.ted the infiltra.ion of a.titum.r CD8+ T cells a.d m. m.cropha.es to tum.r sites.
