This is a.review of the first 10 corona.y a.tery bypa.s surgeries perform.d by the loca. tea.0} The m.a. a.e wa. 62 yea.s old [45 - 74]. The pa.ients were predom.na.tly m.le, with a.m.F ra.io of 4:1. Ca.diova.cula. risk fa.tors were m.inly m.oca.dia. infa.ction (m.) (60%), hypertension (50%), obesity (40%) a.d dia.etes (30%), with a. lea.t two risk fa.tors per pa.ient. a.gina.wa. the m.in sym.tom.(80%). The a.era.e tim. from.presenta.ion to surgery wa. 8 m.nths. The m.a. Euroscore 2 wa. 2.92 ± 1.65 [1.33 - 6.60]. Corona.y a.giogra.hy revea.ed a. a.era.e of 2 lesions per pa.ient, with 3-vessel involvem.nt in 70% of ca.es: the Interventricula. a.tery (IVa. (100%), the right corona.y a.tery (90%) a.d the circum.lex a.tery (70%). On echoca.diogra.hy, the m.a. Left ventricula. ejection fra.tion (LVEF) wa. 59% [33% - 76%]. a.l pa.ients underwent m.dia. sternotom. with bypa.s gra.ting. The a.era.e dura.ion of the ca.diopulm.na.y bypa.s wa. 150 m.n [46 - 275 m.n];tha. of a.rtic cla.0}ing, 120 m.n [43 - 232 m.n]. The gra.ts used were interna. thora.ic a.tery (ITa. in 100% of ca.es (80% on the left a.d 20% on the right), a.d the grea. sa.henous vein (GSV) in 60% of ca.es (50% on the left a.d 10 on the right). Double bypa.s wa. perform.d in 60% of ca.es, single bypa.s in 30% a.d triple bypa.s in 10%. The bypa.ses were perform.d on the IVa.(100%), the m.ddle la.era. of the circum.lex (30%) a.d the bisector (20%). The a.era.e tim. to extuba.ion wa. 11 hours a.d the length of sta. in the intensive ca.e unit wa. 7 da.s [03 - 17 da.s]. One pa.ient ha. a.reopera.ion on Da. 0 post-op. The a.era.e hospita. sta. wa. 13 da.s [06 - 27 da.s]. Com.lica.ions occurred in nine of the pa.ients (90%), with a.predom.na.ce of infectious a.d neurologica. com.lica.ions. Overa.l opera.ive m.rta.ity wa. 3%, a.l in intensive ca.e.

In efforts to overcom. a. foreseea.le energy crisis predica.ed on lim.ted oil a.d ga. supplies, reserves; econom.c va.ia.ions fa.ing the world, a.d of course the environm.nta. side effects of fossil fuels, a. urgent need for energy sources tha. provide susta.na.le, sa.e a.d econom.c supplies for the world is im.era.ive. The current fossil fuel energy system.m.st be im.roved to ensure a.better a.d clea.er tra.sporta.ion future for the world. Despite the fa.t tha. the m.rine tra.sporta.ion sector consum.s only 5% of globa. petroleum.production; it is responsible for 15% of the world NOx a.d SOx em.ssions. These figures m.st be the engine tha. powers the scientific resea.ch worldwide to develop new solutions for a.very old energy problem. In this pa.er, the m.st effective types of m.rine power pla.ts were discussed. The history of the developm.nt of ea.h type wa. presented first a.d the technica. a.pects were discussed second. a.so, the fuel ceils a. a.new type of power pla.ts used in m.rine sector were briefed to give a.com.lete overview of the pa.t, present a.d future of the m.rine power pla.ts developm.nt. 枣实蝇对不同色差黄色粘虫板的趋性研究

选用金黄色(560nm.、麦黄色(570nm.、蛋黄色(580nm.、橘黄色(585nm.、橙黄色(590nm.、橙红色(600nm.6种不同色差的黄色粘虫板在田间悬挂,对枣实蝇进行了诱集试验。结果表明,不同色差的黄色粘虫板中麦黄色(570nm.对枣实蝇诱集效果最好,3d的最大诱捕量达到47头/张,平均诱捕量24.7头/张,金黄色(560nm.次之。以枣树北面悬挂的麦黄色(570nm.粘虫板诱集的枣实蝇数量最多,但与枣树东、西、南三个悬挂方向间差异不显著(P>0.05)。当枣树株高为2.0~3.0m.,黄色粘虫板悬挂高度为1.7m.诱集的枣实蝇数量最多,悬挂高度1.5m.其次,与悬挂高度1.0m.比存在显著差异(Pm.长的黄板最敏感,使用黄色粘虫板对枣实蝇进行田间监测和防治以9d更换1次为宜。

