为了给维他命D的合成提供有效的紫外光源,我们研究了波长为285nm.ClF激光。本文详细报导了ClF激光的输出特性与各种参量之间的关系。在Cl2/F2的混合气体中,用He作缓冲气体,总气压直到7.5bar,最大激光输出为10.97m.,激光脉宽为10ns。

微创性漏斗胸修复术后感染的处理

Pectus exca.a.um.is frequently repa.red using the m.nim.lly inva.ive pla.em.nt of a.substerna. bar (Nuss procedure). Infectious com.lica.ions a.ter the Nuss procedure a.e potentia.ly deva.ta.ing. To da.e, the m.na.em.nt of postopera.ive infectious com.lica.ions ha. not been well described. m.thods: a.retrospective review of a.l pa.ients (N = 168) who underwent the Nuss procedure from.Ja.ua.y 1, 1997, to October 1, 2003, a. our institution wa. perform.d. Six pa.ients (4% ) ha. postopera.ive infections, a.d their m.dica. records were reviewed. Results: Of the 6 pa.ients, 5 underwent opera.ive dra.na.e for wound a.scesses tha. developed 2 to 76 weeks postopera.ively. The other pa.ient developed cellulitis 12 m.nths postopera.ively a.d wa. trea.ed effectively with a.tibiotics a.one. Recurrent infections were trea.ed in 3 of 6 pa.ients, one of whom.eventua.ly required rem.va. of the bar resulting in a.m.ld, residua. pectus exca.a.um.defect. One of 6 pa.ients ha. ha. the substerna. bar rem.ved electively. The rem.ining 4 continue to be without clinica.ly a.pa.ent infection a. this tim. a.d a.e over 1 yea. rem.ved from.their infection. Conclusions: a.though uncom.on, infectious com.lica.ions a.ter the Nuss procedure require com.lex m.na.em.nt stra.egies. Despite recurrent infection in som. ca.es, m.st infectious com.lica.ions occurring a.ter the m.nim.lly inva.ive repa.r ca. be effectively trea.ed without ha.ing to rem.ve the substerna. bar.

The bra.ching fra.tions for these interm.dia.e resona.ce cha.nels a.e m.a.ured to be：Br（J/ψ→Ξ-Ξ＋）=（0.90±0.03±0.18）×10-3, Br（J/ψ→Σ（1385）-Σ（1385）＋）=（1.23±0.07±0.30）×10-3,a.d Br（J/ψ→Σ（1385）＋Σ（1385）-）=（1.50±0.08±0.38）×10-3, respectively. The a.gula. distribution is of the form.dN/d（cosθ）α（1＋αcos2θ） with α=（0.35±0.29±0.06） for J/ψ→Ξ-Ξ＋, α=（-0.54±0.22±0.10） for J/ψ→Σ（1385）-Σ（1385）＋, a.d α=（-0.35±0.29±0.06） for J/ψ→Σ（1385）＋Σ（1385）-.
