We investigated ^(50,52-54)Cr-induced fusion reactions for the synthesis of the superheavy element in the 104≤z≤122 *** cross sections produced in this investigation using ^(54)Cr projectiles were compared with those obtained in prior *** estimated cross sections from this analysis are consistent with the findings of prior *** the current study,the predicted cross section was found to be 42fb at 236 meV for ^(53)Cr+^(243)Am,23.2 fb at 236 meV for ^(54)Cr+^(247)Cm,95.6 fb at 240 meV for ^(53)Cr+248Bk,and 1.33 fb at 242 meV for ^(53)Cr+***,these projected cross sections with excitation energy and beam energy will be useful in future Cr-induced fusion reaction investigations.

The amount of 3D data stored and transmitted in the Internet of medical Things(IomT)is increasing,making protecting these medical data increasingly ***,there are relatively few researches on 3D data ***,due to the particularity of medical data,strict data quality should be considered while protecting data *** solve the problem,in the field of medical volume data,we proposed a robust watermarking algorithm based on Polar Cosine Transform and 3D-Discrete Cosine Transform(PCT and 3D-DCT).Each slice of the volume data was transformed by PCT to obtain feature row vector,and then the reshaped three-dimensional feature matrix was transformed by *** on the contour information of the volume data and the detail information of the inner slice,the visual feature vector was obtained by applying the per-ceptual *** addition,the watermark was encrypted by a multi-sensitive initial value Sine and Piecewise linear chaotic mapping(SPm)system,and embedded as a zero *** key was stored in a third *** the same experimental conditions,when the volume data is rotated by 80 degrees,cut 25%along the z axis,and the JPEG compression quality is 1%,the Normalized Correlation Coefficient(NC)of the extracted watermark is 0.80,0.89,and 1.00 respectively,which are significantly higher than the comparison algorithm.

Background: Obesity is currently considered a public health problem. Bariatric procedures have become an important part of obesity management and, consequently, the number of male patients seeking post-bariatric reconstructive procedures have increased. Therefore, the clinical approach and understanding of the body contour of this population have become more relevant. The goal of post-bariatric reconstruction is to enhance the male silhouette through removal of skin and adipose tissue excess, and abdominal rectus diastasis repair. material and methods: We conducted a retrospective study at the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department of the National medical Center “20 de Noviembre”. All male patients referred to our department to start a post-bariatric reconstruction protocol from January 2018 to December 2022 were included in this study. Results: In total, 15 patients who underwent corporal contouring procedures were included;median age was 49.2 years with minimum of 33 years, and a maximum of 57 years. median Body mass index was 28.4 kg/m2 with minimum of 22 kg/m2 and maximum of 38 kg/m2. All patients were treated 18 months after their bariatric surgery. All patients underwent an abdominoplasty as a body contouring procedure. 4 (26.7%) patients presented complications related to the surgery. Conclusion: We described a comprehensive and systematic approach to massive weight loss for male patients, suggesting an abdominal marking based on the patient’s clinical features and the expected results avoiding feminization of the abdominal body contour.

The role of melt cooling rate on the interface morphology and dislocation configuration between 18R long-period stacking ordered(LPSO)structure and mg matrix in mg_(97)zn_(1)Y_(2)(at.%)alloys was investigated by atomic-scale HAADF-STEm *** 18R/mg interface is step-like both in the near-equilibrium alloy and non-equilibrium *** cooling rate makes the step size more regular and *** 54R structure can be observed at the interface in the near-equilibrium alloy,and the dislocations are highly ordered.54R and 54R′structure sandwiched by b1 and b2+b3 dislocation arrays,and new dislocation configuration can be detected at the interface in the non-equilibrium alloy,but the dislocations are less ordered.18R/mg interface containing 54R or 54R′in equilibrium width,parallel to the(010)plane,should be most stable based on elastic *** segregation of solute atoms and its strong interaction with dislocations dominate the LPSO/mg interface via diffusion-displacive transformation.

