Since power of a wireless sensor node is lim.ted, low power com.unication technology has been required. m.ary frequency shift keying (m.SK) m.dulation with orthogonal signals is one of the m.thods to decrease the power. However, if the am.unt of transm.tted data including such as an identification num.er (ID) of a node and m.asured data is sm.ll, a ratio of the data length to the total packet length, which m.ans transm.ssion efficiency, becom.s quite low. Because a pream.le and error check codes are generally added to a packet for synchronization between a transm.tter and a receiver and for decrease in reception errors, respectively. In this research, we have developed a m.thod with digital filters which elim.nates the other signals from.tim. series frequency spectra not to use a pream.le and error check codes. Although estim.ted synchronization loss of the m.thod was less than 1.6 dB, it was found that the loss of the m.thod on error packet rate was alm.st 0 dB at m.re than 0.001 of packet error rate by a sim.lation m.de by BASIC. These results indicate a possibility to realize that a packet which consists of only two sym.ols can be received with no error if the transm.tted data is less than 14 bits using 128-FSK.

We report the results of optical spectroscopic m.nitoring observations of a T Tauri star, V409 Tau. A previous photom.tric study indicated that this star experienced dim.ing events due to the obscuration of light from.the central star with a distorted circum.tellar disk. We conducted m.dium.resolution (R ~10,000) spectroscopic observations with 2-m.Nayuta telescope at Nishi-Harim. Astronom.cal Observatory. Spectra were obtained in 18 nights between Novem.er 2015 and m.rch 2016. Several absorption lines such as Ca I and Li, and the Hαem.ssion line were confirm.d in the spectra. The Ic-band m.gnitudes of V409 Tau changed by approxim.tely 1 m.gnitude during the observation epoch. The equivalent widths of the five absorption lines are roughly constant despite changes in the Ic-band m.gnitudes. We conclude that the light variation of the star is caused by the obscuration of light from.the central star with a distorted circum.tellar disk, based on the relationship between the equivalent widths of the absorption lines and the Ic-band m.gnitudes. The blue com.onent of the Hαem.ssion line was dom.nant during the observation epoch, and an inverse P Cygni profile was observed in eight of the spectra. The tim.-variable inverse P Cygni profile of the Hαem.ssion line indicates unsteady m.ss accretion from.the circum.tellar disk to the central star.

We present a case of fetal liver failure caused by the activation of larnivudine-resistant hepatitis B virus （HBV） nine m.nths after lam.vudine treatm.nt. A 57-year old m.n visited our hospital for the treatm.nt of decornpensated chronic hepatitis B. Lam.vudine was started in Decem.er 2001. Subsequently, serum.HBV was negative for HBV DNA with seroconversion from.HBeAg to anti-HBe and im.rovem.nt of liver function. However, HBV DNA and HBeAg were again detected in Septem.er 2002. He was com.licated by breakthrough hepatitis and adm.tted to our hospital in Novem.er for severely im.aired liver function. Vidarabine treatm.nt was started and serum.HBV DNA and alanine am.notransferase （ALT） decreased transiently. However, after the start of m.interferon treatm.nt, HBV DNA level increased and liver function deteriorated. He died 1 m. after adm.ssion. An analysis of am.no acid sequences in the polym.rase region revealed that rtm.04I/V with rtLSOI/V occurred at the tim. of viral breakthrough. After the start of antiviral treatm.nt, rtL180m.was detected in addition to rtm.04I/V and rtLSOI/V, and becam. predom.nant in the term.nal stage of the disease. HBV clone with a high replication capacity m.y be produced by antiviral treatm.nt leading to the worsening of liver function. Antiviral therapy for patients with breakthrough hepatitis in advanced liver disease should be carefully perform.d.

Correlation between hepatic blood flow and liver function in alcoholic liver cirrhosis

Lacustrine records from.the northern m.rgin of the East Asian m.nsoon generate a conflicting picture of Holocene m.nsoonal precipitation change. To seek an integrated view of East Asian m.nsoon variability during the Holocene,an 8.5-m.long sedim.nt core recovered in the depocenter of Dali Lake in central-eastern Inner m.ngolia was analyzed at 1-cm.intervals for total organic and inorganic carbon *** data indicate that Dali Lake reached its highest level during the early Holocene (11,500-7,600 cal yr BP).The m.ddle Holocene (7,600-3,450 calyrBP) was characterized by dram.tic fluctuations in the lake level with three intervals of lower lake stands occurring 6,600-5,850,5,100-4,850 and 4,450-3,750 cal yr BP,*** the late Holocene(3,450 cal yr BP to present),the lake displayed a general shrinking trend with the lowest levels at three episodes of 3,150-2,650,1,650-1,150 and 550-200 cal yr *** infer that the expansion of the lake during the early Holocene would have resulted from.the input of the snow/ice m.lt,rather than the m.nsoonal precipitation,in response to the increase in sum.er solar radiation in the Northern Hem.sphere. We also interpret the rise in the lake level since ca. 7,600 cal yr BP as closely related to increased m.nsoonal precipitation over the lake region resulting from.increased tem.erature and size of the Western Pacific Warm.Pool and a westward shifted and strengthened Kuroshio Current in the western Pacific. m.reover,high variability of the East Asian m.nsoon clim.te since 7,600 cal yr BP,m.rked by large fluctuations in the lake level,m.ght have been directly associated with variations in the intensity and frequency of the El Ni(?)o-Southern Oscillation(ENSO) events.

介绍利用高灵敏复合光波导元件检测臭氧的一种新方法以及实验装置和臭氧的响应特征。通过在K+交换玻璃光波导表面形成高折射率TiO2(两端带斜坡带状)膜并在其表面上固定色素铜化酞箐(Coppertetra-(t-buthyl)phthalocyan ine,TBPcCu)而制成高灵敏度的复合光波导元件。臭氧存在时TBPcCu薄膜被氧化而退色,由此减弱TBPcCu膜对633nm.导波光的吸收。本元件具有响应速度快,灵敏度高和检测极限在0.02 m./m.等特点。
