Artificial intelligence is demonstrated by machines,unlike the natural intelligence displayed by animals,including *** intelligence research has been defined as the field of study of intelligent agents,which refers to any system that perceives its environment and takes actions that maximize its chance of achieving its *** techniques of intelligent computing solve many applications of mathematical *** researchworkwas designed via a particularmethod of artificial neural networks to solve the mathematical model of *** representation of the mathematical model is made via systems of nonlinear ordinary differential *** differential equations are established by collecting the susceptible,the exposed,the symptomatic,super spreaders,infection with asymptomatic,hospitalized,recovery,and fatality *** generation of the coronavirus model’s dataset is exploited by the strength of the explicit Runge Kutta method for different countries like India,Pakistan,Italy,and many *** generated dataset is approximately used for training,validation,and testing processes for each cyclic update in Bayesian Regularization Backpropagation for the numerical treatment of the dynamics of the desired *** performance and effectiveness of the designed methodology are checked through mean squared error,error histograms,numerical solutions,absolute error,and regression analysis.

Estimation the Density of Localized State Glassy Se_(100-x)Zn_(x) Thin Films by Using Space Charge Limited Conduction measurement

The dc conductivity in vacuum evaporated amorphous thin films of the glassy alloys Se100–xZnx(2 ≤ x ≤ 20) are meas-ured in the temperature range (308 - 388 K). The dc conductivity (σdc) is increases with increased of Zn concentration in the glassy alloys. The activation energy (ΔE) decreases with increase of Zn content. The conduction is explained on the basis of localized state in the mobility gap. To study the effect of electric field, a Current-Voltage characteristic has been measured at various fixed temperatures. The Current-Voltage data are fitted into the theory of space charge limited conduction in case of uniform distribution of traps in mobility gap at high electric fields (E ~104 V/cm) of these materials. The density of localized state (g0) are estimated by fitting in theory of space charge limited conduction (SCLC) at the temperature range of (352 - 372 K) in the glassy Se100–xZnx. The density of localized state (0) near the Fermi level are increases with increase of Zn concentration in the (Se100–xZnx) thin films and explain on the basis of increase of the Zn-Se bond.

DC Conductivity and Dielectric Behaviour of Glassy Se<sub>100–x</sub>Zn<sub>x</sub>Alloy

The DC conductivity and dielectric properties of glassy Se100–xZnx 2 ≤ x ≤ 20 alloys have been investigated in the temperature range 303 - 487 K with frequency range 100 Hz – 1 mHz. It is observed that DC conductivity decreases and the activation energy increases with Zn content in Se-Zn system. Dielectric dispersion is observed when Zn incorporated in Se-Zn glassy system. The results are explained on the basis of DC conduction mechanism and dipolar-type dielectric dispersion.

Impact of potato psyllid （Hemiptera： Triozidae） feeding on free amino acid composition in potato

The impacts of potato psyllid （Bactericera cockerelli） feeding on potato foliage on the free amino acids （FAAs） composition in potato leaf and tubers were determined under greenhouse conditions. The free amino acids in plant extracts were separated by high-performance liquid chromatography, and in both leaf and tuber samples, at least 17 FAAs were detected. Psyllid feeding significantly changed the levels of several FAAs in both leaf and tuber samples. The concentration of leucine increased 1.5-fold, whereas that of serine and proline increased 2- and 3-fold, respectively. In contrast, the concentrations ofglutamic acid, aspartic acid and lyscine were significantly reduced by 42.0%, 52.1% and 27.5%, respectively. There were also significant changes in the levels of FAAs in the Zebra chip （ZC） infected tubers compared with the healthy tubers, and the levels of six of the FAAs increased, and the levels of nine of the FAAs decreased. The results from this study indicate that potato psyllid causes major changes in free amino acid composition of plant tissues, and this change in plant metabolism may contribute to the plant stress as indicated by increased levels of proline in the leaves and hence promoting the development of plant diseases such as ZC disease.

Study of Structural and morphological Properties of Vacuum Coated Copper (Cu) metal Thin Film

This study presented a technique to deposit high strength and highly conductive copper thin films on glass substrates at room temperature. In this work, Cu thin films with thicknesses ~500 nm have been deposited on glass substrate by thermal evaporation technique at room temperature. After deposition, these films have been annealed at 200°C for 10 - 40 minutes. The thickness and annealing effect on the structural and morphological properties were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEm) respectively. The results showed that by increasing thickness the copper films crystallinity in (111) direction had been increased. Also by varying the annealing time the significant changes were observed in the films crystallinity and surface morphology.

The electrocatalytic nitrogen reduction reaction(NRR)has emerged as a promising renewable energy source and a feasible strategy as an alternative to Haber-Bosch ammonia(NH_(3))***,finding an efficient and cost-effective robust catalyst to activate and cleave the extremely strong triple bond in nitrogen(N_(2))for electrocatalytic NRR is still a ***,a FeNi@CNS nanocomposite as an efficient catalyst for N_(2) fixation under ambient conditions is *** FeNi@CNS nanocomposite was prepared by a simple water bath process and *** FeNi@CNS is demonstrated to be a highly efficient NRR catalyst,which exhibits better NRR performance with exceptional Faradaic efficiency of 9.83%and an NH_(3) yield of 16.52μg h^(−1) cm^(−2) in 0.1 m Na_(2)SO_(4) aqueous ***,high stability and reproducibility with consecutive 6 cycles for two hours are also demonstrated throughout the NRR electrocatalytic process for 12 ***,the FeNi@CNS catalyst encourages N_(2) adsorption and activation as well as effectively suppressing competitive ***,this earth-abundant FeNi@CNS catalyst with a subtle balance of activity and stability has excellent potential in NRR industrial applications.

The influence of β_2AR polymorphisms as a predictor of successful short acting β_2-agonist nebulization during asthmatic exacerbation

Aim:In this study,we would like to determine associations between β2-Adrenergic Receptor(β2AR)polymorphisms at codon 16 and 27 and the response to short acting β2-agonist during asthmatic ***:This was a prospective cross-sectional study of one year *** hundred and thirty two asthmatic patients were *** mls of venous blood was taken for DNA extraction and then genotyped for the β2AR polymorphisms using multiplex ***'s clinical responses to β2-agonist nebulization were then compared to their genotype to determine the ***:We found that there was no association between β2AR polymorphisms at both codon 16 and 27 with response towards short acting β2-agonist,P=0.315 and P=0.706 ***:We suggested that β2AR polymorphisms at both codon 16 and 27 had no influent on the response to short acting β2-agonist.