The ground-state mass excess of the T_(z)=−2 drip-line nucleus ^(22)Al is measured for the first time as 18103(10)keV using the newly-developed Bρ-defined isochronous mass spectrometry method at the cooler storage ring in *** new mass excess value allowed us to determine the excitation energies of the two low-lying 1+states in ^(22)Al with significantly reduced uncertainties of 51 *** compared to the analogue states in its mirror nucleus ^(22)F,the mirror energy differences of the two 1^(+)states in the ^(22)Al-^(22)F mirror pair are determined to be−625(51)keV and−330(51)*** excitation energies and mirror energy differences are used to test the state-of-the-art ab initio valence-space in-medium similarity renormalization group calculations with four sets of interactions derived from the chiral effective field *** mechanism leading to the large mirror energy differences is investigated and attributed to the occupation of theπs_(1/2) orbital.

Food irradiation is gaining popularity worldwide and this technology is important to improve quality and reduce the post harvest losses of *** of the rapid commercialization of irradiated foods throughout the world,compliance of different regulations relating to use of technology in different countries and demand of consum- ers for clear labelling of irradiated foods,there is need for the development of analytical methods to detect radiation treatment of *** several methods studied so far,thermoluminescence (TL) is an important method that can be used to find out the irradiation history of food that contain even a very minute amount of dust *** this study,the irradiated and unirradiated wheat and rice samples were analyzed using the TL *** samples were purchased from the local market of Peshawar and irradiated to radiation doses of 0.5 and 1.0 kGy using Co-60 gamma irradiator at the Nuclear Institute for Food and Agriculture (NIFA),*** mineral contaminants were isolated by jet water,ultrasonic treatment,and density *** glow curves of the isolated minerals from irradiated and unirradiated samples were recorded between the temperature ranges of 50—500℃using a TL ***,the glow curves for irradiated samples showed much higher TL intensities (TL_1) than the unirradiated *** results were normalized by re-irradiation of mineral samples to gamma-ray dose of 1.0 kGy followed by determination of the second glow curves (TL_2).The ratio of the area of first glow curve to that of second glow curve (TL_1/TL_2) was calcu- lated for selected temperature intervals and compared with the recommended values for unirradiated and irradiated ***,the shapes of the glow curves for irradiated and unirradiated samples were also *** the ba- sis of these results (comparison of TL-intensities,TL_1/TL_2 ratios and shapes of the glow curves),all the irradiated and unirradiated samples of wheat and rice were un

In Africa, each year, there are estimated to be more than 91 million cases of salmonellosis and 137,000 cases of death. The problem of antibiotic resistance in Salmonella strains is a threat to public health. The objective of this study is to evaluate the antibiotic resistance profile of Salmonella strains isolated in biological products analyzed at the National Laboratory of Clinical Biology and Public Health (NLCBPH) in Bangui. This is, therefore, a cross-sectional study with a descriptive aim, running from January to December 2022. It focused on the strains of Salmonella isolated and identified in stools, urines, and blood samples. For each strain of Salmonella isolated, an antibiogram was carried out following the recommendations of the French Society of microbiology (CASFm, 2022). A total of 93 strains of Salmonella have been recorded. The age group 0 - 9 years was 29% and that of >50 years was 11%. The median age of patients was 30 years with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 78 years. The female gender was more represented at 52.69% than the male gender at 47.31%, i.e. a sex ratio of 0.89 (m/F). Salmonella strains were much more isolated in stools at 62% followed by urines at 29% and blood at 6%. Salmonella arizonae strains were more represented with 52%. Salmonella strains have a resistance rate to Tetracycline of 62.37% followed by Penicillins of 50%. The rate of multi-antibiotic resistance of the Salmonella strains isolated represented 48.38%. Salmonella spp. strains were multi-resistant at 58.69% followed by Salmonella arizonae strains at 47.91%.
