Objective:To investigate experimentally the possible antitumor effect of methanol extract(mE) of Calotropis gigantea L.(***) root bark and its petroleum ether(PEF) and chloroform(CF) soluble fractions against Ehrlich ascites carcinoma(EAC) in Swiss albino ***:The effects of mE(10 and 20 mg/kg),PEF(40 and 80 mg/kg) and CF(20 and 40 mg/kg) on the growth of EAC and life span of EAC bearing mice were *** profile and biochemical parameters(SAI.P,SGPT and SCOT) were also ***:Results of in vivo study showed a significant decrease in viable tumor cell count and a significant increase of life span in the mE and CF treated group compared to untreated *** life span of mE and CF treated animals was significandy(Pmg mE/kg) and 57.07%(40 mg CF/kg).mE and CF brought back the hematological parameter more or less normal *** and CF also restored the altered levels of serum alkaline phosphatase(SALP) and serum glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase(SGOT).Conclusions:methanol extract(mE) of *** root bark and its chloroform soluble fraction(CF) possesses significant antitumor activity.

Objective:To investigate mosquitocidal effects of ethanolic extract of(lowers of Tagetes erecta(***) and its chloroform and petroleum ether soluble fractions against the larvae of Culex quinquefasciatus(***).methods:The fresh flowers of *** were extracted in cold with ethanol(5.0 L) and after concentration,the ethanol extract was fractionated with chloroform and petroleum ether to afford a brownish syrupy suspension of ethanol extract(50.0 g),petroleum ether soluble fraction(18.6 g) and chloroform soluble fraction(23.8 g).The larvicidal effect of ethanol extract and their solvent fractions were determined by the standard procedure of WHO against different instars of ***:Among the tested samples the chloroform soluble fractions showed the highest toxicity and consequently,the lowest LC_(50) values(14.14 μ g/mL,17.06 μ g/mL.36.88 μ g/mL and 75.48 μ g/mL) for all the instars larvae of *** larvae showed comparative tolerance in the course of increasing age and ***:It can be concluded that the flowers of *** are very effective natural larvicide and could be useful against ***.

Objective:To evaluate the antitumor activity of manilkara zapota(***) *** bark against Ehrlich ascites carcinoma(EAC) in Swiss albino ***:The in vivo antitumour activity of the ethyl acetate extract of stem bark of *** L.(EASm) was evaluated at 50,100 and 200 mg/kg bw against EAC using mean survival *** administration of the extract of ***,viable EAC cell count and body weight in the EAC tumour hosts were *** animal was also observed for improvement in the haematological parameters(e.g.,heamoglobin content,red and white blood cells count and differential cell count) after EASm treatment. Results:Intraperitoneal administration of EASm reduced viable EAC cells,increased the survival lime,and restored altered haematological *** efficacy was observed for EASm at 100 mg/kg dose(Pm bark of *** *** significant antitumour activity.

The Krein-Rutman theorem is vital in partial differential equations that are non-linear and provides evidence of the presence of several significant eigenvalues useful in topological degree calculations, stability analysis, and bifurcation theory. Schr?der’s equation which has been used extensively in studies of turbulence is an equation with a single independent variable suitable for encoding self-similarity. The concept of Hilbert spaces has been an inner product space frequently used due to its convenience in countless dimensional vector analysis. This paper is aimed at proving a number of solutions through the Krein-Rutman theorem in unitary spaces especially in Hilbert spaces. It has been certainly observed that the whole Krein-Rutman theorem system has a fairly stable scope, and has strong regular features, and many non-linear elliptic operators need the most ethical principles to satisfy the comparison policy.

Geochemistry of island arc assemblage in the Eastern Desert of Egypt and the role of Pan-African magmatism in crustal growth of the Arabian–Nubian Shield:A review

Neoproterozoic island arc assemblage of the Arabian–Nubian Shield(ANS)in the Eastern Desert(ED)of Egypt comprises juvenile suites of metavolcanics(mV),large amounts of meta-sedimentary rocks(mS),and voluminous metagabbros-diorites(mGD)and syn-tectonic intrusions of older granitoids(OG).We report here the updates of these four rock units in terms of classification,distribution,chemical characteristics,geodynamic evolution,metamorphism,and *** addition,we discuss these integrated data to elucidate a reasonable and reliable model for crustal evolution in the *** main features of these rock units indicate their relation to each other and the geodynamic environment dominated by early immature oceanic island arcs to primitive continental *** information of the island arc metavolcanic and plutonic rocks(gabbros,diorites,tonalites,and granodiorites)furnish evidence of the genetic *** include proximity and a coeval nature in the field;all protolith magmas are subalkaline in nature following calc-alkaline series with minor tholeiitic affinities;common geochemical signature of the arc rocks and subduction-related magmatism;their similar enrichment in LREEs;and similar major element compositions with mafic melts derived from metasomatized mantle *** volcano-sedimentary and the OG rocks underwent multiphase deformation events whereas the mGD complexes deformed *** on the magmatic,sedimentological,and metamorphic evolutions constrained by geochronological data as well as the progressive evolutionary trend from extensional to compressional regimes,a possible gradual decrease in the subducted slab dip angle is the most infl uential in any geodynamic model for arc assemblage in the ED of Egypt.

