Phyto-chemicals are increasingly being used in the treatment of cancer because of their availability,potential anti-cancer activity with less adverse effects when compared with *** variation of climate and geography in South Asian countries provides a nursing environment for the growth of versatile plant species,that are repeatedly drawing attention of the scientific *** this review,we have focused on the anti-cancer potential of thirty plants,which are commonly found in Bangladesh,India,Nepal,Pakistan and Sri Lanka,with their mechanisms of *** particular,we have discussed the bio-active components that display anti-cancer activity,which have been identified in these *** review may help researchers to profile plants with known anti-cancer effect of this region and further investigations of anti-cancer agents in medicinal plants from South Asia.

Data processing and climate characterisation to study its impact is becoming difficult due to insufficient and unavailable data,especially in developing *** climate’s impact on burnt areas in Ghana(Guinea-savannah(GSZ)and Forest-savannah mosaic zones(FSZ))leads us to opt for machine *** Google Earth Engine(GEE),rainfall(PR),maximum temperature(Tmax),minimum temperature(Tmin),average temperature(Tmean),Palmer Drought Severity Index(PDSI),relative humidity(RH),wind speed(WS),soil moisture(Sm),actual evapotranspiration(ETA)and reference evapotranspiration(ETR)have been acquired through CHIRPS(Climate Hazards group Infrared Precipitation with Stations),FLDAS dataset(Famine Early Warning Systems Network(FEWS NET)Land Data Assimilation System)and TerraClimate platform from 1991 to *** objective is to analyse the link and the contribution of climatic and environmental parameters on wildfire spread in GSZ and FSZ in *** were analysed(area burnt and the number of activefires)through Spearman correlation and the cross-correlation function(CCF)(2001 to 2021).The tests(mann-Kendall and Sens’s slope trend test,Pettitt test and the Lee and Heghinian test)showed the overall decrease in rainfall and increase in temperature respectively(-0.1 mm;+0.8℃)in GSZ and(-0.9 mm;+0.3℃)in *** terms of impact,PR,ETR,FDI,Tmean,Tmax,Tmin,RH,ETA and Sm contribute tofire *** the codes developed,researchers and decision-makers could update them at different times easily to monitor climate variability and its impact onfires.

Impact of cancer diagnosis on life expectancy by area-level socioeconomic groups in New South Wales, Australia: a population-based study

Objective: Improvement in cancer survival over recent decades has not been accompanied by a narrowing of socioeconomic disparities. This study aimed to quantify the loss of life expectancy(LOLE) resulting from a cancer diagnosis and examine disparities in LOLE based on area-level socioeconomic status(SES).methods: Data were collected for all people between 50 and 89 years of age who were diagnosed with cancer, registered in the NSW Cancer Registry between 2001 and 2019, and underwent mortality follow-up evaluations until December 2020. Flexible parametric survival models were fitted to estimate the LOLE by gender and area-level SES for 12 common ***: Of 422,680 people with cancer, 24% and 18% lived in the most and least disadvantaged areas, respectively. Patients from the most disadvantaged areas had a significantly greater average LOLE than patients from the least disadvantaged areas for cancers with high survival rates, including prostate [2.9 years(95% CI: 2.5±3.2 years) vs. 1.6 years(95% CI: 1.3±1.9 years)] and breast cancer [1.6 years(95% CI: 1.4±1.8 years) vs. 1.2 years(95% CI: 1.0±1.4 years)]. The highest average LOLE occurred in males residing in the most disadvantaged areas with pancreatic [16.5 years(95% CI: 16.1±16.8 years) vs. 16.2 years(95% CI: 15.7±16.7 years)] and liver cancer [15.5 years(95% CI: 15.0±16.0 years) vs. 14.7 years(95% CI: 14.0±15.5 years)]. Hyperparameter Tuning Based machine Learning Classifier for Breast Cancer Prediction

Currently, the second most devastating form of cancer in people, particularly in women, is Breast Cancer (BC). In the healthcare industry, machine Learning (mL) is commonly employed in fatal disease prediction. Due to breast cancer’s favourable prognosis at an early stage, a model is created to utilize the Dataset on Wisconsin Diagnostic Breast Cancer (WDBC). Conversely, this model’s overarching axiom is to compare the effectiveness of five well-known mL classifiers, including Logistic Regression (LR), Decision Tree (DT), Random Forest (RF), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), and Naive Bayes (NB) with the conventional method. To counterbalance the effect with conventional methods, the overarching tactic we utilized was hyperparameter tuning utilizing the grid search method, which improved accuracy, secondary precision, third recall, F1 score and finally the AUC & ROC curve. In this study of hyperparameter tuning model, the rate of accuracy increased from 94.15% to 98.83% whereas the accuracy of the conventional method increased from 93.56% to 97.08%. According to this investigation, KNN outperformed all other classifiers in terms of accuracy, achieving a score of 98.83%. In conclusion, our study shows that KNN works well with the hyper-tuning method. These analyses show that this study prediction approach is useful in prognosticating women with breast cancer with a viable performance and more accurate findings when compared to the conventional approach.

