Therefore, it is.difficult to iden.ify all faults.in.s.ftware. As.requirem.n. chan.es.con.in.ous.y, it in.reas.s.the irrelev.n.y an. redun.an.y durin. tes.in.. Due to thes. challen.es. fault detection.capability decreas.s.an. there aris.s.a n.ed to im.rov. the tes.in. proces., which is.bas.d on.chan.es.in.requirem.n.s.s.ecification. In.this.res.arch, we hav. dev.loped a m.del to res.lv. tes.in. challen.es.through requirem.n. prioritization.an. prediction.in.an.agile-bas.d en.iron.0}n.. The res.arch objectiv. is.to iden.ify the m.s. relev.n. an. m.an.n.ful requirem.n.s.through s.m.n.ic an.lys.s.for correct chan.e an.lys.s. Then.com.ute the s.m.larity of requirem.n.s.through cas.-bas.d reas.n.n., which predicted the requirem.n.s.for reus. an. res.ricted to error-bas.d requirem.n.s. Afterward, the apriori algorithm.m.pped out requirem.n. frequen.y to s.lect relev.n. tes. cas.s.bas.d on.frequen.ly reus.d or n.t reus.d tes. cas.s.to in.reas. the fault detection.rate. Furtherm.re, the propos.d m.del was.ev.luated by con.uctin. experim.n.s. The res.lts.s.owed that requirem.n. redun.an.y an. irrelev.n.y im.rov.d due to s.m.n.ic an.lys.s. which correctly predicted the requirem.n.s. in.reas.n. the fault detection.rate an. res.ltin. in.high us.r s.tis.action. The predicted requirem.n.s.are m.pped in.o tes. cas.s. in.reas.n. the fault detection.rate after chan.es.to achiev. higher us.r s.tis.action. Therefore, the m.del im.rov.s.the redun.an.y an. irrelev.n.y of requirem.n.s.by m.re than.90% com.ared to other clus.erin. m.thods.an. the an.lytical hierarchical proces., achiev.n. an.80% fault detection.rate at an.earlier s.age.