Calix[n]arenes was utilized to detect PABA,the primary sunscreen *** study investigates the interaction of calix[4]arene(C4),calix[6]arene(C6),and PABA using the Langmuir method and first-principle density functional theory(DFT).Using the Langmuir-Schaefer(LS)technique,an ultrathin film composed of calix[n]arenes and their complexes with PABA was deposited on various *** on the Langmuir study,the PABA molecule was bonded to the lower rims of both C4 and C6 with the host-guest ratio of 1:*** of the LS films formed were then characterized by ultravioletvisible spectroscopy(UV-Vis),Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and carbon,hydrogen,nitrogen,sulfur elemental analyzer(CHNS).The band gap reduction obtained in the DFT study denotes the charge transfer interaction with promising reactivity between the calix[n]arenes and *** sensing of PABA by C4 and C6 is successful based on the formation of bonding between them due to the hosts’effective trapping *** outcomes of this study could be applied to drug delivery systems for future pharmaceutical and medical applications.

The present work aims to investigate the recovery of light rare earth elements(LREEs) oxides from end-oflife NimH batteries using a hydro metallurgical process followed by effective *** operational leaching parameters such as phosphoric acid concentration,temperature,and the solid-liquid ratio were first optimized by Box-Behnken *** results reveal that under optimum conditions([H_(3)PO_(4)]=2 mol/L,T=80℃,and S/L=1:10 g/mL) the leaching efficiencies of Ni,Co reach 98.1% and99.3%.While La,Ce,and Nd elements remain in the leaching residue as(La,Ce,Nd)PO_(4) with yields of 98.2%,98.6%,and 99.6% for La,Ce,and Nd,***,the(La,Ce,Nd)PO_(4) is leached with HCl acid,then the rare earth oxalate was precipitated using oxalic acid at a pH of 1.8 and then the product was calcined at 800℃ for 2 h in order to synthesize the(Nd,La,Ce)_(2)O_(3).The analysis using scanning electron microscopy(SEm) coupled with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX) confirms the homogeneity of(Nd,La,Ce)_(2)O_(3) particles that have two morphologies,i.e.,flower and sticks with a particle size between 3and 6 μ*** unit cell parameters of(Nd,La,Ce)_(2)O_(3) were calculated after Rietveld refinement of the XRD patterns,in the space group of Fm-3m are a=b=c=0.57921 nm and the volume equal to 0.194322 nm^(3).

Cumulative assessment is a tool for the project developer to try and take into consideration not only their contribution to cumulative impacts but also other projects and external factors that may place their developments at *** study assessed the cumulative impacts of air emissions from 22 major power plants in southeast Bangladesh planned to generate 21,550 mW of *** also includes anticipated growth in small to medium size industries,brickfields,highway traffic,inland water transport,transhippers,jetty,and vessel transports used for transporting fuel resources for these power plants.A 50 km by 50 km airshed is considered for air quality *** analysis indicates that predicted mGLCs(maximum Ground Level Concentrations)of NO2 and CO are complying with both Bangladesh NAAQS(National Ambient Air Quality Standards)and WBG(World Bank Group)*** daily average mGLC of Pm_(2.5)(62.45µg/m^(3))from all sources complies with NAAQS,however,exceeds the WBG *** Pm_(2.5) concentration(15.45µg/m^(3))exceeds NAAQS and WBG *** Pm10 concentration complies with the NAAQS for both 24-hour and annual averaging *** average concentration(23.12µg/m^(3))exceeds WBG *** average SO2 concentration(102.49µg/m^(3))complies with the NAAQS however,it exceeds the WBG guideline *** concentrations of Pm_(2.5) and SO2 are due to the contribution of transboundary emissions and secondary pollutants in the *** dispersion modeling outcome can be used by the policymakers for the pollution reduction strategy.

musk xylene（mX） is frequently used as fragrances in formulation of personal care products. Quantification of a bound 4-amino- mX（4-AmX） as cysteine adducts in trout hemoglobin（Hb） was made by gas chromatography-ion trap-mass spectrometry（GC/mS）. The Hb samples were collected from trout after 24 h exposure to mX at 10μg/g, and or menhaden oil（control）. The formation of cysteine-Hb adduct was observed from nitroso derivative of mX, released by alkaline hydrolysis. The released 4-AmX metabolite was extracted in n- hexane. The extract was then reduced by evaporation, and analyzed by GC/mS. When similar agreement of mass spectral features and retention time of 4-AmX were obtained in both standard and sample solutions, the presence of 4-AmX metabolite in the Hb was confirmed. The concentration of 4-AmX was found to be 3.1 × 10^-6 6.9 × 10^-6 mg/g in the Hb solution. Quantitation was made based on an internal standard, a calibration plot, and response factor. In the non-hydrolyzed and laboratory blank extracts, the 4-AmX metabolite was not detected. Additionally, coeluting and interfefing ions were observed in the biological samples.