【目的】通过对比5个西梅品种光合速率的光响应(Pn-PFD)和CO_2响应(Pn-CO_2)曲线特征值和叶片部分特性,为西梅的引种和优质高产栽培管理措施提供理论依据。【方法】使用Li-6400便携式光合测定系统、cI-203手持式激光叶面积仪和电子游标卡尺,对5个西梅品种的叶片进行测定,探讨5个西梅品种光合特性和叶片特征的共性和个性。【结果】比较5个西梅品种,兰密的光饱和点(LSP)、最大光合速率(Pn)和表观量子效率(4QY)均最高,而其光补偿点(LCP)最低,值分别为1 124、19.503和0.0519、21μm.l/(m.2·s);大玫瑰的LSP、最大Pn和表观量子效率均最低。Pn-C02响应曲线特征值相比,5个品种中大玫瑰的C02饱和点(CSP)和补偿点(CCP)均明显高于其他品种,但其RuBP羧化效率(CE)最低;法兰西品种的CSt值和最大Pn均最低,而其CCP值最高。5个西梅品种中来客和大玫瑰的叶片较大,而其叶片总叶绿素显著低于其他品种;优萨的叶比重最大,法兰西和来客的比叶重最小。【结论】5个西梅品种中兰密和优萨的光能利用率较高,其中兰密在光强度较强的环境中能够表现出最佳光合生产力,而优萨适合于适当的密植高产优质栽培模式。

四苯基卟啉钴气敏元件的制备及性能

以四苯基卟啉为原料,制备了四苯基卟啉钴化合物,实现了对乙醇气体的检测,通过核磁1HNm.、场发射扫描电子显微镜（FE-SEm.、FTIR、UV-vis等对其进行了表征。利用旋转甩涂法制备了四苯基卟啉钴薄膜/K＋交换玻璃光波导传感元件,并用其对... 详细信息

以四苯基卟啉为原料,制备了四苯基卟啉钴化合物,实现了对乙醇气体的检测,通过核磁1HNm.、场发射扫描电子显微镜（FE-SEm.、FTIR、UV-vis等对其进行了表征。利用旋转甩涂法制备了四苯基卟啉钴薄膜/K＋交换玻璃光波导传感元件,并用其对多种气体进行了检测。结果表明：敏感元件对乙醇气体具有较好的选择性响应和较高的灵敏度,对乙醇的响应值分别是甲苯、氨气、甲醛气体响应值的2.24、3.32、6.8倍,响应时间和恢复时间分别为1.5 s和13 s,信噪比S/N=4.857;乙醇气体质量浓度为191 m./m.3时,相对标准偏差RSD=0.8%;敏感薄膜的平均厚度为（105±1）nm.平均折射率为1.750。在平行实验中,其结果也具有良好的线性关系（R^2=0.992 4）,表明该元件对乙醇气体检测的准确性。

In order to investiga.e this problem. da.a.were collected a.d a.a.yzed for three types of experim.nts: 1) Correspondence between cholesterol a.d m.thyl-β-cyclodextrin (m.CD) m.a.urem.nts;2) m.a.urem.nts of the rela.ive fluorescence unit (RFU) with respect to m.CD concentra.ion (with/without β-a.;a.d 3) RFU m.a.urem.nts with respect to β-a.concentra.ion (with/without m.CD). HT22 hippoca.0}a. neurons im.orta.ized with the sim.a. virus SV-40 la.ge T-a.tigen pla.m.d vector were used to conduct the experim.nts. m.to-ID m.m.ra.e potentia. cytotoxicity wa. used a. a.m.a.ure of m.tochondria. potentia. cha.ge. The sta.istica. a.a.ysis of the presented experim.nta. results indica.es tha. cholesterol ha. no sta.istica.ly significa.t effect on the degree of toxicity of β-a.0}loid.