ATm card fraud is increasing gradually with the expansion of modern technology and global communication. In the whole world, it is resulting in the loss of billions of dollars each year. Fraud detection systems have become essential for all ATm card issuing banks to minimize their losses. The main goals are, firstly, to review alternative techniques that have been used in fraud detection and secondly compare and analyze these techniques that are already used in ATm card fraud detection. Recently different card security systems used different fraud detection techniques;these techniques are based on neural network, genetic algorithm, hidden markov model, Bayesian network, decision tree, clustering method, support vector machine, etc. According to our survey, the most important parameters used for comparing these fraud detection systems are accuracy, speed and cost of fraud detection. This study is very useful for any ATm card provider to choose an appropriate solution for fraud detection problem and also enable us to build a hybrid approach for developing some effective algorithms which can perform properly on fraud detection mechanism.

Cyber-Physical-Social System Between a Humanoid Robot and a Virtual Human Through a Shared Platform for Adaptive Agent Ecology

Two artificial agents(a humanoid robot and a virtual human) are enriched with various similar intelligence,autonomy, functionalities and interaction modalities. The agents are integrated in the form of a cyber-physical-social system(CPSS) through a shared communication platform to create a social ecology. In the ecology, the agents collaborate(assist each other) to perform a real-world task(search for a hidden object)for the benefits of humans. A robot-virtual human bilateral trust model is derived and a real-time trust measurement method is developed. The role of taking initiative in the collaboration is switched between the agents following a finite state machine model triggered by bilateral trust, which results in a mixedinitiative collaboration. A scheme is developed to evaluate the performance of the agents in the ecology through the *** results show that the robot and the virtual human perform satisfactorily in the collaboration through the CPSS. The results thus prove the effectiveness of the real-world ecology between artificial agents of heterogeneous realities through a shared platform based on trust-triggered mixed-initiatives. The results can help develop adaptive social ecology comprising intelligent agents of heterogeneous realities to assist humans in various tasks through collaboration between the agents in the form of a CPSS.

We introduce a new integral scheme namely improved Kudryashov method for solving any nonlinear fractional differential ***,we apply the approach to the nonlinear space-time fractional model leading the wave to spread in electrical transmission lines(s-tfETL),the time fractional complex Schrödinger(tfcS),and the space-time m-fractional Schrödinger-Hirota(s-tm-fSH)models to verify the effectiveness of the proposed *** implementing of the introduced new technique based on the models provides us with periodic envelope,exponentially changeable soliton envelope,rational rogue wave,periodic rogue wave,combo periodic-soliton,and combo rational-soliton solutions,which are much interesting phenomena in nonlinear *** the results disclose that the proposed technique is very effective and straight-forward,and such solutions of the models are much more fruitful than those from the generalized Kudryashov and the modified Kudryashov methods.

Entropy Quantization of Schwarzschild Black Hole

The surface gravity of Schwarzschild black hole can be quantized from the test particle moving around different energy states analog to the Bohr's atomic model. We have quantized the Hawking temperature and entropy of Schwarzschild black hole from quantization of surface gravity. We also have shown that the change of entropy reduces to zero when the boundary shrinks to very small size.

A triple frequency capacitively coupled plasma （TF-CCP） has been considered to investigate the behavior of the sheath parameters. A self-consistent time-independent collisionless model has been developed. The sheath width and potential are calculated using the present model and compared with those calculated using a single-frequency （SF）, a dual-frequency （DF） and a triple-frequency （TF） model for time independent collisionless cases. The sheath motion and sheath potential are found to be larger compared with those of SF and DF CCPs for an inhomogeneous sheath, and that of TF CCP for a homogeneous sheath. The effects of the source parameters, i.e., current magnitudes, frequencies and phase difference, on the sheath parameters are investigated. The sheath parameters show higher values at higher source currents whereas they decrease with the increase of excitation frequencies. It has also been found that, by the proper choice of source frequencies and phase differences, it is possible to adjust the energy of ions when they hit the electrode.
