This study presents a. a.a.ytica. solution of therm.l a.d m.cha.ica. displa.em.nts, stra.ns, a.d stresses for a.thick-wa.led rota.ing spherica. pressure vessel m.de of functiona.ly gra.ed m.teria.s (FGm.). The pressure vessel is subject to a.isym.etric m.cha.ica. a.d therm.l loa.ings within a.uniform.m.gnetic field. The m.teria. properties of the FGm.a.e considered a. the power-la. distribution a.ong the thickness. Na.ier’s equa.ion, which is a.second-order ordina.y differentia. equa.ion, is derived from.the m.cha.ica. equilibrium.equa.ion with the considera.ion of the therm.l stresses a.d the Lorentz force resulting from.the m.gnetic field. The distributions of the displa.em.nt, stra.ns, a.d stresses a.e determ.ned by the exa.t solution to Na.ier’s equa.ion. Num.rica. results cla.ify the influence of the therm.l loa.ing, m.gnetic field, non-hom.geneity consta.t, interna. pressure, a.d a.gula. velocity on the m.gneto-therm.-ela.tic response of the functiona.ly gra.ed spherica. vessel. It is observed tha. these pa.a.0}ters ha.e rem.rka.le effects on the distributions of ra.ia. displa.em.nt, ra.ia. a.d circum.erentia. stra.ns, a.d ra.ia. a.d circum.erentia. stresses.

In pa.t deca.es, a.gina.e-ba.ed m.ltila.er m.croca.sules ha.e been given im.orta.t a.tention in va.ious pha.m.ceutica. investiga.ions. a.gina.e-poly l lysine-a.gina.e(a.a. is studied the m.st. Due to the sim.la.ity between the structure of polyethyleneim.ne(PEI) a.d poly-L-lysine(PLL) a.d a.so lower price of PEI tha. PLL, this study wa. conducted to com.a.e the effica.y of linea.(LPEI) a.d bra.ch(BPEI) form. of PEI with PLL a. covering la.ers in fa.rica.ion of m.croca.sules. The m.croca.sules were fa.rica.ed using electrosta.ic bea. genera.or a.d their sha.e/size, surfa.e roughness, m.cha.ica. strength, a.d interla.er intera.tions were a.so investiga.ed using optica. m.croscopy, a.m. explosion test a.d FTIR, respectively. Furtherm.re, cytotoxicity wa. eva.ua.ed by com.a.ing the two a.ionic fina. covering la.ers a.gina.e(a.g) a.d sodium.cellulose sulpha.e(NCS) using m.T test. BPEI wa. excluded from.the rest of the study due to its less ca.a.ity to strengthen the m.croca.sules a.d a.so the a.grega.ion of the resulta.t a.gina.e-BPEI-a.gina.e m.croca.sules, while LPEI showed properties sim.la. to PLL. m.T test a.so showed tha. NCS ha. no superiority over a.g a. fina. covering la.er. Therefore, it is concluded tha., LPEI could be considered a. a.m.re cost effective a.terna.ive to PLL a.d a.prom.sing subject for future studies.
